下午第三节课，课外活动的铃声响了，同学们像潮水一般涌向了操场，去参加自己喜爱的活动，寂静的校园顿时沸腾起来。

我们来到大操场荡秋千。我和我的好朋友欣喜地跨上秋千，两手紧紧地抓住铁绳，两脚用力的蹬呀。秋千越荡越高，我们越荡越快乐，简直成了小鸟在天空中飞翔。围观的同学不时发出一阵阵赞叹声和欢笑声。同时在秋千旁的荡桥上，一些同学正在使劲的摇荡桥。他们摇的多欢呀。只 见荡桥一低一高，一前一后，好像船儿在波浪中荡漾。

荡桥旁的滚筒上，一个胖胖的小朋友抓紧铁杆，两脚慢慢的踩着。渐渐的越踩越快，越踩越高兴，像一匹骏马在草原上奔驰。

我们的课外活动真是丰富多彩呀。

我们班搞过许多课外活动，使我受益最最深的要算那次握鸡蛋的活动。

一天下午两节课后，喻老师拿着鸡蛋走进教室，微笑着对我们说：“大家来握握这个蛋，一看看能不能把它握碎？”“什么？握鸡蛋，那还不容易！”大家非常好奇，个个想最先上去把它握碎。

第一个上去的是小个罗帅波，只见他鼓足了劲，涨红了脸，把蛋紧紧地握着，可蛋一点也不理睬他！接着一个又一个同学上去握，他们都是欢欢喜喜上去，红着脸回到座位上。我想：你们真是些笨蛋，连小小的鸡蛋都对付不了，等一下看我的！好不容易轮到我了，我满怀把握地走上讲台，毫不在乎地一攥，真出乎意料，蛋丝毫无损。我有点慌了，但马上提醒自己，不能灰心！于是，我使出全身力气，咬紧牙，左手握住右手一齐用劲攥，不知为啥？它仍然是圆溜溜的。最后，轮到我们班力气最大外号叫大力士的李京同学了，他仰着头，挺胸，急忙走上讲台，教室里顿时沸腾起来了，我后来那位同学拉着对我说：“鸡蛋碰到对手了！”我点点头，李京他两脸叉开，睁大双眼，左手攥着拳，右手紧紧握着蛋，抿着嘴，屏住气，握了一次又一次，但是蛋始终完好无损，大家七嘴舌讨论开了。

最后，老师告诉我们：“蛋是椭圆形的，无论怎样用力量握，力总是不会使在某一点上，所以无法握碎，根据凸曲面形有惊人的抗压能力的道理，科学家发明了这一新技术，已有广泛的应用，如：拱桥是根据这个道理造成的。”

真有意思，一个普普通通的鸡蛋竟有这么多学问！

我的课余生活丰富多彩，其中打羽毛球是我最喜欢的一种运动。

我们来到了九峰公园，发现赵子霆、郑英翰也来了。我们一边说说笑笑，一边捡路边的垃圾。

这时，一场“战斗”开始了。我和俞亮宏同时看到了不远处有一片很大的纸屑！就在这时，我使了一个招数，对俞亮宏说：“快看！那边有一架很大很大的飞机。”俞亮宏转过身子一看没有飞机，才知道被我给耍了，他赶紧转过身子，发现我已经把纸屑放进垃圾桶时，只好自认倒霉。

捡了一会儿，我觉得嗓子像冒了烟似得渴，只好花了2元钱买了一瓶牛奶来解渴。我边走边喝，忽然我发现了好多垃圾！我像发现了宝藏一样扑过去，一下子就把垃圾捡了一个精光，装了一个小袋子！

经过半天的努力，我们终于捡了一大袋的垃圾！回家的路上，我想：我们只捡了那么一点时间就那么累了，清洁工们不论下雨和下雪，都坚持扫地，真是太辛苦了！

春节快到了，到处被打扮得特别漂亮，到处都洋溢着节日的气氛。我们大院的门口挂着两个大灯笼，贴着欢度新春佳节的横幅。

今天早晨，爸爸和我以及爸爸大队的叔叔们去丰台社区慰问。

在社区，我们见到了许多爷爷、奶奶、叔叔、阿姨。我们不停地和他们打招呼、问好，说一些节日的祝福语。爸爸大队的叔叔们准备了许多节目：猜谜语、唱歌、相声、小品等等，叔叔们都拿出了自己的绝活，真是丰富多彩。爷爷、奶奶们乐得合不拢嘴。

星期四的下午，让我们永远难忘，因为全校举行了第二次长跑比赛。一听到这个消息，全班立刻沸腾了，同学们欢呼雀跃，很快排着队集中到操场旁边了。

这次长跑比赛，我们班得了三个第一、两个第二、三个第三。我们班的成绩虽然不是最好的，但在我心里我们班永远是最棒的。以后我也要加强锻炼，争取参加比赛，为班级争光。

我们这些大哥哥大姐姐不应该是一味地去嫌弃他们，

而应该多帮助他们，

让他们慢慢的去适应，去加快速度。

我相信，只有这样，我们这个团队才能更加优秀！

之后，我们又开展了一个更加刺激，更加有趣的游戏。这个游戏叫做：电网，也被称为蜘蛛网！

这个游戏的规则是，在一个无限延伸的网中，有许许多多的线在其中相互交错着，形成了只比我们人多多2个的网。教练让我们从空隙中穿过，但是，一旦触碰到这些相互交错的线，那么，这个通道就会立即关闭！全队重新开始！

首先，我们想的办事是：先把小朋友从上面的通道抬过去，最后再让大个的从下面钻过去。可是，说得非常简单，好像soeasy！可是实际在过的时候，大家愈来愈乱，频频出错，很快，第一轮便失败了。

之后，我们调整军心，每个人沉着冷静，在不断的努力与尝试后，我们最终成功了！

做这个游戏，应该沉着冷静，更要顾全大局，不能因为你的慌忙。

你的自私，让整个团队都受影响。

最后，我想说：无论什么时候，都要记住，我们是个team！

今天早上，妈妈带着我赶往了英语风采大赛的比赛处。

是这样的，一个月前高老师让我和几个小伙伴一起去参加星光英语举办的一次比赛。

签到后，我一直非常紧张，因为我怕我会背错，或把歌唱走调。是妈妈一直陪着我，并对我说：“你是最棒的，不需要紧张，你一定会成功的。”我还看见了我的好朋友和周老师，她们都对着我微笑。这是对我多大的鼓励和支持啊!表演结束后评委老师对我说：“你的表现还不错。”这让我兴奋不已。

今天天气比较好，我和陈思思、施欣佞、吴梓静，还有我妈妈和吴梓静妈妈，六个人在九峰公园捡垃圾。妈妈带了一次性的手套和垃圾袋。

我们到九峰公园门口集合，一起去九峰公园里面捡垃圾，我套上手套，拿着垃圾袋，和同学们一起去捡垃圾，我一看到垃圾，就飞快地跑过去把垃圾放进垃圾袋里面去。我第一次在厕所旁边楼梯上，捡到了一个很大很大，里面装小蛋糕的塑料袋放进了垃圾袋里面去。

我们走着走着又走到了小超市的门口，里面走出好几个小弟弟把垃圾扔在地上，我们把垃圾捡起来扔进垃圾袋里面，我就对那几个小弟弟说：“你们不能把垃圾扔到地上，你们要懂得”环保环境“的谚语：垃圾不落地，黄岩更美丽。”还有一位大姐姐对我们说：“不是我扔得垃圾。”她旁边的小弟弟对我们说：“反正有人会扫的。”“但是你也要保护环境的呀？”我说。 那个小弟弟跟没听见似的，转身就走了。我又继续捡垃圾，捡了满满一袋扔进了垃圾筒里。我们捡完垃圾，就高高兴兴地回家了。

操场上的同学都昂首挺胸，笔直地站着，安静地等待着红旗的升起。 “出旗——”广播里传出了老师的口令。我举起鲜艳的五星红旗，迈开步伐，和护旗手一起向前走去……

红旗升起来了，在金色的阳光中，在祖国的蓝天上迎风飘扬，这景象是多么庄严、多么壮丽呀！

李老师先让我们拿来了六个球和四个呼啦圈把三个球放在一个呼啦圈里，再拿出两个不放球的呼啦圈老师一说开始第一排的人拿着三个球跑到另一个呼啦圈里，下一个同学再把第一个同学放球的地方再拿起球再放到原位，到了我的时候我感觉非常的紧张怕如果我输了别人会怪我的说我跑得慢不跟我玩儿，我就拿起球闭着眼睛把球放进呼啦圈里，结果我们赢了我和我们组的同学都高兴得跳了起来，真开心。
