我们上午九点就去了五一水库，因为那时不是太热，所以，我们就去爬了爬大青山，大青山还不算陡，刚开始的时候，跑着都能上去，可爬着爬着，就明显的感觉到了陡。啊，终于爬上来了，从山上往下看，景色也不错，可以看到人们在下面走来走去，绿莹莹的湖水，还有充满了生机的绿树绿草。真有一种“会当凌绝顶，一览众山小”的感觉。浏览完山下的景色，我们就下山了，这真是上山容易下山难呀，下山时，根本不能站着下，所以，我们费了很大的力气才下了山。姥姥姥爷还有妈妈根本就上不去，老爸才勉强爬到半山腰。战胜了老爸我心里偷着乐。

从山上下来，虽然才十点半左右，可是我们的肚子已经“咕咕”叫了，我们就找了一个干净阴凉的地方，铺上事先准备的毛毯，迫不及待地拿出我们的干粮——许多零食和鸡肉、兔肉。我们津津有味的吃着丰盛的野餐，大人们惬意地喝着啤酒，谈论着。我们都很高兴，哈!体力恢复了。

这时，已经是中午了，太阳正在头顶炙烤着大地，再爬山肯定是不行了，就去一个凉快的地方吧，我和弟弟来到了人气最旺的一片水池，这里已经聚集了很多戏水的人们，大人小孩嬉闹追逐，好不热闹。我们赶紧加入进去。这个水池有几座桥，都是需要胆量和随机应变的本领，最刺激也是最危险的要数双索桥了，这个桥只有上下两条钢索组成，过的时候双手抓紧上面那条钢索，双脚踩着下面的钢索，手脚默契配合，慢慢过桥。这两条钢索总是晃来晃去，人多的时候更是晃得得厉害，我就是在人多的时候掉下去好几次，还有两次呛了水，好在这里的水不深，只没过我的小肚子，真的很刺激。其它桥也是如此。

已经是下午四点多了，于是，我们又去了水帘洞。游完“水帘洞”时间已经很晚了，我们拖着疲惫的身子走在回家的路上，但我们的心还在景区里逗留，虽然我很累，但是我真得很高兴!

2、强化教学常规的落实，提高课堂教学效率，组织教师认真学习学校教学常规，指导检查教师的教学工作，特别抓好“备课”、“上课”、“课后辅导”、“培优辅导”等主要环节，鼓励教师充分发挥教学特长，有效提高教学效率。

3、加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组每周至少活动一次，时间固定，要紧紧围绕教研组活动的主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高英语组全体教师的业务水平。

还有一次，我由于英语练习没错，老师就点名批评我，其实也不是批评，而是说读书不是为了父母和老师等道理。我很伤心，其实我不必去伤心，那只是英语而已，学不学好无所谓啊！但是我为什么这么伤心呢？

自从那几次教训起，我也不知道为什么，每当到英语课，我就异常的认真，动都不敢动一下，坐姿端正，读单词或句子的声音也是最大的，我也不知道为什么，也许是因为害怕英语老师，也许是因为为了弥补以前的过错。

No longer is the possession of information confined to a privileged

minority.

In the last century the wealthy man with his own library was indeed

fortunate, but today there are public libraries.

Forty years ago people used to flock to the cinema, but now far more people

sit at home and turn on the TV to watch a program that is being channeled into

millions of homes.

Communication is no longer merely concerned with the transmission of

information.

The modern communication industry influences the way people live in society

and broadens their horizons by allowing access to information, education and

entertainment.

The printing, broadcasting and advertising industries are all involved with

informing, educating and entertaining.

Although a great deal of the material communicated by the mass media is

very valuable to the individual and to the society of which he is a part, the

vast modern network of communications is open to abuse.

However, the mass media are with us for better, for worse, and there is no

turning back.
