①正确。写议论文的目的是为了宣传真理、明辨是非、分清正误、区别美丑，所以，思想观点正确是首要的。

②鲜明。作者在文章中必须旗帜鲜明地表明自己的观点，毫不含糊地说出自己的见解，使读者一目了然，明确理解。

③严密。论点的表达必须周密严谨，无懈可击，不给持有异议的人以可乘之机。

④集中。在一篇议论文中，只能提出一个中心论点，全篇文章始终围绕一个论点展开论述，把道理说深说透，解决问题。要求集中，也就是要避免发生论点转移，后文的论说跟前文的论点有变化，或者概念上混淆。

⑤深刻。文中提出的论点，应该是作者对于事物的新鲜、独到的见解，能够深入地揭示事物的本质，而不是一般化的老生常谈，以便更有力地说服读者，给人以深刻的启迪。

写议论文时，要注意把中心论点和分论点交代清楚。中心论点是议论文的基本观点，它是全文的主旨和核心，在文章中起主导作用。从属论点是说明中心论点的论据，是为中心论点服务的。

提出论点的形式是多种多样的，一般大致有以下四种：一是开头提出论点。二是结尾提出论点。三是篇中提出论点。四是论点贯穿在全文中。通常的写法，以①②两种为主，习作议论文也应以这两种方式为主，然后进而学习后两种写法。

(2)论据

论据是用来证明论点的事实和道理。因此，论据包括事实材料和道理即理论材料。事实材料中又包括正面和反面事实材料，另外，数据材料也是其中一种。选择事实材料和理论材料要遵循哪些原则呢?

对于正面的事实材料，首先是真实原则。论据真实，论点就可信;论据不真实，论点就可疑。其次是典型原则。就是要求选用那些能够深刻揭示事物的本质，亦即具有广泛代表的材料作论据。一个论点，往往有许多论据能够从不同方面、不同角度来证明它。但是在可以论证它的众多论据中，总有一些是最恰当最有说服力的论据，就是典型的论据。此外，还要遵循新颖原则。人们在阅读文章时，容易被新颖的材料所吸引，也容易对陈旧的材料产生厌恶。因此，对事实论据的选择，也必须遵循新颖这一原则，重新轻旧，求近舍远，在“新”字上下功夫。

对于反面事实材料应以有衬托作用为原则。议论文为了把道理讲深讲透，需要多角度地分析、论证论点，这就要求我们从不同角度去选择论据，既要选择正面的材料，从正面阐述事理;也需要选择反面材料，从相反角度剖析事理，正反对照，以反衬正，突出中心论点。反面材料补充不能说透的结果。

对于数据材料应遵循科学的原则。从表面上看，数据只是几个简单的数字，其实它有丰富的内涵，往往是众多劳动的结晶、辉煌成绩的表现、不懈努力的反映。将科学的数据引进议论文，能增强论证的效果，具有无可辩驳的说服力。

怎样分解分论点

当一篇议论文的中心论点明确之后，如何准确地分解成几个分论点，这是写好议论文的一个重要环节。分论点是与中心论点相对而言的，但又从属于中心论点，为论证中心论点而服务。一篇文章如果不设置分论点，或者分论点立得不好，中心论点就得不到证明或论证无力。那么，如何设置分论点呢?下面介绍几种常见的分解方法。

1、概念分析法。这里的概念指的是文章中心论点中的关键词语，对这些词语加以分析，明确其内涵和外延，有助于我们对中心论点进行分解。

如“说‘面子’”，有篇文章论证的中心是“维护国家人民尊严的‘面子’不可丢，太看重个人‘面子’的思想不可留”。要论述这个中心，必须分两层来说：一是强调要维护国家和人民的尊严;二是强调不要太注重个人的虚荣。这就是从中心论点中分解出来的两个分论点。

2、因果分析法。这里的“因”是指分论点，“果”是指中心论点。在确立了中心论点(果)后，再来分析达成这个结果的原因。

如要论证“青年时代是黄金时代”，可以先提问一下，为什么说青年时代是黄金时代呢?可以列出下面几个分论点：①青年时代是体力充沛，精力旺盛的时代;②青年时代是积累知识，增长才干的时代;③青年时代是建功立业的时代。这三个分论点分别从三个不同角度证明了中心论点。

3、辩证分析法。它包括两个方面：①对中心论点进行正反对照分析，②对中心论点进行一分为二的分析。

①正反对照分析，如要证明“实践出真知”，我们可以从正反两个方面立论：a、只有通过实践才能认识事物，把握事物的发展规律;b、不参与实践，不从实际出发，闭门造车，就不能寻找到解决问题的关键。这样正反对照，就可以进一步明确“实践出真知”的观点。

②一分为二地分析，如要论证 “成才的关键不在于逆境”，便应该一分为二地分析：a、逆境可以造就人才，古今中外有许多事实证明了这一点;b、并非所有的逆境都可以造就人才。这两个论点看似矛盾，但都统一在“逆境能否出人才”的总论点之下。

4、条件分析法。这里的中心论点是指结果，而分论点是指满足结果的“条件”。

如要论证“争做跨世纪的接班人”，对于这个题目就可以采用条件分析的方法，先设想一下，“要做跨世纪的接班人需要具备什么条件?”这样就可以得到下列三个分论点：①要有报效祖国的决心，②要有过硬的本领，③要有良好的心理素质。

5、比较分析法。这是将中心论点展开为分论点常用的比较简易的一种方法。

如“常立志与立常志”，这篇文章的中心是提倡树立远大志向，而不能三天打鱼，两天晒网。在论述时，可以把“常立志”和“立常志”这两种做法进行比较，分析它们各自的特征和不同的结果，通过比较阐明只有树立远大的理想，并且为之奋斗才能有所建树。

How happy I am. Yesterday I finished all the work very quick, so I have a lot of time to do myself. Sometimes finish work early is a good thing, we can have more interests to do the next work. 在新加坡，一只上架销售的手提包，因未明码标价而被处以 5200元(相当于近3万元人民币)罚款，这是中央电视台 1994年 12月 10 H(正大综艺)仰告诉我们的事实。

这样巨额的罚款，严厉得几乎今人难以置信，然而它又实实在在是真的。或许会有人认为新加坡的法治未免太残酷。可正是这种近乎“残 酷”的法治，形成了强大的威慑力，极大限度地抑制了各种违法犯罪活动和不文朋现象，使得新加坡不仅以富裕著称，更以治安有序、文明礼貌、美丽卫生令人惊叹。

我们不同于新加坡，我们自有自己的一系列法治主张与原则。但新加坡的上述经验却给我们一个启示：只有法治的严厉，才有社会的安定与文明;只有对违法犯罪者严惩不贷，才能使守法者安居乐业。

这许多年来，我国高度重视法制建设，中央和地方立法之多，平均几天就有一部。这是非常令人欣喜和欣慰的。但也不可不注意到，我 们有些地方在有些事情上，无论立法与司法，还远远不够严厉，致使法治很难形成应有的威慑力。以商品的明码标价而论，虽然屯有这方面的要求与规定，但又有多少人严守此规定?违者又有谁被重罚过?

上海反暴利闹得轰轰烈烈，可日前看到公布反暴利的罚没款，总数屯不过几十万元而已。或许是无暴利可反所致吧。倘是如此，那自然幸莫大焉。当然，相对于拐卖妇女儿童、走私贩私、贩毒吸毒、卖淫嫖娼、贪污受贿、制售假货等等严重犯罪问题，商品的是否明码标价，尚属“小事”，不提也罢。不久前中央电视台《焦点访谈》节目披露：西安有人假办所谓“综合大学”，骗钱上百万元，数百名受骗学子云集西安无着无落。“访谈”表明，此骗局涉及不少为骗子提供种种方便的正牌大学、广告公司以及刊发不法广告的官方报社等等。可令人困惑的是，这么大的骗案，却居然很少有被追究刑事责任的。

《汉书》曾云“狱者万民之命，所以禁暴止邪，养育群生也”。“法者禁于已然之后，是敌法之所用易兄”。法律关系万民性命，其重要功能，在于禁止暴力与邪恶，使天下百姓得以平安生息。“法律只有使人慑于严酷而能警戒于卒后”，其作用才能够充分显现。这些古训，都说明了法不严厉，则难以抑恶安良耳。

论据，可以分成事实论据和道理论据两类。

事实论据，包括有代表性的确凿的事例、史实以及统计数据等等。“事实胜于雄辩”，典型的事实论据，常常是最有说服力的证明材料。因此，使用事实论据，让事实说话，是写议论文章常用的基本方法。如《发问的精神》一文，一连用了四个事例：牛顿由对苹果落地发问，而创立了“万有引力”学说;瓦特由对壶水滚沸发问，而发明了蒸汽机;释迦牟尼对人生发问，而创立了佛教;孔子好问，则成为万世景仰的圣人。从而有力地证明了“发问精神的可贵”。《谎言掩盖不住血写的事实》一文，则使用了有案可查的确凿史实和统计数据，如同在法庭上出示了证据，用血写的事实无可辩驳地证明了日本帝国主义屠杀中国人民的罪行。

作为论据的事实可以是具体的，也可以是概括的。上面提到的事例，有的是一人一事的具体事例;有的则是多人多事的概括性材料。《想和做》中有这样一段论证：“在学校里，有些同学很‘用功’，可是不会用思想。……另外也有一些同学，他们能想出些省力的有效的方法，拿来记住动植物的分类，弄清历史的年代。”这里讲的“有些同学”，用的就是概括性的事实材料。该文在论证“想要靠做来证明”时，举学游泳为例。学游泳的过程也是一种普遍性的现象，这也是一种概括性论据。初学写作的同学，往往把自己的思路限制在名人事例的小天地里，其实只要可以证明论点，无论天下大事还是个人小事，都可以为我所用。
