Mr Shao taught me English when I was in Senior Three.With the bald head and hunchback, the fifty or some man distinguished himself from his counterparts in many ways.

He was so addicted to tobacco that he couldn`t even skip acigarette in the corridor at the interval between two classes. It worked on us instantly.

On the day of the entrance exam, he waited nervously with us out of the examination room.  He kept reminding us not to drink water in case that we would feel like going to toilet during the exam. Not withstanding his constant claims that we students were far less important than his beloved daughter, we did feel his devotion to us.

I used to pouring away the water directly after I using it. Someday, my

mother asked me to help her wash the clothes, as I was about to pour away the

water, my mother stopped me and she told me that most water can be recycled. It

can be used to water the flower or to wash other things. From then on, I realize

how to save water.

The first thing we can do is to use cloth bags in stead of plastic bags when we go shopping. It helps to protect the environment. The second thing we can do is to reuse the old textbooks as possible as we can. We should also never forget to turn off the lights when we leave the classrooms in order to save energy. Whats more, it would be better if we walk or ride a bike to school. We should try our best reduce pollution and waste.

As a primary source of information as well as an efficient means of communication, the Internet offers people a colorful and convenientlife. Just by clicking the mouse, we can enjoy a brilliant and easy life that could not be achieved ever before: shopping, making friends, contacting

relatives, looking for jobs, downloading music and movies, conducting business deals, and freely airing our opinions.

For its convenience, the Internet has attracted people like magnets and some people even claim that it is indispensable. To them, life can’t go on without it. Every day millions of people spend hours on end surfing the Internet. They are obsessed with it so much so that they forget many other important matters.

As far as I am concerned, I don’t approve of uestrained Internet reliance. Although the Internet is a gift of the technological revolution and a blessing of this information age, we should never let it control our life. The Internet absolutely doesn’t mean the whole world to us. Instead, we should guard against its negative effects. To those Internet addicts, I would add: “Self-control can make or break your life. With proper use, the Internet serves you; otherwise, it kills you.”

For most people, the winter holiday is a good time for a holiday, but, I can only choose curtilage at home this winter break.

Actually I am very much looking forward to go to play around, but mom and dad is so busy. My winter holiday is not so dull, in my opinion, it is colorful.

During the day, I can be at home with books, entered the world in the book, the virtues and vanities of feeling with the characters. Sometimes turn on the TV, can also and variety show host people laughing. During the day, I am comfortable.

In the evening, mom and dad took me out for a walk. Square, trees and flowers under the hot, dry sun for a day, but by this time also become comfortable many, sending out the charming fragrance, turbid did not contain half of earth. There, also can hear all kinds of popular, ancient music, smelling the song, greeted is a group of permeated with green, energetic young man, oh! No! My parents often look into god. Winter night, I was happy.

In the class in the winter vacation, I also make the various "wulin", strange man. All are educated, they seem to production, for the teachers question, they are. I think my winter holiday life as good as others at all. Such a happy winter holiday, is irreplaceable.

对于大多数人来说，寒假是一个度假的好时间，可是，我的这个寒假只能选择宅在家里。

其实我是非常盼望能去各地游玩的，但爸爸妈妈就是如此的繁忙。我的寒假并没有因此变得索然无味，在我看来，它是多姿多彩的。

白天，我可以在家中与书为友，走进书中世界，与主人公们一起感受生活的酸甜苦辣。有时打开电视，还可以和综艺主持人们谈笑风生。在白天，我是惬意的。

晚上，爸爸妈妈带着我出去散步。广场上，被烈日晒了一天的花草树木，到这时却也变得舒适了许多，散发着迷人的芳香，竟不含半点儿泥土浑浊的气息。在那里，还可以听到各种流行的、古老的音乐，闻着歌声而去，映入眼帘的便是一群洋溢着青春，活力四射的年轻人，哦!不!仔细定睛一看，那是一群由年过半百的中年妇女与老人组成的庞大舞群，这就是广场舞的魅力，虽谈不上啥艺术，但怎能不被他们的这股精神头所惊叹!爸妈经常看得入了神。寒假的夜晚，我是幸福的。

在寒假班中，我还结交到了各路的“武林高手”、奇人异士。他们好像个个都学富五车，才高八斗，对于老师的问题，他们则是不在话下。让我尤为惊叹的是几个男生，他们的思维能力居然如此之强，不管任何“刁钻刻薄”的问题，他们都能对答如流，常常让我看得目瞪口呆。

我认为我的寒假生活一点儿也不比别人差。如此一个快乐幸福的寒假，是无可替代的。
