What can I do for our environment?

"We wish you a merry Christmas, we wish you a merry Christmas"Have you heard that song? Yup! Its Christmas time! This Christmas, I stayed with my "host family"1. It was an amazing experience to see how a typical American family would celebrate the biggest western festival of the year.

Christmas, like our Spring Festival, has a meaning in itself. Christmas Day, which is on December 25, is the birthday of Jesus Christ--the son of God. Thats why it is called Christmas. On that day, Christians would get together with their families to celebrate the birthday of Jesus. But nowadays, the religious meaning of Christmas has become less emphasized. To many families, it is just a time of family reunion and the ever-exciting present-giving.

Our school had been on winter vacation since December 11. I stayed at my friend, Stephen Stapczynskis house--his family was my "host family". Although Christmas was still more than ten days ahead, the festive spirit had already been teeming everywhere. The Christmas tree had already been set up, and on every windowsill, there were Christmas lights. On the first day I arrived at their house, Stephen and I helped Mrs. Stapczynski put decorations on the Christmas tree. The tree looked so nice with all the lights on and the beautiful ornaments dangling from its branches.

As Christmas came closer, the whole neighborhood had made preparations too. Some people would hold parties at their houses, inviting all their neighbors to come. So every night, if you went out, you would see a long line of cars parked in front of some house--a partys on!

Whats more, the Christmas decorations that some people put on their windows and in gardens were just amazing. On one night, we went out in our car for a "tour of lights". There was one street that was so famous for its lights that it got its way into the local paper. We had a hard time finding the well-hidden street, but it turned out to be worth the effort. Lights shone brightly in front of nearly every house, on trees, bushes, doors, windowseverywhere, taking different shapes, making it seem almost like daytime. Huge inflatable figures in the front gardens were waving to us: there were Santa Clauses2, of course, chuckling merrily away; and there were also other Christmas figures, like Rudolph3--the red-nosed reindeer--with his red nose gleaming ever so brightly; even Bart Simpson--a character in the famous comedy The Simpsons--had joined the jolly party, wearing a Santas hat. The street set off a lot of "ooh"s and "aah"s inside the car.4 When we left, there was a line of cars in the street, all there to see the lights.

Christmas is the time for exchanging presents. Stephen and Niko had been thinking about their Christmas lists (a list of things they wish "Santa"to give them for Christmas) for a long time. I didnt want to ask for anything, but the Stapczynskis were so kind to "force"me make one list as well (Mr. Stapczynski told me if I didnt make one he would chop off my legs). So I wrote down a couple of things that I would like to have, and gave the list to them--sorry, my mistake--to Santa.

Finally, Christmas Eve came. There was a special Christmas service at the church at 6 p.m. It was certainly a very interesting experience for me. The priest started the service reading and sang out extractions from a holy book--The Divine Liturgy. For several times, we would stand up and pray.

Sometimes, the church choir would start singing. The atmosphere was very quiet and holy. Then there was a ceremony called "The Receiving Communion". People waited in line to "receive"a spoonful of food from the priest. It was a very special Christmas tradition. The food was made from bread and wine. The bread represents the body of Jesus, and the wine represents his blood. After this ceremony, the priest had a speech. He reminded us not to forget the true meaning of Christmas, and let Jesus really live inside us--that is, to love the people around us wholeheartedly. I think that no matter if you are a Christian or not, this principle should be part of our lives. After the priest finished his speech, the part that I enjoyed most came: Christmas carols5. Christmas carols are songs that people sing at Christmas, such as "Jingle Bells", "We Wish You a Merry Christmas", "Silent Night"and so on. Some were very merry, others sounded quite holy, but all of them were beautiful. I closed my eyes, and let all the peacefulness and happiness that were in the songs flow through me. What a feeling it was!

We went to sleep earlier that day for we had to get up early on Christmas Day to open our presents. Sure enough, when I was still half-way during a sweet dream, Stephen burst into my room and told me to get up and open presents. There were a huge pile of presents under the Christmas tree, and there was such a mysterious mist shrouding them that made me eager to see what they all were. So one by one, we went through all the presents. Mr. and Mrs. Stapczynski had bought me everything I had written on my Christmas list--and a lot more! I got music CDs, film DVDs, clothes, books I was very happy, and I didnt know how to express my appreciation for what they had done for me.

Stephen and Niko had gotten a lot of presents too, and they had already been trying out their new games!

In the afternoon, we went to Mrs. Stapczynskis brother, Uncle Stans house. They had prepared a marvelous meal for us. A lot of their friends and relatives also came. I saw Stephen and Nikos grandparents, Yiayia and Papou (words of grandma and grandpa in Greek--Mrs. Stapczynskis parents came from Greece, so they like the boys using Greek words to call them). They were very kind to me, and treated me just like one of their family members. We had a very luxurious meal, consisting of turkey, beef, pork, and all sorts of other food.

After the meal, when all the stomachs were full and everyone was feeling drowsy6 from all the food, we just sat around the table and chatted, just like what we Chinese people do at the Spring Festival. After all, Christmas, like the Spring Festival, is a time for us to get away from our busy lives, a time for family gathering, and a time to have some fun.

参加这次的活动，使我受益匪浅。相信这些从游戏中得来的团队经验，在我们小组合作制度的管理上也能起到如鱼得水、锦上添花的作用。

一、团体的力量大于天

一场“人工降雨”在我们400多个学生的演绎下变得惟妙惟肖，如雷贯耳。同学们每个人都不是故意特别用力的去拍手，去跺脚。只是轻轻地做动作就给了旁观者如雷贯耳的感觉，我想这种效果不用说十个人，就是二十个人在那里使劲跺脚，使出吃奶得劲儿来把手拍的通红也不可能有这种气势磅礴、音波错乱有序的效果。可见，团体的力量是十分强大，胜过个人的力量。

二、要寻找损失最少的最佳方案。

在进行第二个项目“找零钱”游戏时，便有队员因没有做出及时的反应抢先和男生组队而被淘汰。老师问我们有没有淘汰队员少的组队方案，我知道一定有的，但我却没能及时的想出来“拯救”自己的队员，我为我的无能而感到愧疚，又为他们感到可惜。两轮后老师让他们重新归队、而我们又无一人淘汰时，我是说不出的高兴，抱着班长是又蹦又跳。

三、要对团队的决定有足够的信心。

玩“心有千千结”时，我们都商量好了怎么做，就等着夺魁。可就在我们一起转身准备“大圆满”时，有队员翻过身后觉得自己做错了，于是又转了回来，这是就让别的班级钻了空子了。

四、盲目的开始，粗略的作风，必会影响到进程。

闯难关时，有的队员左右不分，不能及时配合;打的结比较的烦乱无条理，这就给我们解开造成了很大的困难。我们紧跟着别的班完成后。又玩了一遍，这一遍我们设置好了步骤，对面的队员两两握手，不到十秒，“千千结”就被轻易的解开了。更不禁就验证了盲目的开始，因为我们没有计划;粗略的作风，因为队员有左右不分，胡乱握手的和不严密操作步骤。因而我们在做一件事情之前一定要有快而准的、严密的操作步骤，才会将事情办得又快又好。

我的课余生活丰富多彩，其中打羽毛球是我最喜欢的一种运动。

每到周末，做完作业，妈妈就带我去打羽毛球，而且，每次打完都像刚刚从大海里捞出来一样。一开始学打羽毛球时，羽毛球老是不受控制，妈妈发过来的球不是没打到就是被我拍斜，我又气又急，每次都弄得满头大汗。后来，妈妈说：“ 不要心急，等球慢慢落下来时，看着球的底部，看准方向再拍。”我照着妈妈说的做，果然，慢慢的球听我的指挥了。从此以后我的球技就越练越好，有一次我还打败了妈妈了呢!从那时起打羽毛球成了我最喜欢的一种运动，每次打羽毛球时，我都要求妈妈再多打几局。但是，我现在只会接球，还不怎么会发球，在接下来的时间里我要多多练习发球，使自己的球技越来越棒。

打羽毛球既能锻炼我的身体，也能锻炼我的反应能力，真是两全其美。打羽毛球是我最喜爱的课外活动!

When the bell rang, the students stepped out of the classroom and went to the playground to take part in their favorite activities. The campus is boiling up immediately.

On the west side of the campus, there are four basketball frames. The basket sitting next to some of the students, from time to time came the cheers and laughter. Look, how hard the basketball players are! A decision win, but often play a long time end neither in victory nor defeat.

The basket around the East, some of my classmates. They are skipping rope. One of the students just stopped, and another student picked up him and went on.

The football students play the most. On both sides of the ball, the students worked closely to keep the other team from getting the ball. The ball flew over the air. One of the students came to the air and kicked the ball into the other teams goal. "Oh! We won. " The winning player cheered.

Our extracurricular activities are really colorful. Some jump rubber band, some shuttlecock, some running. The most interesting is the children of the kindergarten.  Under the guidance of Big Brother Big Sister, they are playing the game of catching chicken with the eagle!

怀着对H中的向往和好奇，我参加了H中的参观之旅－走进高中。

首先对HS中学的印象就是路途比较遥远，如果去上学，有一种千里求学的感觉，这也是对学习的一种动力。

然后我感觉环境比较安静，校园很美，若大的校园，优秀学生比较多，家长素质很高，校方接待人比较热情，一切井然有序。教室、操场、宿舍各各角落都非常干净，在食堂感受一下就餐，非常的卫生，见不到一片垃圾。从这个角度，就能感觉到校方的管理非常到位。衡中学子的优秀，在这种环境中，是水到渠成的事情。

观看纪录片，对于办学理念以德治校啊，校园的宣传记录片里的，各种活动和各种奖项，各种竞赛的给学生的锻炼，在开阔眼界，锻炼身体方面，展示得非常到位。还是有很多学生愿意来这个学校的，但是门槛还是非常高的，所以学习成绩是王道。

平时成绩里，月考、期中、期末，一模二模，非常重要，还有你的知识储备，你的生活习惯，你的身体状况，还有你是否有一颗感恩的心，愿意为自已的理想，而奋斗，如果把这关键的几方面把握住了，你自然非常优秀了。

所以此次的参观，让我下定决心，在关键时刻，不能有为难情绪，不能放弃，在困难面前不能被吓倒，

成功不是因为聪明与否，而是因为是否坚持，只要下定决心，成功就在你的脚下，成功就在你的手中！

我的爱好就像海里的小鱼一样多，比如：拍照、逛超市、旅游……但是，我最喜欢的是参加小区里的活动。那么，我就来介绍一下我们的邻居节吧。

晚上，我正在画画，“叮咚、叮咚”！门铃响起，我急忙走下楼梯，打开门，一看：四周一个人也没有。我正纳闷，忽然，“扑通”！我被吓得心惊胆战。“是什么东西呀”？我害怕地说。一张纸飘到我脸上，这时，我才恍然大悟，原来是一张邀请函，上面写着让我们参加一年一度的“邻居节”。看了这个好消息，我高兴地一蹦三尺高。“邻居节”上到底有哪些活动呢？我充满期待。没过多久，活动时间到了，我带着灿烂的笑容走到了指定的会馆，开始了一次“邻居节”的经历。

一走进大门，我发现这里人山人海，全是我们的邻居。我以瘦小的优势来到了一张桌子前，看见一位个头高高的叔叔，再看看那张桌上的寿司，这下，我明白了，叔叔是教我们做寿司的。接着，我学着叔叔教的步骤做了一些寿司。做完以后，我小心地把一个个寿司放进盒子里。我还想做几个月饼，我向左边走了大约三步路，来到了做月饼的地方，开始学做晶皮月饼。这个月饼做做可简单啦！只要把皮压扁再搓圆，不过，千万不要把里面的馅忘掉喽！再放入模型压一下就成功啦！

带着自己做的寿司和晶皮月饼，告别邻居叔叔、阿姨、爷爷、奶奶、小朋友们，我高高兴兴地回家了，在路上，我心里想：“邻居节”给我带来了不少快乐，我希望在明年的邻居节上有更多的活动。

今年是我亲爱的母校——青园小学10周岁生日，在这里我已经学习生活快三年了，留下了许多开心快乐的回忆。其中最让我难忘的是一年级第一次参加学校“快乐丫米日”活动时的兴奋与喜悦。

你绝对会好奇的问：“丫米日活动是干什么的？”它是我们青园小学为了表彰本学期表现突出的同学而举办的“狂欢日”。每当开学初老师就会发一个《小葵花奖励手册》给大家，上面有学习、礼仪、环保、阅读和家庭五项好习惯，当你在某项好习惯上表现不错时，老师就会奖给你相应的贴纸，“丫米日”活动前夕如果你的贴纸是全班前30名之列，哈哈！那么恭喜你，因为你可以参加这个“狂欢日”喽！

记得那是一个阳光明媚、风和日丽的下午，满怀激动心情的我和其他获得“丫米日”奖品兑换劵的同学排着整齐的队伍，在班主任李老师的带领下，雄纠纠气昂昂的来到学校兑奖处。前面已经有许多高年级的哥哥、姐姐领到了奖品，正在一旁大块朵颐，看着他们津津有味的吃着，我的口水都快流出来了，心里也着急的不得了。终于轮到我了，我自豪的将兑奖劵递给老师，马上得到了一个包装精美的盒子。打开一看里面可都是我的最爱，有松软可口的面包、香甜美味的蛋糕还有甜甜的棒棒糖，真是太好了，可是我却舍不得把它们放到肚子里，因为这是我努力付出的回报呀！放学回家，我拿出相机给奖品们来了张“全家福”，并一直等到妈妈下班回来与她一起分享，甜甜的棒棒糖含在口中可真是美味无比呀……

看，这就是我——一名无忧无虑，快乐无比的青园学子，我一定会好好珍惜在母校的剩余时光，相信这将是我人生中最好美好的一段回忆。

我们的课外活动丰富多彩。有的同学做游戏，有的同学进行体育活动，还有的同学参加科技小组活动，大家玩得的很高兴。

体育活动的内容真是五花八门。有的同学在踢足球，有的同学在跳牛皮筋，还有的同学在踢毽子……瞧!“打野兔”的同学玩得多开心呀!外面围圈的同学早已成了一个个勇敢的“小猎人”了。大圈内的同学也成了一只只活灵活现的“野兔”了。“预备，开始!”比赛正式开始了，圈内的同学一下子乱成一片，四处逃命。而围圈的“小猎人”们却向中间的“野兔”发起了猛攻。“打中了，打中了!”小猎人们欢呼起来，原来，“子弹”打中了两只“野兔”。另外的一只“野兔”见了，“咯，咯，咯”地“笑”了起来，真在他咯咯笑的时候侯一颗“子弹”把他给打中了。

科技小组的同学们玩得也很有意思。看!同学们和车模迷们高兴地跑啊，跳啊，心里多么地欢畅!玩航摸的同学控制着自己心爱的小船，和别的同学一比高低。玩水火箭的同学也玩得很有劲。瞧!他们认真的样子，准能把对方打个“落花流水!”

课间活动真是丰富多彩，既能让同学们增长知识，又能够让同学们锻炼身体，小朋友们，你们喜欢课间活动吗?

12月11日，我参加了《郑州日报》小记者的活动：参观河南省博物院。

这是我第一次参加小记者团的活动，在妈妈告诉我这一消息的那一刻，我就开始怀着既兴奋又激动，还伴有一丝紧张的心情，期待着这次活动的到来……

活动当天，我早早就准备好了笔和笔记本，来到了河南省博物院的门口集合。参加活动的小记者很多，可看来看去，也没有一张我熟悉的面孔。

9点半时，在带队老师和讲解员阿姨的带领下，我们进入博物院的大厅。大厅正对大门，有一组巨大的雕塑。雕塑描述的就是中原文化发源地的河南：上面有巍巍中岳嵩山、登封观星台、嵩山寺塔、龙门石窟，还有两头大象，讲述着河南简称“豫”的故事，非常壮观！

这次活动，我们主要参观了“中原古代文明之光”。走过象征着“时空隧道”的长廊，我们先到了“史前文化”展厅，里面展出了许多石器时代的工具、乐器，比如：削刮器、雕刻器、石斧、石磨等；我最感兴趣的是用仙鹤的骨头做的“骨笛”，它是我国发现的历史最早、性能最强的管乐器，讲解员阿姨还告诉我们说，在出土的二十多根骨笛中，有三根现在还能演奏，不仅能演奏古典，还能演奏现代乐曲，一点儿也不亚于现在的乐器，被誉为“中华第一笛”。我们还欣赏了仰韶的彩陶文化和先进的龙山文化。

我们了解了在公元前2049年，夏王朝建立，这是中国历史上第一个王朝，青铜器出现，夏朝禹的时候铸九鼎，将天下分九州，河南就是当时的豫州。商王朝的时候，瓷器出现了，所以说，中国是世界上最早烧制瓷器的国家，河南则是中国最早烧制瓷器的地区。

我还认识了出土于长子口大墓的周朝乐器“骨排萧”，就是成语“参差不齐”的由来。

在这次活动中，我们“穿越时空”，从原古时代一路走来，看到了“原始智慧”——石器，还有“权力的象征”——青铜器、金缕玉衣，当然还有铁器、瓷器，它们都是中国古代人民智慧的结晶。

两个小时的参观时间很快就过去了。时间虽短，可我的收获很大，我为我是中国人而自豪，我为我是河南人而骄傲！

河南省博物院真是一个让人流连忘返的好地方！

Nowadays, English corner has be the main symbol for the English learners, most people join the corner in the weekends. Joining the English corner can enhance people’s ability of speaking English. Students have less chance to speaking in the class, but in the English corner, they can speak what they want. As there are people from all classes in the English corner, people can share their experience for each other, they can learn more from each other. If you have time, I suggest you to join the English corner.

打从我们上学，英语就成为了我们的主要科目之一，政府也格外注重英语教育。在课上，我们在很长一段时间里学习了语法和句子结构，一些学生不再满足于在课上学习到的，他们想要讲一口流利的英语，因此他们可以充分利用在课上学习到的。现在，英语角已经成为了英语学习者的主要象征，大部分人在周末参加英语角。参加英语角可以增强他们讲英语的能力。学生在课上很少有机会讲英语，但是在英语角，他们可以讲自由发话。英语角里有来自社会各界的人士，人们可以彼此交流经验，互相学习。如果你有时间，我建议你来参加英语角。

“老鹰捉小鸡”的游戏真好玩。

当老师一说起这个游戏名称时，就有好几个男同学争着当老鹰，于是，老师让我们自由组合玩。我们这一组由林蕾当老鹰，我当鸡妈妈，其他都当小鸡，分配好角色后，有趣的游戏就开始了。

“老鹰”一步步地向我逼进，看她那眼神好像要把我这群肥肥胖胖的小鸡全给“消灭”掉，美餐一顿呢！可我这个鸡妈妈也不是好惹的，我会尽我的全力来保护我的小鸡。老鹰趁我不注意猛然向我的右边扑来，张开她那“锋利”的“鹰爪”，我这个鸡妈妈当然也不甘示弱，奋力挡了过去，狡猾的“老鹰”见我上当了，猛一转身连忙向我的左边扑去，我见不妙，来了个“急刹车”也急忙向左挡去，后面的鸡群也随着我晃来荡去……。第一局平局。

第二局时“老鹰”更狡猾了，她左转一圈，右转一圈，把我弄得晕头转向，并趁机向我们“进攻”，后面的“小鸡们”左躲右闪，蹦来跳去，连我也慌了手脚，这一下子，“老鹰”一连捉了我3只小鸡，可她还不罢休，她时而向我发起猛攻，时而站在原地跟我对词，不一会儿，又吃了我3只小鸡。第二局老鹰赢。

我们满头大汗地又玩起了第三局，“丁零零，丁零零”清脆的下课铃响了，我们结束了快乐的活动，可我还沉浸在那游戏的喜悦中。

下课了，我们就冲出教室开始玩《摸摸我是谁》。我先来摸，我闭上眼睛向前走。忽然，我摸到了一个东西，猜：“你是朱星彤吗?”我听见了同学们的笑声，原来是墙。我再摸，这回我猜对了。轮到金楚楚来摸，她一闭上眼睛，就分不清东南西北，一会儿撞到墙，一会儿撞到树，最后还把一棵树当成我，害得我们哈哈大笑。不管她怎么猜都猜不中我们，只好学青蛙跳了十下。轮到牟何静猜了，牟何静一猜就中了，我们都夸奖她真厉害。

正在我们玩得很开心时，语文课的上课铃突然打响了。我们只好又冲进了教室，开始读课文。

在春光明媚的星期五，我们学校举行了一年一度的英语节活动。

同学们兴高采烈的拿着要卖的书到操场上去。我也带上了自己精心准备的《安妮日记》。刚到操场，我就被这热闹的气氛吸引住了。安静的操场一下子变成了熙熙攘攘的大市场。

因为是英语节，老师让我们尽量用英语沟通。小朋友向我们奔来，可是他们只看一眼我们的书，就急匆匆的去看其他班的玩具了。好像是他们喜欢的玩具要被别人抢走了似的。看来爱玩是孩子的天性，玩具的吸引力比书大呀。这时，我们就像热锅上的蚂蚁，拼命地喊着“comehere，comehere！”尽管我卖力的喊着，小朋友还是不肯光顾我们的书摊。张老师看着我们心急如焚的样子，只好说：“要是实在没有人买，那就互相卖吧。”我对着同学们喊着：canIhelpyou？canIhelpyou？我把书的价格降低后，终于卖出去了。同学们也都买到了自己喜欢的书籍。

英语节活动不但锻炼了我的英语口语能力，也让我明白了卖东西不是我想象的那么简单，也是需要学习的。我喜欢英语节！

6月29日早上，我特别高兴，因为我要参加《余姚日报》组织的夏令营活动了。这可是我第一次参加夏令营哟!

到了学校，同学们也陆续来了，我们二年级大约有20个小朋友参加夏令营活动，带队的是我们班主任胡老师。

7点15分，我们坐上大巴车出发了。感谢太阳公公躲进了云层，给我们送来了凉爽的天气。50分钟后，我们到达了目的地—梁弄。下了车，我们先来到四明山革命烈士陵园、革命烈士陈列馆等地方进行参观，我知道了许多革命烈士故事。梁弄，真不愧是红色革命根据地呀。

快到中午，我们步行来到青少年实践培训基地。培训基地里有好多教官，他们带我们去吃中饭，饭后休息之后，教官带领我们参加了4项实践活动。

第一项活动是搭多米诺骨牌。教官让我们8个人为一组，每组完成一个“B”字。我们一组一次次失败了，但是我们没有放弃，最后经过大家的努力，终于完成了这个项目，大伙儿都兴奋得跳了起来。

第二项活动是高空作业。我们分成两组，一组攀岩，一组爬软梯。我参加了攀岩活动，可是轮到我攀岩的时候，教官说上课时间结束了，我只能体验一下，爬了两格就下来了，真是不过瘾啊!

第三项活动是“水上飘”。我们要踩在伏在水上面的箱子过河。我们班的同学一个也没有落水，我还是一路跑过去的呢。

第四个活动是做游戏。教官和我们一起玩了“桃花朵朵开”、“理财”、“指鹿为马”三个游戏，这些游戏都是在考验我们的团队合作精神。

下午四点半，活动结束了，这次活动让我收获很多。夏令营活动真是太有意义了。

As the social civilization develops at a fast speed, the new century has brought us with an unprecedented variety of recreational activities ranging from traditional outdoor activities such as playing ball games to all kinds of other indoor activities. People can do sports, singing karaoke, go dancing, go to the movies, play video games or online games, or surf the Internet.

随着社会文明的发展速度比较快，新世纪给我们带来了与从传统的户外活动如打球到其他各种室内活动空前的各种娱乐活动。人们可以做运动，唱歌，跳舞唱歌，看电影，玩游戏或在线游戏，或上网冲浪。

On one hand, recreational activities are good to people’s health, both physically and mentally. Sports and dancing can keep people fit. Singing karaoke will bring more excitement and enrich people’s life. Playing video games can satisfy people’s imagination and develop people’s intelligence. Surfing the Internet can bring people plenty of information and knowledge. What’s more, some recreational activities, such as going to the cinema or theatre, playing volleyballs in a team will be inductive to strengthen the affection of the family.

一方面，娱乐活动对人们的健康有益，包括身体上和精神上的。体育和跳舞可以使人健康。唱卡拉OK将带来更多的刺激和丰富人们的生活。玩游戏可以满足人们的想象和开发人的智力。上网能给人们带来的信息和知识丰富。更重要的是，一些娱乐活动，比如去电影院或剧院，在一队打排球将感应加强对家庭的影响。

On the other hand, some recreational activities, such as playing mahjong and poker, might be time-consuming and harmful if people are addicted. Spending too much time and money on these activities will seriously influence people’s normal lives. There are also some on-line games which is great appeal to the young generation. Those who are indulged in the games may waste too much time to study and exercise.

另一方面，一些娱乐活动，如打麻将和扑克，如果人是上瘾的是耗时的和有害的。花太多的时间和金钱在这些活动会严重影响人们的正常生活。也有一些在线游戏的是年轻一代的巨大的吸引力。那些沉迷于游戏可能浪费太多的时间来学习和锻炼。

As far as I am concerned, people should take part in meaningful recreational activities and try to benefit more from recreational activities. Only in this way, can they become more energetic and creative when they work and study. When it comes to those addictive, and less meaningful activities, I think to stay away from them is a wise decision.

在我看来，人们应该参加有意义的休闲活动，试图从娱乐活动更多的利益。只有这样，他们才能变得更有活力和创意时，他们的工作和学习。当谈到那些上瘾的，少的有意义的活动，我想远离他们是一个明智的决定。

我们的课外活动丰富多彩。有丢沙包、有踢毽子、有拔河……而我喜欢玩的是老鹰捉小鸡。

老师让小明当“老鹰”，让小红来当“鸡妈妈”，其余的当“小鸡”。游戏开始了，“老鹰”向“小鸡”们扑过去。“鸡妈妈”见了，连忙张开庞大的翅膀，左躲右闪地跑过来，又跑过去。

只见“小鸡”们一个拉着一个的衣服，躲在“鸡妈妈”背后，“老鹰”对着“小鸡”们说：“我一定会捉到你们的。”

半天过去了，“老鹰”一只“小鸡”都没捉到，倒在了地上，“小鸡”们也都没力了。

“老鹰”突然想了个办法。“鸡妈妈”累得转了转身， “老鹰”见了连忙扑了过去，一下子捉了好几个可怜的“小鸡”，

“老鹰”赢得了比赛。它兴高采烈地又跑又跳可开心了。

大家也大笑了起来这次的活动使我明白了做任何事情都是要坚持到底，不能半途而废。

People dont work or study every day constantly, but would take a break from time to time, in the entertainment activities Relax, its necessary. Recreational activities in a variety of forms, from horseback riding, hiking, travel to play computer play, read comic books, or just watching TV. Different people can choose according to their interest in different entertainment activities.

Also, the effects of people for entertainment also have different views. Some people aware of the benefits of it are that recreational activities can make our attention is diverted from the hard work, make body and mind rest. While people who hold the opposite opinion think, recreational activities will lead to many problems, such as some might because of the bad habit, such as addicted to computer games.

Although each has its according to two kinds of views, but I personally believe that if we make the appropriate entertainment, its benefits will far outweigh the disadvantages. As a college student, to participate in recreational activities not only can make us relax from the intense study, at the same time also can let us get knowledge in real life. Really is kill two birds with one stone.

人们不会每天不间断地工作或学习，而是会不时地休息一下，在娱乐活动中 放松一下，这很必要。娱乐活动的形式多种多样，从骑马、远足、旅游到玩电脑游 戏、看漫画书抑或只是看电视。不同的人会根据自己的兴趣选择不同的娱乐活动。

同样，人们对于娱乐活动所带来的影响也有着不同的看法。有些人意识到了它 们的好处，认为娱乐活动可以把我们的注意力从辛苦的工作上转移开来，使身心 得到休息。而持相反意见的人则认为，娱乐活动会导致不少问题，如有人可能会因 此染上坏习惯，比如沉迷于电脑游戏等。

虽然两种观点各有其根据，我个人却认为，如果我们进行适当的娱乐活动，其益处会远远大于坏处。作为一名大学生，参加娱乐活动不仅能使我们从紧张的学习中得到放松，同时也可以让我们获得现实生活中的知识。真可谓是一举两得。

在一个阳光明媚的早晨，我来到了作文班，今天的活动是在户外，我们也因此激动不已，记一次课外活动作文。我和同学们踏着充满朝气的脚步来到了公园天下，脸上挂着挡不住的兴奋，今天我们要玩两个有趣的游戏，暂时先保密，等会一一道来。

我们排好队，来到一头威武的铜牛之下，准备玩一个极其困难的游戏，这个游戏的要求不说还好，一说出来，犹如五雷轰顶，使我们愁眉苦脸，唉!你得做好心理准备，有心脏病的立马离开，站到一边，出了事我可不管，这个要求就是······就是······就是让五个人站在一张报纸上，脚不能踩到地上，也可以金鸡独立，坚持25秒。

游戏开始了，只见第一小组的女同学一个抱着一个，集体独立，仿佛是一朵怒放的莲花，恭喜一下她们，因为只有她们成功坚持完25秒，之后的也就不多说了，因为所有人都苦苦相盼的拔河来了，什么！我们和五年级的拔，有没有搞错，就算我们赢了，也是胜之不武呀！以大欺小，这算什么男子汉，可是由于拔河的奖励太诱人啦！管它三七二十一的，胜之不武就胜之不武，弱肉强食，这才是生存法则，毕竟只有强者才能生存，这次放了他们，下次他们还不是一样的下场。拔河开始了,我们使劲拉呀拉，咦！五年级的学生怎么这么大力气，我们败了一场，真是骄兵必败。这次，我们不敢在轻视他们，做好十足准备，第二回合在裁判的哨声中“吹”响了，我们猛地一拉，打了他们一个措手不及，使我们赢了一场。决战开始，我们故技重演，想打他们个手足无措，哪知他们早有准备，来了个绝地大反击，击败了我们。

唉！人算不如天算，原来真正的弱者是我们。通过这次游戏，使我懂得了“骄兵必败”这个四个字，我要把这四个字烙在心中，从此不再小看任何人!
