A GRAND flag-raising ceremony would be held at the square in front of the Citizens’ Center on the morning of Oct. 1 to celebrate China’s National Day, a government source said.

人称：注意在句子中人称的统一。

(2)找全信息点，紧扣主题，突出重点

(3)成文时表述正确，文字流畅
