当我们人员到齐后，讲解员阿姨向我们介绍了社区志愿服务的做法，俗话说“没有规矩，不成方圆”，志愿者也有他们的规矩，那就是“七字法”和”八项制度”；接着，社区的志愿者代表向我们讲诉了他们志愿服务的收获和体会，让我印象最深的是“爱心妈妈”秀丹阿姨关爱欣怡的故事。

只见欣怡扎着长长的马尾辫，皮肤白晳，一双水汪汪的大眼睛，有点害羞地坐在秀丹阿姨旁边，当我听完她的故事时，情不自禁地流下了感动的眼泪。原来在她出生四个月的时候，爸爸出车祸变成了植物人，妈妈为了照顾爸爸也辞了工作，生活十分困难，但是欣怡勤奋好学、乐观向上，不但学习成绩优异，还获得过拉丁舞、绘画等比赛一等奖。活动现场，欣怡为我们表演了一段拉丁舞，赢得了同学们的热烈掌声，我心想：我们家庭条件比她优异，但学习却没有她那么努力，真是不懂得珍惜啊，以后一定向欣怡一样努力学习、乐观向上。接着，大家给欣怡送上心愿卡和小礼物，表达对她的爱心，希望她能够永远健康快乐成长。

在一楼，由刘叔叔带领大家并讲解了12309检察服务中心和“未检办案区”。第一站，12309检察服务中心，首先映入眼帘的是墙上“满怀爱民之心恪守为民之责”大字，12309的那个“0”是由一个电话和两道信号组成，十分有特色。第二站，“未检办案室”是专门处理未成年犯罪嫌疑人的专区，墙上贴有“用心呵护用爱引导”的字样，再向里面还有一个情绪疏导室，以浅绿色为色调，贴有一些小树和红色的爱心图案，墙上装有电视正在播放法教声明片，摆放着许多绿色植物能够缓解压力，还真很贴心，让人感觉如家般的温馨。接下来，更让我们大有收获！之后，我们前往五楼，先是参观史志馆，真是大开眼届！特别是一幅幅翔实的历史图片和文献资料，一件件珍贵的实物展品，让我了解了我县的检察工作的发展史。

最后一站，是会议室听课。孙检察官阿姨利用PPT为我们讲解了未成年人犯罪的几个身边案例和一些知识，从中知道了未成年犯罪人员主要是在乡村多，其主要原因有：自身素质不高、家庭监护教育和学校法治教育的缺失等。而后由另一位检察官阿姨结合动画片给我们上了一堂生动的自我安全保护教育课，告诉我们要学会插上法治的翅膀、做自已的守护天使，并向我们例举了未成年人的合法权益，如：生存权、财产权、生命权、受教育权等。遇到侵犯时学会说“NO”，然后，“OFF”，并向老师和家长“TALK”。当遇到“大灰狼”时，无论情况如何，不能逗英雄，要千万记住：优先保住生命！检察官阿姨还送了我们安全自保“五大法宝”，如不要一个人单独行动、不要轻信陌生人等。最后在未检版的《青春保护手册》的歌声中，我们结束了这次参观。生动有趣的课程让孩子们感受到了检察官不为人知的一面，大家纷纷感叹，“原来‘神秘’的检察官就在我们身边！”

今天下午的第三节课，是课外活动。我们要去操场活动。

到了操场，老师先让我们跑一圈，跑好了就可以玩。我们就跑了一圈。到了原先站的地方，老师说我们跑的不好，让我们练五分钟。几分钟之后，我们练好了，老师就派两个同学拿六个球和四个呼啦圈。他们就把呼啦圈和球拿了过来。老师就把两个呼啦圈放到左边，把剩下的两个放到右边。老师把我们分成了四队，让我们站到呼啦圈的面前，拿了三个球放到左边的一个呼啦圈，再拿了三个球放到了另一个圈里，让我们开始玩抱球游戏。最终的结果是我们赢了。我高兴极了。

这是偶尔在网上看到的某一小学勉励孩子们的一首小诗。该校的理念是：让学生学会学习，让孩子每天像整理家务一样整理自己的学业。

此次活动的时间虽然不长，为了不让我的感触悄悄溜走，我也试着去问自己，我确实需要去理一理我对本次活动的思考与反思。

此次活动的主题是文本重构。先由新联小学的莫艳芬老师上一节汇报课，内容是PEP教材五年级下册Unit 4的 What are you doing?的对话课，随后，张凝老师为我们作了点评，并就文本重构为我们作了精彩而实用的讲座。

本次教研活动，让我感叹最深的是：教师能走多远，学生就能走多远！在平时的对话教学中，我们应该为学生创设一个又一个贴近生活，真实有趣的情境。只有有效的情境创设，才能让学生有重大突破的可能，由老师逼着说转化为情境使然，乐意说。也只有基于文本基础的情境创设才是有效的，才可以优化语言的输出。在充分考虑教学各环节的设计下，让学生的语言是有意义的，让学生的语言是有情感的。由此可见，创造语境乃是英语对话教学的一大核心，如何创造有效的语言情境也是我们面临的一大难题。只重情境再造，而忽略的文本重构，往往会造成教材文本情境的浪费。而张凝老师的讲座，清晰地向我们验证了：教师有多远，学生就能走多远！

反思一：如何创设语言情境，优化语言输出

在英语教学中，要优化语言输出必定离不开优质的语言输入。这种输入必须基于教学目标，合理创设语言情境，才可以让学生更好地接受。而听了张凝老师的讲座，引发了我的诸多思考，如何创设语言情境，优化语言输出，我们需要做到以下三点：一是给学生搭建一个基于文本的语言支架。二是给学生提供基于学情得语料。可以根据学生的兴趣爱好进行补充，可以激活学生的旧知，可以参考学生的生活经验，还可以从学生的心灵体验出发……三是教师要给学生展示各色各样的范本。最简单的莫过于诵读示范了，还可以进行表演示范和体态语的示范。总之，在创设情境时，要多关注学生的心灵，倾听学生的心声，学生需要的，适合学生的才是最好的。

反思三：如何做最好的自己？

课堂上，我必须有一个清晰的自我定位。如果连自己都无法认清自己在课堂上的地位，还怎么去教学生呢？如果自己都感到迷惑了，感到痛苦了，那么很有可能把学生也弄迷惑了，害惨了。教师不仅仅是教案的执行者，更要做一个明白人？

在平时，要极力做一名反思型教师。反思是一种美德，学会自我反思是一个老师的必备素质。两千多年前的孔夫子的就我们教导“吾日三醒吾身”，可见不断反思，才能逐渐进步。

最后引用李开复博士的一句话：“有勇气来改变可以改变的事情，有胸怀来接受不可改变的事情，有智慧来分辨两者的不同”，做最好的自己，做快乐的自己，相信自己一定可以成功！

课外活动，人人皆知，二师兄的悲伤，大师兄的福气。而我，则属于三师兄的那种另类的个体。

所谓另类的个体，指的是二师兄与大师兄的结合——几分欢喜几分忧愁，那么这是个“神马情况”呢？待我慢慢道来。

子曰﹕“知之者不如好之者，好之者不如乐之者。”而本人充其量只是个“知之者”，与“好之者”完全沾不上边儿，更别提什么“乐之者”了，所以一系列不用上课的事情不管是什么，来者不拒，统统收下，当然也包括课外活动了。

不过当真正开始的时候，可就完全是天差地别了，别的不说，单是开始前的热身活动——也就是跑步，就能让你哭爹喊娘。就比如，像二师兄体形的“丞相”们都说﹕“哎呀，我的妈呀！这还让不让人活啦。”

而我，当集合广播响起的时候，我是极度“明智”地选择了先把外套脱掉，结果第二天旱晨起来拉肚子不说，更要命的是当时是冬天，像我的这种“明智之举”换来的只能是在风中凌乱。当我“回心转意”之时，老师却冷漠无情地道了一句﹕“跑步，跑完了就热乎了。”哎，悲催啊！可能是我上辈子犯罪了，但也不至于这样对我吧！没办法，只能希望尽快跑起来吧！

可开始跑的时候，却又是另外一回事了。尽管慢慢的开始热乎了起来，可是小腿酸痛难耐，而且向老师请假老师是不会领情的。于是“二师兄”们就出现了上文所提及的那种情况，而我虽然也已经汗流浃背，可本人可是“乐天派”的一员，怎么可能就这么轻易放弃呢？然后我便大叫起来﹕“革命尚未成功，同志还需努力！”之后全班像打了鸡血似的飞奔起来。当跑完时，老师对我说﹕“你，对，就是你，过来一下……”

虽然疲惫不堪，可当我一觉醒来之后，便马上满血复活，好了伤疤忘了痛，于是就独自又在内心里念叨着：“课外活动怎么还不来啊！”

由本人的课外活动经历可知，生活百般滋味，人生需要笑对，只要保持一颗欢乐之心，什么困难那都不是事儿！

操场上的同学都昂首挺胸，笔直地站着，安静地等待着红旗的升起。 “出旗——”广播里传出了老师的口令。我举起鲜艳的五星红旗，迈开步伐，和护旗手一起向前走去……

红旗升起来了，在金色的阳光中，在祖国的蓝天上迎风飘扬，这景象是多么庄严、多么壮丽呀！

一面火红的少先队队旗，高高地升上一棵老杨树树梢，旗下的池塘边，传出阵阵铃儿般响亮的欢笑和莺儿鸣叫似的歌声。

在这个庄严的时刻，我的心久久不能平静。我——一个普普通通的小学生，将要亲手把祖国的国旗升向学校的最高点，多么光荣，多么幸福！

之前我也了解了一些消防的知识，比如火灾与燃烧，火灾的危害是在时间空间上失去控制的燃烧所造成的灾害。但火和其他事物一样具有俩中性，一方面给人类带来光明和温暖，带来了健康和智慧，从而促进了人类物质文明的不断发展，另一方面火又是一种很大的破坏性的多发性的灾害，随着人们在生产火用电的不断增多，由于人们用火用电管理不慎或者设备故障，或者放火等原因而不断产生火灾，对人类的生命财产构成巨大的威胁。

上午9点左右我们到了清河消防队，在哪里我们观看了消防队员的精彩表演，他们表演用挂钩爬楼梯。消防队员们用挂钩爬到了四楼，给我们做了示范，听教练说他们从一楼爬到六楼需要24秒钟，最快的到了21秒或者22秒，他们爬的好快呀！

我们又来到一个充气房间里，从房间出去是一个楼道，消防员叔叔往里面拿一个机器灌雾气，叔叔还教我们猫着腰走，叔叔又拿着一张地图，那是楼道的逃生路线，我们从入口进入一个接着一个猫着腰的行走，楼道里黑漆漆的，什么也看不清，我在楼道里东倒倒西歪歪，老是撞到墙，（）突然我看见光明，啊！原来那是出口，我们终于呼吸到戏新鲜空气了，我们刚出来老师就带我们返回到大门。老师带领我们回学校，这次消费活动结束了。

通过这次活动我使我懂得了，遇到火灾千万不要慌张，一定要冷静，要按顺序得一个一个走不要拥挤，一定不要在楼道里堆积杂物，楼道是我们最好的逃生出口，选择正确的逃生方法也是一种很好的自救方式，还要谢谢消防叔叔的给我们这次演练机会，更要感谢学校能给我们这次体验活动，并且亲身体验消防知识的重要性，我们以后一定要把这次消防活动所学到的知识应用到现实生活中。

五、 活动地点：山东工艺美术学院19号公寓前十字路口

六、 活动形式及目的：

a) 活动形式：英语散文的征集和评比。

b) 活动目的：为丰富校园文化生活，以及迎接即将到来的大学英语四、六级考试，特开展主题为英语写作的比赛活动，以锻炼在校大学生的英语能力，培养大学生学习英语的乐趣。

七、 具体流程策划:

a) 提前一周张贴海报通知。

b) 选手报名,在公寓楼前十字路口。

b) 给参赛者一周的时间进行英语散文的创作。文章以电子稿或打印稿的形式提交。电子稿发到群邮箱，打印稿安排会员进行收取。

c) 由工作人员负责整理收集稿件

d) 作品由专业老师评选优秀作品。

e) 公布比赛结果并颁发证书。

一、赛事要求：

1、本次作文比赛面向所有山工艺在校大学生。

2、本次活动主题鼓励积极向上、能够真实体现大学生生活的文章。

3、字数不限，以400字以上为佳；

4、主题鲜明，语言流畅、生活性强、内容丰富，真实感人，意境独到；

5、文章应有独立的观点及创新的理念、文字通畅；

6、作品须原创，没有在其他地方发表过。若有抄袭嫌疑，将被取消参赛资格。

7、投稿要求：

a) 认真填写姓名、院系、班级、学号及电话号码。

b) 作品发到电子邮箱 shetuanXX11@qiewO.cOm， 字体为小四，黑体。

二、评分细则：

本次活动将本着“平等、公平、公正”的原则，对所有参赛作品进行评定，评定程序及标准如下：

初审：由评审机构选出所有符合征稿要求的优秀入围稿件；

复审：在入围稿件中评选出最终的获奖征文。

那是一个星期五，老师突然让我们玩丢手帕游戏，我们一下子就沸腾起来，兴奋地跑下楼去，等待老师的下文。

老师简要地说了一下规则，就让我们猜拳决定谁先丢。是何卓航！只见他一个劲儿地转着圈，只顾若无其事地转着圈，可能是见人人防守严密，个个严阵以待，所以怕一丢就被抓了吧。突然，他悄悄的将目标瞄准卢思帆，全然不顾他的“缓兵之计“--大喊“不要丢给我！“何卓航一个箭步冲去，把手帕扔在卢思帆的背后，随后就像小偷遇警察似的，拔腿就跑。幸亏卢思帆早有准备，他飞速捡起手帕，站起来，在同学们的鼓励声中起程“抓捕“何卓航。只可惜，何卓航已跑二丈，卢思帆才起跑。结果可想而知，何卓航已坐下了，卢思帆才跑半程路。

虽然这次“失败事件“敲响了警钟，但无人能破了先例，抓到一个人。终于，大家等得不耐烦了，老师改变了一下游戏规则，好戏因此就开场了！吴婉晴把手帕丢给刘子安，刘子安抓不住她，于是他想报复她。当吴婉晴拿到手帕后，以迅雷不及掩耳之势向刘子安发动“进攻“，但刘子安也不是吃素的，他发动短跑优势，很快就甩掉了吴婉晴。但是他哪知道“杀身之祸“就在眼前！他刚甩掉吴婉晴，就意外地遭到拦截，不过他很快就突破了。但不知他在想些什么，竟“三次路过座位而不入“，越跑越快，竟差点把“远在身前“的吴婉晴撞个倒栽葱！“自投罗网““送货上门“之类的话在同学中七嘴八舌地说着，笑着。

最后，上课时间到了，快乐的游戏在同学们的欢笑声中结束了。

为了栽培出“德、智、美、德” 五育俱全的学生，教育局规定全校学生必须参加课外活动。课外活动，可分成三大类。如：学会组织、制服团体和球类活动。

参加课外活动能让同学们学习人与人沟通的技巧，从而培养团结的精神。只因课外活动是群体活动，所以我们可以在课外活动是群体活动，所以我们可以在课外活动中认识更多不同种族的新朋友，并能促进彼此之间的感情，有助于团结各族群。

每天除了上课，剩下的时间来吃喝玩乐也真是太浪费时间了，所以我们必须善用课余时间来参加课外活动以松弛压力，并调剂身心，这岂不是一举两得？

除此之外，参与课外活动不仅能丰富自身的课外知识，也能让我们开阔视野，增光见闻。我们所获取的知识也可以在以后的生活上对我们有帮助。参加课外活动可以自己选择感兴趣的活动。

参加课外活动的好处不胜枚举，而且百利而无一害，所以，我们应该多多参加课外活动。
