马克思学说认为：“量变是质变的必要准备。”当量变到达某个“高度，”就会促成质变。成功之道即是如此：你必须作出代价，甚至用血泪去交换。但往往有时候，失之毫厘会差之千里，付出也不一定有回报。于是你灰心、沮丧乃至绝望。而事实上，你离成功可能不过是一步之遥。只要你仔细想想，那结果就大为不同了!是的，面对困难挫折，不要轻易说不。也许你现在没有成功，但你有没有想过，也许你正在成功，并且马上就要成功!古人云：“锲而舍之，朽木不折;锲而不舍，金石可镂。”说的正是这个道理。人，必须要有一颗持之以恒、不断进取、自强不息的心!不轻易说不并非愚昧顽固。相反，它是要我们理性思考，凡事不要做之冲动，言之太早!“塞翁失马，焉知非福?”到底“一分耕耘，总会有一分收获的!”懂得了这个道理，人之境界自然也算是开阔了!常言道：“勿以恶小而为之，勿以善小而不为!”

所谓善事义举，我们自当积极相应，不轻易拒绝。而面临诱惑陷阱，我们则应坚决、肯定地说：“不!”这也是“不轻易说不”的另外一番诠释!名利、权位是个陷阱。纵观历史，类如李斯贪权弑主、和珅恋财搜刮民脂者，一个个数不胜数!还看今朝，诸如成克杰、赖昌星等图名谋利之辈，一个个“继往开来!”他们放弃了人原有的良知本性，换来的是被永远钉在历史的铁柱上!真是“古今多少事，都付笑谈中!”一个人，不轻易说不，往往是他的毅力所在。但有时候，更是智慧的所在!面对汉室衰弱，曹操“不轻易说不，”而是“迎天子以令诸侯!“才有了后来的三分天下有其二。面临市场经济是“姓社”还是“姓资”的问题，邓老也没有“轻易说不，”因而才有了后来的“试一试”和改革开放!俗话说得好：“实践出真知!”

只有善于牢牢把握事物的客观规律，才能获得成功!“不轻易说不!”现在开始磨炼你的意志，解放你的思想，为美好明天打下最坚实的基础!

学如逆水行舟，不进则退，人生亦是如此，不进则费。

每个人的心中都有一条属于自己的小河，在河的对面也许是晴空万里，也许是暴风雨，但只有自己明白，只有跨过它，才能看见那期望已久的彼岸花。

在我们犹豫不决的时候，和你同行的人中，已经有人在尝试了，他们绞尽脑汁，想奋力跨过去，可惜只是在做无用功，连河的三分之一都没有跨过去，有的人躺在河边，任凭河水激起的浪花拍打着自己，他们在享受着，却不知正在一点点地向河中的漩涡靠近……而我，我想摘下那期待已久的彼岸花，去欣赏它的鲜艳，嗅它的芬芳。

我看到一条小船，我想划着船到达那彼岸，可刚靠近就发现那是一条破旧的小船，船上有很多窟窿，是你的主人留下的吧，他是否借助你的力量去摘取了他那朵彼岸花呢?

向四周望去，仍有很多人在不停地努力，向河的彼岸靠近，有的人凭着自己的力量向彼岸游去，可河中的“小精灵们”可不会轻易地让他们过去，它们手一挥，在河水上建起了一座水帘门，虽然是用水建的，可要比石头还要硬，那些人只好退回来，另想办法。而那些之前躺在河边享受的人，这时候已经在漩涡边缘试探了，有的人已经惊醒，奋力地脱离漩涡，而有的人却一直做着自己的美梦，即使性命攸关也不愿醒来。

此时的我还在犹豫，我不知道我该怎么办，我应该不顾一切地向前冲吗?或者我应该静待时机，可这个时机又会什么时候才能出现呢?我不敢做决定……

就在这时，出现了一位老者：“好花盛开，就该尽先摘，慎莫待美景难再，否则一瞬间，它就要凋零萎谢，落在尘埃。”

就在此时，水帘门的力量弱了不少，大家一齐说：“快冲，快冲啊!”我们肩并着肩，向那条河冲去。浪花激起，拍打在我们身上，火辣辣的，我们不退缩，不能退缩。河水被施了魔法，我们每向前一步，浪花拍打的力度就会增大一倍，河底原本湿软的泥土变成了刺人的荆棘，每一步都刺痛着我们。

一半了，我们已经跨过一半了，而我们的伙伴有的已经撑不住了，他们倒在漩涡里，遭受着侵蚀，我们没有办法去管他们，因为我们也面对着困境，而且我们必须坚持到底，即使付出生命的代价。

最大的困难来了，那些河中的“小精灵们”释放出自己全部的力量，在它们看来，即使付出它们自己的生命，也要履行自己的职责。它们奋力一挥，我们被震退好几步，但我们还是要向前冲!

我们一直在与它们抗衡。

“小精灵们”的力量快耗尽了，我们也是如此，但我们是人，我们是有意志力的人，就算依靠自己的意志，也要到达那彼岸，只为我们自己的那朵彼岸花!

“大家坚持住!”“坚持住!”“别放弃!”终于，我们摘下了那朵属于自己的彼岸花。我们欢呼，跳跃!“小精灵们”也重生了，为我们欢呼!

而那条河，还在那里静静地流淌，等待着下一次“寻花人”的到来。

The Flag of the World Health OrganizationThe World Health Organization (WHO) is a specialised United Nations agency which acts as a coordinator and researcher for public health around the world. Established on 7 April 1948， and headquartered in Geneva， Switzerland， the agency inherited the mandate and resources of its predecessor， the Health Organization， which had been an agency of the League of Nations. In 1979 the WHO declared that the disease had been eradicated - the first disease in history to be completely eliminated by deliberate human design. The WHO is nearing success in developing vaccines against malaria and schistosomiasis and aims to eradicate polio within the next few years. The organization has already endorsed the worlds first official HIV/AIDS Toolkit for Zimbabwe from October 3， 2006， making it an international standard.

The WHO is financed by contributions from member states and from donors. In recent years the WHOs work has involved more collaboration， currently around 80 such partnerships， with NGOs and the pharmaceutical industry， as well as with foundations such as the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the Rockefeller Foundation. Voluntary contributions to the WHO from national and local governments， foundations and NGOs， other UN organizations， and the private sector (including pharmaceutical companies)， now exceed that of assessed contributions (dues) from its 193 member nations.
