不因幸运而故步自封，不因厄运而一蹶不振。真正的强者，善于从顺境中找到阴影，从逆境中找到光亮，时时校准自己前进的目标。

My new years resolution is very easy, only three piece of advice. At first, I want to get good grade. Next,I have studied hard as my math is not good,so I have practiced everyday. Further, I want to take my dance lesson .Because I really love dance. I have already studied five dances since 2011. I just have been a bus spotter. I have not yet ever liked bus like now. I will spend some money for bus model. These are my new year’s resolution, I hope it,really need to work hard,I think I can be successful. I will never give up.

我的新年愿望很简单，只有三个建议。首先，我想获得好成绩。接下来，我努力学习因为我的数学不好，所以我每天都做练习。此外，我希望参加舞蹈课。因为我真的很喜欢跳舞。从2011年起我已经学了5年舞蹈了。我刚刚成为了一个公共汽车检举员。我还从来没有像现在一样喜欢公交车。我会花一些钱买一些公交车模型。这些都是我新的一年的新年愿望，我希望，我可以真正去努力，我想我能成功。我永远不会放弃。

幸福是什么?幸福是沙漠中的一泓清泉，带给你甘甜的清水;幸福是阴雨时的一把伞，带给你一片温暖;幸福是干涸时的一阵雨，滋润你的心田;幸福是一座桥，带给我无限的回忆。

轻轻抚摸着它，没有什么特别，只不过上面磨出的茧硬的扎手。轻轻注视着它，十分平常，只不过上面的裂痕里钻进了油污，好像总也洗不干净。它是什么?——爸爸的手。

爸爸的手虽不是那么的白滑细腻，但我仍喜欢爸爸用他那粗糙的大手握住我的小手。每当这个时候，我都会有一种幸福的感觉涌上心头。

记得那一年冬天的早晨，爸爸骑自行车送我去上学。我坐在后面，突然发现忘记戴手套了。爸爸毫不犹豫地摘下它的手套给我。戴上余有爸爸体温的手套，我顿时觉得一股暖流流遍全身。路上，爸爸害怕冻着我，伸出左手为我阻挡刺骨的寒风，右手仍紧握车把。刚被爸爸遮住脸时，我面前一阵冰凉。因为爸爸没带手套，手还要握住冰凉的车把骑车。一会儿，我便感到一阵阵暖意。

快到学校时，我不经意间摸到爸爸为我挡风的手，竟然是那么凉!于是，我用小手盖住爸爸的手，我想为爸爸带来一些温暖。但爸爸只是轻描淡写地说：“不用管我，我不怕冷。你快坐好，别摔着。”到了学校，我清楚地看到爸爸的手已经冻得发红，连忙把手套递给爸爸。爸爸却说：“快回教室吧，别迟到了。”几句话温暖了我的心窝。走到教室，我回头一看，爸爸还在校门口张望着，挥动着他冻得发红的手……

爸爸的手曾经能把我举到空中，曾经为我带来温暖。可是如今，爸爸的手似乎不在那么有力了，再也不能轻易的抱动我了。但是，每当爸爸抚摸我的时候，我仍感到那份浓浓的父爱。那一刻，我，很幸福。

与幸福一起走过的日子，我，很快乐，很快乐……

I love my home full of laughter.

Spring, the willow sister off white dress and put on a green wedding dress. Naughty brother leaned out of the grass a little head, little sister showed the white on the cheek. Farmer uncle hard cultivation, sowing in the field. Our children play on the lawn. Birds seem as if they are caught and singing. In the beautiful village left a good echo.

In summer, the stream; the stream. We are children playing by the river. The adults in the below shade chit chat. Cicada cried, as if to say: "hot hot dead!" A bird in the sky freely pleasant flight. In the beautiful left a good memory in the field.

I love my hometown.

我爱我那充满欢声笑语的家乡。

春天，柳树姐姐脱掉了白连衣裙，换上了绿婚装。调皮的小草弟弟探出了小脑袋，小花妹妹露出了洁白的面颊。农民伯伯在田野里辛勤的耕耘、播种。我们小孩子在草坪上玩耍。小鸟仿佛被吸引住了，也放声歌唱。在那美丽的乡村里留下了美好的回声。

夏天，溪水哗哗的流着。我们小孩子在河边玩耍嬉戏。大人们在树阴下谈天说地。知了在叫着，好象在说：“热死了热死了!”小鸟在天空上自由自在地愉快飞翔。在那美丽的田野里留下了美好的回忆。

秋天，枫树姐姐飘落着红叶，仿佛在迎接丰收的一年。小花准备去和它的哥哥姐姐们告别了。农民伯伯在希望的田野上，收获着自己的劳动成果。我们在帮助农民伯伯干活儿。小鸟成群结队地在和这里的一切告别。在那充满欢笑的田野里留下了美好的告别声。

冬天，大雪纷纷扬扬地下了起来。我们在小路上愉快地玩耍。所有的植物都屈服了，只有那冬青树在风雪中傲然屹立。动物们大多都冬眠了。在这僻静的冬天里，留下了冬姐姐的足迹。

我爱我的家乡。

there are 3 members in our family,my father,my mother and i.we love each other deeply.my father likes reading.we share a big bookshelf,and he take large proportion o f it.everyday he reading newspaper, magazines and all kinds of paper which have letters on it.my mum love to play computer games since i teach her how to do it.she likes to see the movies and play majiang on it.whats more, i like to do some games in our garden with my dog.we are very happiness for we can do whatever we like.we never quarel, if we have some promblems we will sit together and take suggestions from each other.My family is very harmonious，i love my family.

我家有三个成员，爸爸，妈妈和我。我们都非常爱彼此。我爸爸非常喜爱阅读，家里有一个我和他共用的书架，大部分都是他的书。每天都要找点什么来读，报纸啦，杂志啦，只要是有字的，他都要读上一读。我妈妈则爱上了电脑，自从我教会她如何看电影以及如何在上面打麻将之后，她就为之疯狂了。至于我，我喜欢和我的狗狗在室外一起做一些运动。我们是个幸福的家庭，因为我们可以做任何我们喜欢的事情，我们从不吵架，要是家里出现了任何问题，我们都会坐下来一起讨论解决。并听取彼此的意见。我的家庭很和谐。我爱我家。

Stress comes in all shapes and size, and has become pervasive, it seems to

penetrate everything and everybody, its hard to get through a day without

hearing or reading something about stress. Some doctors refer to stress as some

kind of new plague天灾, 灾害, 祸患. However, numerous surveys confirm that the problem

has progressively risen since the 1980s. Why all the disorder? After all, stress

has been around since Adam and Eve were in the Garden of Eden, Stress is an

unavoidable consequence of life. Without stress, there would be no life.

However, just as distress can caw disease, there are good stresses that balance

this, and promote wellness.
