我的课余活动有非常多：看书、玩电脑、下棋等等。不过我最喜欢的还是打乒乓球，只要和我爸爸玩几局，我的脑子就会清醒好几倍。有时候我苦思冥想也想不出来的题目只要和爸爸打一会儿乒乓球就会了。

有一次，我完全没有心思写作业，所以就和爸爸打了大概半个小时。我们互相竞争非常厉害，你不让我，我不让你。打玩以后，我就来做作业，没想到我马上投入到作业当中，一气呵成，把作业全做完了，它可帮了我的大忙。

爸爸规定我一天玩一个半小时，上午玩半个小时，下午玩一个小时。在剩余的时间里，只要做好了作业，我就和爸爸玩乒乓球，一玩我们就玩好几局。我们的比赛常常是非常激烈，就象两头猛虎在打斗。

爸爸真的是足智多谋，他把球打到右边，我把球接回来，我认为爸爸会打到左边，可惜，他还是打右边，使我不知所措，还跌倒了。

我喜欢玩乒乓球，它是我最喜欢的课余活动，我希望有一天我能站在奥运会乒乓球比赛场上。

星期五，陈老师布置了一项特殊的作业，那就是自由组成一个小组去做环保的活动。我十分高兴，叫上何俊希、余钱鑫、俞亮宏组成一个小组，去九峰公园捡垃圾。

我们来到了九峰公园，发现赵子霆、郑英翰也来了。我们一边说说笑笑，一边捡路边的垃圾。

这时，一场“战斗”开始了。我和俞亮宏同时看到了不远处有一片很大的纸屑！就在这时，我使了一个招数，对俞亮宏说：“快看！那边有一架很大很大的飞机。”俞亮宏转过身子一看没有飞机，才知道被我给耍了，他赶紧转过身子，发现我已经把纸屑放进垃圾桶时，只好自认倒霉。

捡了一会儿，我觉得嗓子像冒了烟似得渴，只好花了2元钱买了一瓶牛奶来解渴。我边走边喝，忽然我发现了好多垃圾！我像发现了宝藏一样扑过去，一下子就把垃圾捡了一个精光，装了一个小袋子！

经过半天的努力，我们终于捡了一大袋的垃圾！回家的路上，我想：我们只捡了那么一点时间就那么累了，清洁工们不论下雨和下雪，都坚持扫地，真是太辛苦了！

星期天的晚上，月亮静静地挂在夜空，周围围绕着云朵。小区为了迎接圣诞节，专门举行了丰富多彩的游园晚会。

妈妈和我吃完饭，兴致勃勃地去参加小区举办的游园晚会。游园活动的项目除了唱歌、跳舞，还有许多游戏，比如猜谜语、踩气球、呼啦圈......但最令我难忘的还是“袋鼠跳”。

这个游戏规则是用袋子套住双脚，再向前小心地跳，否则会摔倒，然后从放在二十米外的椅子后面绕一圈，最后跳回原地，那个对先到就算赢。

我参加了这个游戏的比赛，随着评判的一声口令，我按照游戏规则去做。我一跳完，马上把袋子传给一位肥胖的叔叔。那位叔叔立刻手忙脚乱地套上袋子，像一只大熊一步步艰难地往前跳。一不小心，叔叔摔倒了，整个人扑在地上，屁股翘起，大家都捧腹大笑。让我惊讶的是，叔叔还是费力地爬起来，继续往前跳，这时，我大声地喊：“叔叔，加油！”尽管他的动作不协调，好不容易跳到终点。他还喊着：“我赢了！”大家都被他的表情逗得哈哈大笑，纷纷鼓起了掌。

今天，我才知道游戏的快乐不仅属于我们孩子，也属于大人，属于那些可爱的大人们。

星期五的下午是我们三年级的课外活动时间也就是我们全三年级最快乐的一天。

李老师先让我们拿来了六个球和四个呼啦圈把三个球放在一个呼啦圈里，再拿出两个不放球的呼啦圈老师一说开始第一排的人拿着三个球跑到另一个呼啦圈里，下一个同学再把第一个同学放球的地方再拿起球再放到原位，到了我的时候我感觉非常的紧张怕如果我输了别人会怪我的说我跑得慢不跟我玩儿，我就拿起球闭着眼睛把球放进呼啦圈里，结果我们赢了我和我们组的同学都高兴得跳了起来，真开心。

今天我们观看了“节能环保，绿色生活”科普图。那一张张画面让人触目惊心。

我看到了一只小北极熊在一块冰上想要跳到另一块冰上。一群企鹅在一块浮冰上，这块浮冰如果化了，企鹅就没救了。一只鸟因为吃了太多的垃圾而死亡，它的肚子里有瓶盖.打火机。沙尘暴伤害人类身体，天气变化恶劣，使人们不敢出门，环境遭到严重破坏，这一切，都是谁造成的。那就是我们人类。我们不保护大自然，不保护环境，伤害动物，使动物不断灭亡，森林遭到破坏，最后也伤害到了自己。

有的人倒垃圾宁愿扔在地上也不愿意往前走一步扔在垃圾桶里。有些人砍掉树木小鸟没有了家，沙尘暴就会来临，使人们生活在恶劣的环境中。因为种种原因，使大自然受到严重污染，破坏人类家园。因为太多的垃圾，鸟儿肯吃垃圾填饱肚子。但这一切并没有引起我们的注意，只是看完转眼间就忘的一干二净，可是我们有没有想过动物的不断灭绝也关系着我们人类的灭亡。

同学们，让我们一起来保护大自然，重新让大自然快乐起来吧!让我们一起加油!重新创造新的美丽家园，让小鸟到处都有家，动物们能够一直生活下去，让人类能够认识到大自然有多么的重要。

带着喜悦与期盼的心情，经过十来分钟，我们就来到了职教中心，这次我们是来参加由职教中心承办的农民工子女活动，能参加这次活动，我感到很开心。

下了车，只见四位志愿者姐姐早已在校门口迎接我们了，远远望去，大家不由赞叹：这儿真大啊！我们在志愿者姐姐的带领下，来到了活动室。活动室里整齐的课桌，黑板上几个闪亮的大字，还有精美的ppt展现在我们眼前，我们各自在大姐姐旁边找了个位置坐下来，期待着活动的开始。

活动终于开始了，几位领导和我校吴校长发表了讲话，接下来就是互动环节了，一位班主任向大家介绍了有关环保的知识和危害性，让大家讲讲对环保的理解，还有一些问答题，同学们踊跃举手，每位答对的同学都能得到大姐姐们亲手做的花呢！看到一朵一朵漂亮的花被别人拿走了，我有些不甘心，于是把手举得高高的，可还是没被老师叫到。这个环节结束了，虽然我没拿到奖品，可我还是觉得很开心，下面的节目是同学们穿上大姐姐们做的环保服装走秀，他们闪亮登场的那一幕就让人眼花缭乱，不由地鼓起掌来。

最热闹的还是植树节活动了，三月是植树的好季节，环保活动怎么能少了植树呢！大家排着队，来到“爱心林”，那儿已准备好了树苗和挖好的坑，还有钞水桶等工具，分好组，大家便热火朝天地干了起来。植好树，大家还一起留影。

最后，我们在志愿者姐姐的带领下游览了他们的校园，在校门口和他们道了“再见”。

今天，参加这个活动我觉得很开心，而且让我意识到环保的重要性，现在各地不时有灾难发生，所以我们不能去破坏、伤害大自然，我们要让地球妈妈重返“健康”。

2017年2月9日星期四，这一天，是我第一次参加萧山日报小记者团的活动。我怀着激动的心情来到了9楼会议室。这次会议的主讲人是一个大学生——单禄依姐姐，她毕业于武汉大学。而这次会议，她要讲的主题就是“大学”。

会议开始了，单禄依姐姐首先用语言介绍了她的大学——武汉大学。接着，单禄依姐姐再次用武汉大学宣传片向我们介绍了武汉大学。让我们目睹这所位于武汉的大学的风采。

介绍完了武汉大学后，单禄依姐姐开始围绕“大学”这个主题向我们提问。从中知道每位小记者对大学的认识，影响。

接着，单禄依姐姐问了所有小记者“985”和“211”这两个数字是什么意思。小记者们一头雾水，听了单禄依姐姐的解答才知道：原来，“985”，“211”分别是两个工程。“985工程”指的是我国政府为建设若干所世界一流大学和一批国际知名的高水平研究型大学而实施的建设工程。“211工程”指的是面向21世纪，重点建设100所左右的高等学校和一批重点学科点。

最后，单禄依姐姐让小记者们3人为一组选择一所大学，进行讨论。我们组选择的是“厦门大学”。我负责收集、编写、整理重点资料。另一名小记者则来介绍。

这次会议就这样结束了，第一次参加萧山日报小记者团的活动的我难免会有些不舍，单禄依姐姐让我学到了很多平时学不到的东西，也让我进一步的了解了大学。

12月12日(星期五)我们参加学校的心理健康活动。

活动的内容可丰富啦!有瞎子背子、拼图片、运乒乓球比赛......。

每一项活动都有一定的规则，比如运乒乓球，一定是两人同时拿着叉子，叉住乒乓球运到下一个同学的叉子里。我也参加了运乒乓球，是和刘达汉一组。我们两人团结协作，把球很快运到下一组同学手上。在大家的共同努力下，我们小组获得了优胜。

参加这一次的活动使我感到：无论做什么事情，只要大家团结一致，就一定能取得好成绩。

放假了，今天一大早，我和张媛林、由媛媛、杨玉亭、陈亚菲五个人来到了白云山上，尽情的欣赏山的美丽。

白云山真美啊！这里山清水秀，风景秀丽；这里四季交替，景象万千；这里小桥流水，山谷田园，充满情趣；这里鸡犬相闻，民风纯朴，民情奇特……无一不蕴藏秀丽。

看！雪白的槐花发出浓郁香味，惹人喜爱，粉红色的桃花正向游客们招手，牵牛花吹起了小喇叭，似乎在向农民报喜呢！

美景使我们陶醉。我们尽情地笑啊，跳啊！

“哎呀！”脚下一滑，我差点跌倒。低头一看，原来是一块西瓜皮的恶作剧。再仔细一看，路上到处是人们扔得包装袋、水果皮。

这几年，随着人们生活水平的提高，来白云山旅游的人越来越多，给白云山增添了生机，但同时由于人们的不卫生造成了垃圾遍地。

看到这些，我们非常痛心。不由得想到了胡总书记的八荣八耻：“以热爱祖国为荣、以危害祖国为耻，以服务人民为荣、以背离人民为耻┅┅”我们是家乡未来的小主人，要热爱家园，以实际行动，为家乡的建设尽一份力，于是我们几个人，不约而同捡起垃圾。你捡这一片，我捡这一片。一会儿，我们每人都捡了一大包垃圾，然后掩埋了。路上干净了，白云山更美了，我们笑了。

谁知好景不长，回头一看，人们不知什么时候又扔上了垃圾。

怎么办？我们几个人想开了办法。最后大家一致决定，制作宣传牌，向游人宣传环保重要性，保护白云山的美丽。

说干就干，我们在方便面箱子的大面上贴上用彩纸剪的“保护环境，人人有责”，“禁止扔垃圾”，“让美永远在我们身边”标语，挂在显要位置，警示人们保护环境。

还真灵，许多人看到标语后，纷纷把将要仍的废弃物又攥在手里。但是，仍有些人可能没看到标语，趁人不注意的时候，把垃圾又扔了。

怎样从根本上治理污染呢？我们印制了“保护环境，人人有责”，“禁止扔垃圾”，并刊有白云山景点资料介绍的调查问卷，分发给大家，让大家了解白云山，欣赏白云山的同时，受到教育，约束自己的不良行为。

在山路上，我手中拿着老师帮我们印好的问卷，注视着络绎不绝的游人，心咚咚的跳着，大脑一片空白。还没有想好怎样和人打招呼，游人却一个一个的从我身边匆匆闪过。

时间一分一秒的过去了，游人越来越少，我不仅焦急起来。我好不容易锁定目标，在同伴的鼓励下，我终于跑到了一位领着孩子的叔叔跟前，行了个队礼，小声说：“叔叔您好！我是南北寺小学的环保小卫士，您愿意填一份环保问卷吗？”谁知那叔叔却一声不吭的领着孩子走了。顿时，我羞愧万分，恨不得马上钻到地缝里去。满脸羞得通红，茫然不知所措。

这时有一位拄着拐杖的老爷爷颇感兴趣地向我打招呼。他把我叫过去，带上老花镜，认真得看了一遍问卷。面带微笑一边做一边点头，一会儿就做完了。

“谢谢您！老爷爷，谢谢！”我连声道谢。

老爷爷说：“你们的环保行动很重要。希望你们用自己的行动去感染每一个人，相信白云山的明天会更好！”老爷爷的话使我很受鼓舞。“老爷爷，谢谢您的合作！谢谢！”我再一次向老爷爷道谢。

成功了！我心里特别高兴，向喝了蜜一样甜。我信心百倍得向前跑去，边发问卷边捡垃圾去了。

March 12th is Tree Planting Day. This year our school bought enough trees before that day. On that day, we didn‘t had classes. The teachers and our classmates planted trees around our school.

We began to planted trees as soon as we got to school. some students dug the holes. Some students put the trees into the holes.

Some students put the earth back to the holes. Then we pushed the earth hard with our feet. At last we watered the trees as much as possible.

From then on we looked after the trees carefully and the trees grew very well. It made our shcool more beautiful .And How happy we are!

又是一个阳光明媚，秋高气爽的早晨，妈妈带我到人民广场的文化长廊参加“首届粤东公益慈善展”的“寻宝”活动。

来到文化长廊，这里真是人山人海，热闹非凡啊！门左边的一位义工阿姨给我一张“寻宝图”，“寻宝图”上印着许多公益机构的标志和二维码。对照图上的标志我仔细地寻找对应的机构摊位，并努力完成各种各样的问题。每个摊位都有相同的主题“慈善、公益、环保……”但各具特色，都吸引了许多小朋友排队等候完成任务。

让我印象最深刻的是“蓝天义工”的一位叔叔问我：“如果你看见有人落水了，该怎么办？”我想了想说：“如果发现身边有木棍、绳子或救生圈，赶快丢下去给落水人，并大声呼叫大人来帮忙。”义工叔叔又问：“还有其它方法吗？”我仔细想了想，眨了眨眼说：“哦！我知道了！《新闻大求真》播过用一些没漏气的薯片袋子也能求生，因为里面有一些能漂浮在水面上的气体，扔几袋给落水人也能帮他自救。”义工叔叔再问：“能不能自己下去救人？”“不行！我还小力气不够。”我摇了摇头说。义工叔叔笑着表扬了我，并给我盖了印章。“yes！又一个任务完成了。”经过一个多小时的努力，累得满头大汗，我终于集齐了11个印章，到“民生志愿者协会”摊位换取了一份小礼品--肉质盆栽。看着自己努力获得的礼物，我心里别提有多开心！

下课铃响了，同学们快步走出教室，到操场上参加自己喜欢的课间活动。校园里顿时沸腾起来。

校园的西面，有四个篮球架。篮架的旁边坐着一些同学，不时传来喝彩声和欢笑声。瞧，篮球小将们打得多起劲啊!就一分决定输赢，可是常常打好长时间还不分胜负。

篮架的东面，也围了一些同学。他们在跳绳。一个同学刚刚停下来，另一个同学连忙接上他，继续跳。

踢足球的同学玩得最有劲。两面传球的同学密切合作，不让另一队的同学抢到球。球从空中飞过来了，一个同学来了个临空飞射，把球踢进了另一队的球门。“噢!我们赢了。”获胜的队员欢呼起来。

我们的课外活动真是丰富多彩。有的跳橡皮筋，有的踢毽子，有的跑步。最有趣的是幼儿园的小朋友。他们在大哥哥大姐姐的带领下，在做老鹰捉小鸡的游戏呢!

今天跟老妈一起去青少年宫报名参加一个写作阅读班，心里是有点不高兴，但是后来想想又是高兴了。老妈让我去青少年宫参加写作班我是不太愿意的，好好的一个星期天又变成不能休息，要学习了。但我去到青少年宫见到好多小朋友都在那里学习各种特长。有学钢琴的、有学奥数的、有学画画的、还有人学我喜欢的拳击。

今天我去时刚好看到了喜报，学习写作的小朋友们获奖了。老妈对我说：“希望艺凡也能像他们一样获奖，把梁艺凡的名字写在喜报上。机会是给有准备的人，孩子你要获得大家的表扬就只比别人更努力才行！你看大家都在你追我赶的学习，你也行的！加油！老妈相信你是最棒的。”

昨天下午，老师发了通知：明天下午四点在留仙湖的北门集合，我们要去捡垃圾，而且可以吃棉花糖。我听了以后很高兴，明天就出发了。这次的活动是妈妈陪着我去的。到了那里之后，我就开始捡垃圾，一直捡到了大草坪。老师说了：捡完以后看看谁的垃圾最多。老师又说：你们看看这些垃圾，都是人们随手扔下的垃圾，比如说：烟头、小纸片。在老师说的时候，我懂得了一个道理，我们都不要随手扔垃圾，要是随手人垃圾的话，留仙湖的污染会很大。老师让我们一起扔垃圾，一、二、三，扔！我们就扔到了垃圾桶里。

接着我们到留仙湖的大门那里，准备吃棉花糖。我们排了两队队伍，一队是自己做的，另一队是老师亲手做的。我站在老师亲手做的那一排，吃棉花糖。我吃老师做棉花糖好香啊！还挺圆的。吃完以后，我就走了。

今天我参加的大型环保活动很开心！
