今天，我去参加社区活动，一到那里才知道早已人山人海了，签到完了之后活动开始了。

交警二大队中队长来给我们上一堂关于交通安全的课，那堂课很热闹，交警队长刚刚提出来一个问题，一些同学便马上站了起来争先恐后地回答问题。

从这堂课中我明白恶劣机动车超速的后果，路上的盲人道的用处和为什么十三岁以下的儿童不能骑自行车

后来我们又来到了大街上，我们又开展了猜字谜换奖品的活动。我一个个看了过来都觉得非常难，一个同学的一句话使我想出了谜底。后来，我对这个项目越来越感兴趣，在半个小时内总共猜出了四个，得到了牙膏，洗衣粉等家用物品。

紧接着我们开始了扫一条大街的活动，大家都很勤快，有的扫地，有的刮纸，有的捡垃圾没过多久这儿变得更加干净了。

社区活动一个为社区服务，锻炼自我的平台，这里充满着欢笑，有我们努力的结果，我们要用自己的实践把握住这次难得的社区活动。

“叮铃铃，叮铃铃”下课了，同学们飞奔出教室，来到操场上，做自己喜欢的活动。有的跳皮筋、有的打乒乓球、有的打羽毛球……但我最喜欢的还是玩沙包。

我看见不远出有我们班的同学玩沙包，我也参加了。男生一组，女生一组。俗话说：女士优先，男士靠边。所以，我们女生先上场。

比赛开始了，我们上场了，男生便开始攻击，我们左躲右闪，可还是被男生一一打下。

最后，只剩下我自己了，我有些害怕，在场的女生都为我加油，我慢慢平静下来，课男生也没有放松，只听见“刷”、“啪”的一声，我被击中了，我只好下场。

由于女生失败了，现在换场，该男生上场了。他们一个个得意洋洋，于是，我们女生合计起来：一定要给男生点厉害看看。

第一个沙包猛得发出去，课男生个个眼疾手快，一下子抓住了沙包，我们女生气得直跺脚，男生却哈哈大笑。

一直到上课，我们也没消灭一个男生。

虽然我们输了，但我们玩儿得非常开心。

我们的课外活动丰富多彩。有的同学做游戏，有的同学进行体育活动，还有的同学参加科技小组活动，大家玩得的很高兴。

体育活动的内容真是五花八门。有的同学在踢足球，有的同学在跳牛皮筋，还有的同学在踢毽子……瞧！“打野兔”的同学玩得多开心呀！外面围圈的同学早已成了一个个勇敢的“小猎人”了。大圈内的同学也成了一只只活灵活现的“野兔”了。“预备，开始！”比赛正式开始了，圈内的同学一下子乱成一片，四处逃命。而围圈的“小猎人”们却向中间的“野兔”发起了猛攻。“打中了，打中了！”小猎人们欢呼起来，原来，“子弹”打中了两只“野兔”。另外的一只“野兔”见了，“咯，咯，咯”地“笑”了起来，真在他咯咯笑的时候侯一颗“子弹”把他给打中了。

科技小组的同学们玩得也很有意思。看！同学们和车模迷们高兴地跑啊，跳啊，心里多么地欢畅！玩航摸的同学控制着自己心爱的小船，和别的同学一比高低。玩水火箭的同学也玩得很有劲。瞧！他们认真的样子，准能把对方打个“落花流水！”

“稍息，立正！向前看齐，向前看！跑步，走！”曲姿谕喊道，我们都立刻严肃起来，认认真真的开始跑步“进场”。

曲姿谕开始喊口号：“一二一！一二一！一二三四！我们大声喊道：“一二三四！齐心协力，永创佳绩！一二三四！“一二一！一二一！”……

练完队列，开始做操了，我们先做《弟子规》操，“一二三四五六七八，二二三四五六七八”……做完《弟子规》操后，该做《小皮球》，在做《小皮球》之前，刘老师又给我们重复了一遍做操时候的注意事项：要把手插在腰上，不能把手塞进兜里。下一个操是《韵律操》，这个操需要注意节奏的变化。

练完跑步后，就下课了。

今日是星期二，是我们二年级的课外活动时间。李老师微笑着说；“一会儿，我们要参加跳跳球接力赛。”话音刚落，同学们就不约而同的欢呼起来，我也高兴极了。

我们来到操场，首先映入眼帘的就是那几个又大又圆的跳跳球，有黄的、红的、绿的，特别引人注目。我兴奋地跳了起来。心想：跳跳球一会我们就和你一起玩！

比赛开始了，每个班的第一个同学都奋力向前，不甘示弱。从前面看他们就向大海上的浪潮一样齐头并进、不分胜负。可没过一会，我们班稍微有点落后，同学们的加油声更大了，我们一起努力又赶了上来。只见，张艺铭用力地跳，每一次都跳得又快又远，我们的脸上露出了满意地笑容。快到我了，我特别激动，心砰砰地跳。可我默默地告诉自己要沉着，我紧紧地盯着迎面来跳跳球，我跺着脚、摆着手，嘴里还不停地喊着：“快点，快点！”终于该我了，我飞快地抓住跳跳球的“大耳朵”，急忙坐上去，屁股往下一压，双腿向后一蹬，在往前一跳，感觉自己跳得好远啊！就像在飞一样。就这样向前跳啊，跳啊。可是好景不长，我刚跳到中间，不知怎么的，我从球上滑了下来。可是我不灰心，立马站起来又继续往前跳，到终点了，我紧张的心情一下子平静了下来。

比赛结束了，我们回到了教室。我想今日的课外活动真有趣，以后还想参加这样的活动！

“一、一、一二一……”是谁在喊口号啊？原来是我们班在为即将开始的水果操比赛作准备呢，和我一起去看看吧！

“比赛时喊口号响亮，动作做到位……”老师反复强调着。我心里紧张得像十五个吊桶打水——七上八下，生怕一个动作做错了，就会影响我们整个班的成绩。所以千万不能做错任何一个动作！我心里暗暗为自己加油打气。

时间过得飞快，一转眼，比赛就开始了。我用几分钟的站位时间把四节操的动作和要点又想了一遍。不一会儿，音乐响起来了，我便连忙开始跳。“一二三四五六七八，二二三四……”我小声地打着节拍，生怕自己哪里做错了。不好！刘佳雯的动作反了！我真是看在眼里急在心里，恨不得让时间停止，我去把她的手扳回来。可惜，我不是“都敏俊”，只能希望裁判老师的眼睛不好使，没看见这“小小失误”。直到廖老师夸奖我们六（2）班的时候，我一颗悬着的心才放下来。

比赛结束了，大家都希望能拿第一名。只要付出，就有回报。我相信我们一定可以取得好成绩！

带着自己做的寿司和晶皮月饼，告别邻居叔叔、阿姨、爷爷、奶奶、小朋友们，我高高兴兴地回家了，在路上，我心里想：“邻居节”给我带来了不少快乐，我希望在明年的邻居节上有更多的活动。

国庆放假七天，我在这个长假里到了很多地方，也增长了许多见识，其中最令我印象深刻的事是去参加第五期国学亲子营的结营仪式。

那天虽然下着雨，可我的心情却非常激动，好像心里住了一只小兔子，在砰砰乱跳。

一下车，就看到负责接待的王老师，热情地迎上来，她带领我们参观了教育中心，一进中心的大门，中间是茗茶厅，大约有两个教室那么大，左右两边是会场，左边的小一些，右边的大些。这里给人一种幽静的感觉，古色古香。特别是小会场，它的天花板是由一根根芦苇杆排成的，就像是一间草屋，好像能听到朗朗的读书声。

茗茶厅里有个泰山石————-天柱的展览台，取谐音天助之意，这个教育中心是得到了上天的助力才建成的，这里的一草一木，一砖一瓦都是爱心人士捐赠的，这些爱心人士就是上天的助力。

这时音乐声提醒就要开始上课了，大家都有序地进入大会场。而我还有个重要的任务——-要上台表演最尊贵的礼节“三跪九叩礼”。我和妈妈站在台上，耳边传来主持人倪老师庄严的声音：“一跪——”然后妈妈说指令，我按着指令一步步做下去，想着一定要表现出淑女端庄典雅的风范，而每次叩下时，我心里都充满了恭敬和感恩。最后年长者来到台上，子女们也来向父母行跪拜礼。

学习结束后，我们开始用餐，从一颗种子到成为一颗饭米粒，这中间经过了多少人的辛勤劳动，每个人都仔仔细细的把每粒米饭都吃完，真正力行惜物。

最后，教育中心来了梦想童年团队的志愿者，小朋友拿着自己心爱的玩具捐献给他们。这些已经旧了或有些损失的玩具，经过这些老师灵巧的双手就能复原，然后再去捐给偏远地区的孩子们，让他们和我们一样拥有快乐的童年。

这次结营活动让我深深体会到对长辈的礼敬态度，对物品的感恩之心和让爱传播出去的利他心。我还要继续学习并在生活中力行。

“咯咯咯”“你看你”“哈哈哈”……这些快乐的声音都来自操场的一角。

今天下午，我们上了一节与以往不同的活动课。跑完一圈后，我们解散了，我在操场走着，忽然看见其他女生都在操场旁边的小花园有说有笑，我好奇地跑了过去。

只见李玉娟、李丛、贾麒冉、任佳怡，都在帮赵师傅浇水，一阵阵笑声不断。我看着挺好玩的，也挺想试试，便从任佳怡手中拿过了水管。朝着草喷，真好玩，一会东喷喷，一会西喷喷，一会用水写个字，一会又往天空喷，一会再画个图案，真是乐不思蜀。其他人看见我玩得正欢，也想试试，我们便一人浇一会。

那些嫩绿的小草，再加上水滴的点缀，显得更加勃勃生机了，我看着它们仿佛在向我微笑。赵师傅看我们欢乐的穿梭的草地里，也露出了笑容。玩累了，我便站在路旁，看着她们玩。这时，突然听见李丛对我说：“程子凡，看你的鞋，全都是泥，快擦擦吧。”我低头一看，原来刚才光顾着玩了，也没注意。本来很干净的鞋子，全都沾满了泥土。我尖叫一声，却忽然看见任佳怡、李玉娟、贾麒冉的鞋子也都“变了一张脸”。看着自己的衣服和鞋都好脏，我们大家都不禁笑了出来，这时，任佳怡朝着天空大喊一声“看来，今天晚上我们女生要集体刷鞋了！”我们都表示赞同。鞋子既然脏了，那就让它脏的更彻底一点吧，我便更加没有顾忌的踩来踩去。

我们一起帮助赵师傅料理花草，一会帮这边的松树“洗个澡”，一会给路边的石子“换身衣服”。小年纪的同学也被我们感染了，都纷纷来帮助赵师傅，有的锄草，有的浇花，还有的帮师傅拎东西。

快乐的时间总是会飞快的流逝，不一会下课了。看着“容光焕发”的小花园，我们都满意的回去了。

这堂活动课过得可真有趣！

下课铃响了，同学们快步走出课室去参加自己喜欢的课外活动。

操场中间，转呼啦圈的同学玩得真起劲。他们不停地前后摇摆让呼啦圈在身上转动，眼看呼啦圈就要掉下去了，他们又加快速度让呼啦圈回到原来的位置上。有一个同学把一个呼啦圈递给在转的同学，在转的同学把圈往身上一套接着转。围观的同学叫：“好！好！再来一个！”

打蓝球也很有意思。抢球的人趁对方投球的时候，猛地一跃拿住了球，又投给运球的人。运球的人象只黄鼠狼在人群中串来串去，这时，敌方有一个队员跑过来拍了一下球，球差点被抢去。投球的得到了球，纵身一跃投进了一个球。他们蹦啊跳啊，心里多么欢畅。

老鹰捉小鸡的游戏最好玩！老鹰眼睛直盯着一只只肥嘟嘟的小鸡，仿佛看见了一大桌的烤鸡，馋得直流口水。老鹰来了个声东击西，它猛地向右边扑去，吓得小鸡连忙向左躲闪，老鹰又突然来了个急转弯，果然抓住了一只小鸡。母鸡看见自己的小鸡被捉走了，加紧了防备，展开宽大的翅膀保护小鸡。小鸡紧紧地跟在母鸡的后面，脑子里一片空白，只知道紧紧拉住前面的伙伴。但到了最后还是躲不过老鹰锋利的爪子，最后老鹰饱餐了一顿。

课外活动真是丰富多彩啊！

每一次课外活动都是在下午第三节课，每一次课外活动都有新的花样。这一次呢，原来是要进行个人编花跳和大跳绳。

主任发好“小作家”的奖励和讲话，我们各班就到各班的活动区域去活动了。我当然是要跳大跳绳了，可是没想到的是，我很早就被筛选出来了。算了，老师让我练习花样跳，本来我来的听好，可是到比赛的时候，跳绳的主人把跳绳要回去了，因为这条跳绳是我找他借的，现在跳绳也跳不成了。

这时，老师让我们集合了，说让各组排练课本剧，说排练什么都可以，这才让我心里好受一点。经过我们的精心挑选，选了个大家不仅愿意看还挺简单的，是《三国演义》中的《草船借箭》。以我的想法，我当然适当诸葛亮了，可是，我却让我们组比我语言表达更好的张思佳扮演了诸葛亮，至于我嘛，就当了周瑜周公瑾。王佳穆当鲁肃，刘宇帆和薛铭标当士兵，胡皖俪当主持人，我们来练了一会儿，就集合了。

这一次课外活动，说实话，就排练是我的心情还高兴点，不过，这次课外活动真的很精彩。

一天下午，我，李子晗还有刘煦言在前操场那边玩打鸭子游戏。

李子晗先把一张不用的纸揉成了一团，然后说：“这个就是打鸭子的子弹，钱奕君你先去当鸭子吧，然后是我，最后是刘煦言。”我站在中间，还没反应过来，李子晗就朝我身上扔了一颗子弹，幸好我躲的快，“没扔中。”我笑着说。刘煦言接着来扔，她可真聪明，往我要跳的地方扔，一下就打中了我。

下一个打的是李子晗，我一扔，她可机灵了，急忙蹲下，结果没打中。气急败坏的我把子弹交给了刘煦言，刘煦言也用上次扔我的招数来对付李子晗，可李子晗跳的是另一边，她也失败了。该我了，我瞄准李子晗的脚扔过去，“打中了，打中了”我手舞足蹈的说。

我们正玩的高兴，“叮咚”下课铃响了，在去餐厅的路上，我们也说说笑笑的，晚上睡觉的时候，也梦见了下午的情景。

啊，新的一天又将来临！

今天，我参加了东方夏令营活动。这个活动是川沙少年宫组织的。我在夏令营中认识了很多小朋友，同时也有以前就认识的小朋友。虽然只有短短两天时间，但是两天时间里，我感觉到很开心，有很多收获。

东方水上步行球

这个活动是这样的：有一个大球，往里面放好气后，然后有3个小孩子进去，滚到水里，往前爬，工作人员叔叔会帮助我们往前滚，我们在里面也会用力往前，使大球滚得快一点。

大球是透明的，很大很大，里面很热，而且不会进水。虽然我们用了很大的力气，但是大球还是滚得很慢。我觉得玩这个活动很开心，同时要我们大家团结合作，往一个方向用力，球才会滚得快。

东方嬉水

我们穿着游泳衣到一个小小的游泳池去泼水。那个游泳池的水很少，只到我们的膝盖，但是我们玩得还是很开心。

东方打水仗

东方打水仗就是拿把水枪打别人，工作人员给我们在地上放了一个小毛头充气游泳池，里面放满水，是给我们装水的。

在夏令营活动中玩了东方嘉年华、打水仗、水上步行球、水上拔河接力赛、钓龙虾、晚会等，我觉得水上步行球、嬉水、打水仗最好玩，我还喜欢接力赛。

夏令营的两天里，太阳火辣辣的，气温达到了39度，但我还是积极参加每项活动。

记得三年级上学期时，我参加了一次激动人心的活动——拔河比赛。

听到这个消息后，我们全班都沸腾起来。老师首先领着我们来到操场上，只见一条粗大的绳子压在操场当中的一条白线上，绳子中间扎着一块红布条儿，老师对我们男女同学说：“游戏规则是这样的：男同学一队，女同学一队，你们两队谁能把绳子中间的红布条儿拉到靠自己一头的白线，那一队就胜利了。”
