二、书信写作分类讲解(写作脉络)

1.投诉信

投诉信通常包括：说明投诉原因并表示遗憾，实事求是阐述问题发生的经过，指出问题引起的后果，提出批评及处理意见，督促对方采取措施，提出所希望的赔偿及补救方式。

2.建议信

建议信即写给某个组织或机构，就改进其服务质量提出建议忠告;或写给个人，就某一重大事件提出自己的看法、建议及观点。

3.道歉信

亲爱的妈妈：

您好！

我心中有千言万语想对您说，但思来想去，还是决定提笔写一封信，诉说您对我深深的爱，倾诉我对您的无限感恩之情。

很多人都说我是个特别的孩子：控制不了自己的情绪，发怒的时候还会张嘴咬同学；没有集体精神，放学时不排中队，一个人跑出去，害得老师在后面大声喊：快回来。学习成绩不理想，有时还会抱着个鸭蛋回家

大家都认为我已经无药可救了，可您却永不放弃，相信我是个正常的孩子。这天，校长又生气地打来电话，对您说：您的儿子在教室里面扔椅子，大喊大叫，估计是智商、情商哪个方面有问题，必须到医院测试一下，打一张疾病证明来。接完电话，你心里非常难受，摸着我的脑袋，说：其实小的时候，妈妈带你去测过智商，医生还说你智力超常呢。可为什么你就管不了自己，让老师三天两头地告状呢？

听了这句语重心长的话，再抬头看看您那满是泪痕的脸，我心里后悔极了：都怪自己，害得您老操心，有时还要接受别的家长投来的异样眼光。想到这里，我决定从现在开始改变自己：上课想要大喊时，使劲捂住嘴巴；排路队时，跟得紧紧的，生怕一不小心掉队啦；作业一题不落地认真完成

现在，我有了一点小进步：参加学校书法兴趣小组；代表班级参加学校《交通安全伴我行》作文比赛妈妈，相信儿子吧，我绝不会让您抬不起头，更不会让你丢脸。
