一大清早，我和妈妈提着大包小包的东西到神农公园找摊位。今天的老天真给面子啊！是个大晴天，特别适合在室外摆摊卖东西了。虽然我们比约定的时间早了半小时，可等我们到神农公园后，那里已经是人山人海，一派热闹景象了。我在家里想到了一个好点子：为了吸引顾客上门买我的东西，我把自己珍藏的国画“梅花图”和“铁骨”放在摊位前展示，没想到询问的人还很多呢。我把我的东西分成了“零食区”、“作品展示区”、“书本区”、“玩具区”。子娟老师表扬我：“袁雨新的东西好丰富啊！”受到表扬，我的心里乐滋滋的。

不过当真正开始的时候，可就完全是天差地别了，别的不说，单是开始前的热身活动——也就是跑步，就能让你哭爹喊娘。就比如，像二师兄体形的“丞相”们都说?“哎呀，我的妈呀！这还让不让人活啦。”

而我，当集合广播响起的时候，我是极度“明智”地选择了先把外套脱掉，结果第二天旱晨起来拉肚子不说，更要命的是当时是冬天，像我的这种“明智之举”换来的只能是在风中凌乱。当我“回心转意”之时，老师却冷漠无情地道了一句?“跑步，跑完了就热乎了。”哎，悲催啊！可能是我上辈子犯罪了，但也不至于这样对我吧！没办法，只能希望尽快跑起来吧！

12月11日星期一晴

今天下午第三节课是我们年级的课外活动，我们高兴极了！一蹦三尺高，虽然还需要跑圈，但我们为可以玩而高兴！

我们先听德管员——刘老师说了一大堆，冷了不行，但一想到玩儿时的欢乐，我觉的这点寒冷根本不算些什么，于是我挺了过去。

I think every students extracurricular activities are very interesting.

伴随着新年的钟声，新的一年又开始了。我突发奇想：新年新气象，我应该为村子里做些事情吧。我的想法一出，家人都赞成，更坚定了我的决心。

第二天，我这个美容师就正式上任了。姥姥把我打扮的严严实实，用狐疑的眼光看着我：“你行吗？”我看着姥姥不信任的眼光，信誓旦旦的保证：“我行的，你看吧！”便出发了。

看着有我们陟椒这个有许多文物的村子，不少地方被垃圾弄得肮脏不堪，浓浓的气愤漫上心头，发誓要让村子重变整洁。我拿起比我高上一个头的扫帚，开始工作，“哗哗”的扫地声在不大的村子里回响着。听着那些扫地声，顿时觉得：我长大了，也能做些事情了。自豪感顿时激发了我的斗志，更加卖力的工作了。做完清扫工作，我带上手套开始捡一些大垃圾。我在村子里逛着捡着。不一会儿，垃圾桶已捡满。我终于收拾完了。看到整洁的村子，脸上洋溢着幸福的笑容。我回家拿了一些硬纸板和木棍。在纸板上写上“给自己一个文明习惯，给垃圾一个利用空间。”

通过这次参加社区活动，我突然发现：自己还是有点用的，能为一个大的集体做些事情，不是那个只会缠着妈妈的女孩子了。

我跨进方城小学这所大门之后，上过许多的课。比如生动有趣的语文课;趣味横生的数学课;悦耳动听音乐课……但我最喜欢的，还是那寓教于乐的活动课。

叮钤钤，上课了，我们端端正正的坐在教室里等待着老师的到来。这时，蒋老师笑咪咪地走了进来，说：“同学们，今天的语文课改成活动课……”没等老师把话说完，同学们就一蹦三尺高了，蒋老师还说要带我们去虎山公园上活动课，“哇噻”大家更是“疯狂”了，个个都像疯子似得手舞足蹈。直到老师使出了她的“必杀技”----“河东狮吼”。大家才肯安静下来。

一路上，同学们唱唱跳跳，有说有笑，一眨眼，就到了虎山公园门口。进入公园，首先映入眼帘的是那四头用石头雕刻成的老虎老师让我们都坐在地上，然后走进一石虎，问到：“你们中间有谁知道这只石虎的姿势叫什么?”同学们纷纷说：“猛虎下山”，“饿虎扑羊”……老师听了，高兴称赞道：“你们说得都很有道理，可你们能否把你们刚才说得那几个关于老虎的成语，用到作文里去?”

“能!”我们异口同声得回答。

“ 你再看另一只，多像一只母老虎，在等待着自已的丈夫捕猎回归。”

过了一会儿，老师又带我们往山上走。走过一座拱形的小桥时，一阵阵清脆的鸟鸣声，冲破了我的耳帘。我抬头往上一看，啊!原来是那一双双的百灵鸟在歌唱，我顿时僵住了，像一个木头人一样一动不动，细听着百灵鸟那悦耳动听地歌声。老师又让我们把刚才自已的各种神态和同学们的神态，写进作文里去。

回到学校后，我心想：要是所有的课都和活动课一样寓教于乐，那该多好啊!

今天天气比较好，我和陈思思、施欣佞、吴梓静，还有我妈妈和吴梓静妈妈，六个人在九峰公园捡垃圾。妈妈带了一次性的手套和垃圾袋。

我们到九峰公园门口集合，一起去九峰公园里面捡垃圾，我套上手套，拿着垃圾袋，和同学们一起去捡垃圾，我一看到垃圾，就飞快地跑过去把垃圾放进垃圾袋里面去。我第一次在厕所旁边楼梯上，捡到了一个很大很大，里面装小蛋糕的塑料袋放进了垃圾袋里面去。

我们走着走着又走到了小超市的门口，里面走出好几个小弟弟把垃圾扔在地上，我们把垃圾捡起来扔进垃圾袋里面，我就对那几个小弟弟说：“你们不能把垃圾扔到地上，你们要懂得”环保环境“的谚语：垃圾不落地，黄岩更美丽。”还有一位大姐姐对我们说：“不是我扔得垃圾。”她旁边的小弟弟对我们说：“反正有人会扫的。”“但是你也要保护环境的呀？”我说。 那个小弟弟跟没听见似的，转身就走了。我又继续捡垃圾，捡了满满一袋扔进了垃圾筒里。我们捡完垃圾，就高高兴兴地回家了。

Im Li Hua After the discussion we found that 70% of the students think they should take all kinds of exercise every day but not spend too much time. They think exercise builds body and can keep them healthy. Sports also let them have a good rest so that their study will be more effective.

On the other hand 30% students believe taking exercise is tiring and its a waste of time. They say that after having sports they are too excited for a long time to focus on their lessons. And its possible to be hurt while doing sports.

今日是星期二，是我们二年级的课外活动时间。李老师微笑着说；“一会儿，我们要参加跳跳球接力赛。”话音刚落，同学们就不约而同的欢呼起来，我也高兴极了。

我们来到操场，首先映入眼帘的就是那几个又大又圆的跳跳球，有黄的、红的、绿的，特别引人注目。我兴奋地跳了起来。心想：跳跳球一会我们就和你一起玩！

比赛开始了，每个班的第一个同学都奋力向前，不甘示弱。从前面看他们就向大海上的浪潮一样齐头并进、不分胜负。可没过一会，我们班稍微有点落后，同学们的加油声更大了，我们一起努力又赶了上来。只见，张艺铭用力地跳，每一次都跳得又快又远，我们的脸上露出了满意地笑容。快到我了，我特别激动，心砰砰地跳。可我默默地告诉自己要沉着，我紧紧地盯着迎面来跳跳球，我跺着脚、摆着手，嘴里还不停地喊着：“快点，快点！”终于该我了，我飞快地抓住跳跳球的“大耳朵”，急忙坐上去，屁股往下一压，双腿向后一蹬，在往前一跳，感觉自己跳得好远啊！就像在飞一样。就这样向前跳啊，跳啊。可是好景不长，我刚跳到中间，不知怎么的，我从球上滑了下来。可是我不灰心，立马站起来又继续往前跳，到终点了，我紧张的心情一下子平静了下来。

比赛结束了，我们回到了教室。我想今日的课外活动真有趣，以后还想参加这样的活动！
