到了基地，大门里面有一条小河，河中央有一座小桥，桥对面就是我们的男生宿舍，男生宿舍右边是食堂，食堂的右边是女生宿舍，女生宿舍的右下角就是澡堂，大门左边就是操场和主席台。我们共有11个中队，我在10中队，教官叫周利军，老师叫万老师。万老师先给我们分小组，共有七个小组，我是一小组的组长，组员共8名。

每天早上都有起床号，晚上有关灯号，平时还有集合号。早上只要响起了起床号，同学们就必须马上穿好衣服到操场上排队站好;晚上响了关灯号，所有的灯都会熄灭;如果平时响起了集合号，不管你在做什么，都必须马上到操场上集合站好。

5月6日早上，我们正睡得香，突然响起了起床号，男生宿舍像炸开了锅一样热闹。只见同学们一个个像猴子一样从床上蹦了起来，手忙脚乱地穿着衣服。和我们同一间寝室的周教官也在提醒大家快点穿好衣服和鞋子，到操场集合。我是我们中队第一个操场的，可是其他中队却有好多人已经到了。等人全部到齐之后，教官说：“回去由老师教同学们折被子，学会之后，让学生自己折被子、收拾宿舍。”我们回去学习折被子了，刚开始我们都折得不怎么好，经过我们反复的刻苦训练，终于可以达到老师的基本要求了。看着一个个方方正正的“豆腐块”同学们自豪地笑了。

我们还开展了许多有趣的活动呢!

我印象最深的是重走长征路活动。5月7日下午，教官吹起了集合号，一转眼的功夫，全校的同学都迅速到操场集合站好，没有一个人乱动，刻苦的训练总算没有白费呀!考官说：“同学们，今天下午我们要去重走长征路，同学们敢不敢走?”“敢!”，同学们响亮地答道。出发了，我们首先看见的是辽阔的田野，像绿色的海浪。我们被深深地吸引住了，不想走下去了，可我们是全基地第一方队，并且是排头，只好恋恋不舍地继续往前走。走着走着，看见了一群洁白如雪的鸭子正准备下河洗澡呢!一只长得壮的鸭子首先跳进清澈的河水里，接着好几只鸭子也连续不断地跟着跳下了河，这群“白雪公主”就在水里戏耍开了。我觉得真可爱。经过30分钟的急行，终于到达目的地。那是一片已经枯萎了的树林，它们正准备发出新嫩芽。我们就坐在草坪上休息了。原路返回基地，我累得几乎失去了知觉，心想，才走了这么一小段“长征路”就累成了这样，红军走长征真辛苦呀!

我们还自己包饺子，体验做家务的乐趣;我们玩沙艺建长城，领略建长城的辛苦。陶艺、看电影、联欢晚会、跳兔子舞等活动也十分有趣!

大学的军训生活，为我们未来四年的大学开了个好头。

暑假的一天，是一个社区活动的日子。我吃过早饭，早早的来到了社区的活动室。

不一会儿，社区活动的老师拿了沉甸甸的一捆报纸走进活动室。我们疑惑不解，难道这次是让我们来看报纸的吗？这时老师笑容可掬地说：“小朋友们，今天让你们体验一下邮递员的工作，把这些“北蔡家园”的报纸发到社区每家每户的邮箱里。”说完，老师分发给每人一叠报纸。

我和我的同学吴雨萌结伴同行发报纸，我们挨个挨个的寻找每个单元的收信箱，然后跑过去小心翼翼的把报纸放到每家的收信箱里。再看看男生们，好像在和我们抢信箱似的，都手忙脚乱的把报纸塞进信箱里，有的报纸都皱巴巴的了，好像在说：“哎呀，别争了，把我都弄疼了。”

刚发到一半，我们就已经满头大汗了，想想邮递员叔叔每天骑着车，带着几大包的报纸和邮件，而且这些邮件都是全国各地的，他们每天要跑多少路，是多么的不容易啊，比起他们我们是微不足道的，于是我打起了十二分得精神，又开始去发了。这时一位踩着三轮车收废品的阿姨，看见我们手里一叠一叠的报纸，满脸堆笑的说：“小朋友，把你手里的报纸给我吧，我给你们钱去买根冷饮解解暑。”我心里犹豫不决，给吧，她肯定把报纸当废纸卖掉，社区的人就看不到了，这样就体现不出宣传的作用。最后我还是咬了咬牙，慢条斯理的说：“对不起阿姨，我不能给您。”。说完我们又冒着炎炎的烈日坚持不懈寻找收信箱。树上的鸟儿看着我们“叽叽喳喳”的好像在说：“你做得对。”一张、两张、三张……终于发完了。

刚刚还记得自己带着家人殷切的期望和鼓鼓的行李离开熟悉的家乡，带着既兴奋又紧张的心情来到这陌生的城市、陌生的学校，开始了别人口中所谓的”象牙塔“生活，转眼之间，我们就又要与这里分别，到其他陌生的地方去了，心中充满了对这里的不舍与无奈，同时也有着对未知生活的希冀与迷惘。看着学校里熟悉的景色、亲切的师长和充满青春活力的学弟、学妹们，不禁想起了四年来自己所走过的路。

2006年我挤过了高考这座”独木桥“，考上了忻州师范学院，开始了我的大学生活。当我带着无数的憧憬与幻想，兴奋地来到这里时，突然发现这里跟我想象中的大学有所出入，校区不大，而且设施也不是很完善，心中充满了失望的感觉。但是，不管怎么说，这是我努力学习考到的学校，以后四年我都要在这里度过，所以慢慢的心里也就接受了，我的大学生活也正式拉开了序幕。通过这次经历，我也明白了生活不是尽如人意的，有时候我们无法改变环境，而只有通过改变自身去适应环境，才能让自己过得更好!

转瞬之间，大四也来了，这一年课程更少了，同学们开始忙着实习、找工作、写论文等一系列毕业前的准备了，看着班里的同学越来越少，我蓦然发现离别的日子临近，我的大学生活也即将结束了，突然有种不想毕业的念头。但是，我知道天下没有不散的筵席，这一天迟早会到来，我们必定要经历这次离别之痛，经历过后，我们会变得更成熟。所以，就让我们笑着接受这一天的到来吧!

我将这两张清单罗列完之后又重新逐条看了一遍。抱怨的事中第一件就是快中考了。是啊，中考，在我的想法里早已被压力、担心、紧张等等等等里三层外三层地围了个水泄不通。而不可否认的是，在感恩清单上的第一件事也是中考，因为中考过后可以升到高一级学府，而且还有近两个月的长假，那是很令人期待的事啊。

在一个风和日丽的上午，五天的军训生活徐徐地拉开了序幕。一声嘹亮的军哨，吹响了第一天的军训生活。在教官的带领下，我们大家来到了操场学站军姿。“两脚分开，脚跟并拢，成一个六十度角，双腿挺直，小腹微收……” 我严肃地站着，火炉般的太阳在蔚蓝的天空中向我炫耀它炎热的光芒，大地也不近人情地排放它的阵阵热气。豆儿似的汗水像珠串似的，从我脸上、身上一直不断地流下来，犹如一条小溪在我身上流淌。教官那敏锐的眼光，让我丝毫不敢轻懈，就连那惹人厌的汗水我也不敢将它拭去，生怕一动就挨教官骂。 二十分钟过去了，我的双脚像灌了铅般，无比沉重，似乎失去了知觉。肩膀的骨头犹如被人扎了针一样的酸痛，整个人就像一尊石雕般伫立在水泥地上，在心里默默地对自己说：“坚持下去，别人可以，我也可以;大家做得到，我也一样做得到!”一分钟，两分钟……时间在我的坚强意志中慢慢地流走。“哔”的军哨声在为我庆祝，三十分钟我坚持下来了，我的意志战胜了一切，我的行动证实了一切，我是一个胜利者! 大家都严格要求自己，听从教官的安排，用教官说的每一句话来检查自己，但还常常被罚蹲起。一罚就是20个蹲起，做不好就加10个蹲起。其实，人生也一样，不会全是甜的，也有不少的苦，那要看我们怎么去品味了。我想信，只要不放弃，终会成功。今后，不管人生的道路怎样曲折坎坷，我都会勇敢地去面对。"人生就犹如种子，只有埋没，才有出头。"我现在终于明白了这句话的含义。人生犹如种子，正因为经历了被埋没的痛苦，才到达顶峰。回首历程时，才真正体会成功。的确，成功的金牌是拼搏的烈火炼成的。

能相见便是缘份。我们买的水、零食大家都一起分着吃，训练的过程中有的同学水喝完了我们就分他点儿。大家还要在一起学习、生活，本来就该互相帮助，团结友爱。回想那短短五天军训的日子，一种潜藏在心中已久的感受便油然而生。每天吃饭时都与苍蝇共食。的确，军训是苦的，但苦的美丽，苦的动人，苦的让人难以忘怀。在军训时，我们和教官在烈日下同甘共苦，他们对每一个动作都要求严格，一发现我们的动作不规范，不到位，便细心的给我们讲解，纠正我们的错误，争取让我们把每一个动作做好。尤其是在站军姿时，我们的双肩酸痛，双腿麻木，让我们真正地体会到苦和累。但我们不需抱怨它的苦难，它的辛苦和劳累，是在磨练我们像树一样坚挺向上，不屈不挠的意志，它带给了我们一个尊严，一种力量，一种不向任何权势卑躬的品质。正所谓人生苦短，年轻时吃点苦，受点累算什么。俗语说 ：“不经历风雨，何以见彩虹;没有一份寒彻骨，哪来梅花扑鼻香。”嘛。

面对军训，我们更需要坚持。坚持，体现在站军姿的每一秒钟;坚持，融入在擒敌拳的每一个动作中;坚持，溶化在烈日当空的烘烤里。坚持，是一种精神，一种品格。毕竟，紧要关头不放弃，绝望就会变成希望。勇气，行动，坚持。难道军训带给我们的仅仅是痛苦的回忆吗?不是的，军训还带给了我们体验每次训练成功之时带给自己的喜悦，回味同窗带来的纯洁友谊。 面对军训，我们要学习的东西还有很多。但我们至少学会了坚强，学会了乐观，收获了友谊，体验了艰辛。五天的汗水，五天的坚持，五天的磨练，五天的感情……这五个日日夜夜的经历为即将到来的初中学习打下了坚实的基础。这五天的经验，不管是对我初中阶段还是对我整个一生的学习、生活都很重要。这五天的一切，虽然苦，但是却值得一辈子去留恋!

习惯了城市的喧嚣，刚踏上西昌这块神奇的土地，便被它醉人的自然风光和浓郁的民族风情所吸引。碧海，蓝天，朴实热情的人们，这是我对西昌的第一印象。

大学校园对大一新生来说像是一座迷宫，经常会迷路，这点我也不例外，但随着对校园的熟悉，这错综复杂的路最终会简化成一条路 即是你若要到某个地方去，绝对会像野生动物一样一条直线抵达，不肯多浪费一丝力气。第一天，先把学校逛了一遍，发现学校的基础设施设备虽一应俱全，但大多都是元老级别的了，从其身上不难看出许多历史的痕迹，能够保留至今，大概是为了契合中国“尊老”的传统。好在校园风景还差强人意，四处绿树成荫，鸟语花香，想必多年以后，留在学生脑海里的，绝不是课堂上的专心致志，而是这醉人的桂香与发香。

来到寝室，第一感觉是小，不到七十平米的房间内囊括了卫生间、洗漱台、柜子、桌子等设施；第二感觉是人多，小小的寝室竟然奇迹般地容纳下了十个人！所以整体感觉就一个字——挤。身处寝室，竟有了在外打工的打工仔们的味道，被老板安排在廉价拥挤的出租房内。实乃一大乐事。寝室的兄弟们来自“五湖四海”，泸州的涛哥说话很“泸州”，每个字发音短促且“i”“ian”不分，比如“梯田”这个词语在他口中就成了“梯提”。巴中的邦治兄说话带有浓重的鼻音，并且夹带卷舌，每次说话都能把我们逗乐。他不负“邦治”这个名字，总是喜欢和我们高谈天下风云 时政要闻，全球形势，兴国安邦之事。广元的郑哥发音低沉，也带有卷舌音和转音，是我们寝室，乃至我们班说话最难听懂的一个，别看他外表阳刚，性格豪迈，其实是内心非常敏感的一个人。峰哥是成都金堂的，说话与成都人无二，为人处事很成熟，深谙世道。另外，我们寝室有一位彝族兄弟沙马五且，我们都亲切地叫他“老沙”或者“沙师弟”，他身上有着彝族人的开朗与率真，为人热情和善，对每个人都是笑脸相迎，每个人对他的评价也都是“老沙是个好人”。其它兄弟在此不一一列举，否则有凑字数之嫌（这篇文章是科目考试的论文）。我真心地为有这样一帮兄弟而高兴自豪，前世的几百次回眸才换来今天的擦肩而过，所以前世脖子都扭断了，今天才能遇见你们，我会好好珍惜的！

都说他乡为异客，佳节倍思亲。远离家乡 来到一个陌生的地方，难免会生出许多的不适应 并患上一种叫“思乡”的疾病。而我，却没有一丁点儿的不适应，甚至说来，是乐不思蜀了。你们可以说我忘本 ，也可以称我没心没肺，但这的确是我的真实感受，因为受过高中三年的非人待遇，来到大学，就像猛虎归山，龙游深海，前所未有的自由感携着我的心飞上了九霄云外。什么老师的压迫，这样的苦酒何须饮，且把它洒在身后路；什么父母的叨扰，这样的哀乐不必闻，且把它埋进荒沙百尺深。

大一的课程很稀疏，一周总是有几天会半天半天地没课，加上周末和各种放假，闲着的日子真是多得擢发难数，我不想整天窝在寝室玩电脑，所以就加入了几个协会和社团，经常参加他们的活动，外出踏踏青，吃吃烧烤，打打球，进城逛逛，图书馆坐坐倒也过得轻松。并且 参与这些集体活动也能够提升我与人交际的能力 ，这块正是我所或缺的。学的东西并不局限于书本上嘛。

再谈谈我对大学未来的规划吧，说是规划，其实并不是什么天马行空的长篇大论，我的期望很简单，一是在学业上有所收获，能拿点奖学金那是在好不过的了，二是交际能力能有所提升，能变得更开朗一点，四年之后能有一大邦肝胆相照的朋友。三是能尽快独立，自己挣钱养活自己，不再依赖父母，因为，现在我花父母的每一分钱都是心怀愧疚的。所以，从现在开始，我要上好每一堂课，哪怕是计算机课，积极参加每一个活动，哪怕是干最脏最累的活。极力抓住每一个机会，哪怕最终摊开手发现什么都没有。

数十年后，当我们回首往事时，有这样一些人和事，不会随着烟花的凋零而逝去，只会在岁月的长河中常常忆起，它们都属于这个时代——我的大学

When i was in high school, I had to study all the time and hardly had spare

time to do what i wanted to.Besides, I had to focus on my textbooks and doing

exercise again and again. Therefore, I had little time to read magazines and

novels and watch TV. what was worse, I couldnt play with my friends a lot, which

I couldnt stand the most. In a word, all i did in high shool should be

considered for the College Entrance Examination.

However, my college life is totally different from the life in high

school.I can arrange my time freely. I spend most of my time reading in the

library, where I can open my eyes and broaden my mind.In my free time, I also

join some clubs,where i can make a lot of friends of different majors. My

teachers in college are so kind and knowledgeable that they not only teach us

knowledge but also how to be a person and how to get on with others. In

addition, there are more opportunities for me to improve myself.

I believe college life is an important stage in my life. In college, i can

learn how to learn by myself, how to get on with others, how to live

independently.College provides me with a stage where i can show myself and be

myself.

Summer can be very hot in southern taibei where the temperature usually goes up to 32"C or more. Because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned. Also because of this I stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and only occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to keep my body less sticky. Actually I like swimming and think nothing is more refreshing than a swim. In the summer vacation that has just ended I went swimming many times with my classmates and we all had a good time. This summer vacation, however, was not spent entirely in seeking fun. As a second-year senior student I had to prepare myself for the college entrance examinations that were only a year away. In other words, I must find time to study, too. So I divided my time between work and play during the summer vacation and derived much benefit from this arrangement.

I spent this summer vacation in quite a different way. I used to run about every day in previous summer vacations, but this summer vacation I simply could not afford to do so. I would soon be in the last year of my high-school education and would after graduation be up against the college entrance examinations. Though those examinations were still a year away, I had to start early to make myself well prepared by reviewing all those things I had learned at school and this summer vacation was the ideal time for me to do this. At first I was rather dismayed at the thought of this, but later I thought it was better this way because by working hard this summer I could count on endless happy summers to come. With this in mind I then set to work like anything and only occasionally went out for a change or did some physical. I was not at all bored by this kind of life, for I was sustained by a hope.

Henan has a humid warm-temperate climate. Dry and windy in winter and spring, the province is hot and rainy in summer and bakes in strong sunlight during the autumn months. Rainfall averages about 600-1000 millimeters increasing from north to south, as does the annual temperature which increases from about 12.8C in the north to 15.5C in the south.

Henan province is considered the cradle of Chinese civilization due to its location on the Yellow River. This rich historic heritage has endowed Henan with numerous historic treasures, from primitive dwellings to earliest wheel thrown pottery. The remains of some of the earliest human settlements have been unearthed here, including the over 7000-year-old Peiligang Culture Site, the 6000-year-old Yangshao Culture Remains and the 5000-year-old Dahe Culture Remains. All these cultural remains have profound significance in the history of Chinese civilization.

Luoyang City has been the capital of nine dynasties since the time of the Eastern Zhou Dynasty (770BC-221BC). There are many historical sites to be viewed in Luoyang as well as the opportunity to purchase replicas of the famed Tang three-glaze horses. Luoyangs Longmen Grottoes, famous for its grand treasure trove of Chinese Buddhist statues, are located 12km (7 miles) south of Luoyang. First sculpted and chiseled around 493 AD when the capital of the Northern Wei Dynasty (386-534) was moved from Datong City to Luoyang, the grottoes of Luoyang house an awe-inspiring collection of sculpted Buddha and other religious subjects.

Kaifeng, one of the ancient capitals, also boasts the following buildings worthy of a visit: Iron Pagoda (Tie Ta) of the Northern Song Dynasty (960-1127), Dragon Pavilion (Long Ting) - site of imperial palace of the Song and Jin dynasties - and the 1400-year-old Xiangguo Temple which is one of the most famous Buddhist temples in China. Also on view in Kaifeng are ruins of the Shang Dynasty, an important part of human cultural and historic heritage. The Shang Dynasty Ruins, also known as the Yin Ruins, are famous because of the unique style of the large palace and its grand mausoleums, in which emperors of the Shang Dynasty are buried. The bronze vessels of the Shang Dynasty, which were both finely decorated and popularly used by the citizens of the Shang Dynasty, are well-known at home and abroad.

There are many different kinds of hobbies. Some people like collecting things. Others like sports , drawing, sewing or music.

A hobby is not only fun but also useful. It can help build your confidence. It makes your life more colourful. My hobby is gardening. I like to plant vegetables, fruit and flowers in my garden. I like working in my garden. It’s enjoyable and easy to learn.

I also like listening to music. When I am tired, I listen to some light music. I feel relaxed and happy.

All work and no play makes jack a dull boy. Do you have any hobbies

I often go to see my grandma and grandpa during winter vacation。 They are both seventy years old and live in the country happily。 I can do many interesting things there。 I am used to getting up early in the morning and breathing the fresh air in the countryside。 After snow， I would like to skate and ski with my friends。 When night comes， I am used to sitting by the fire and listening to grandma telling me many funny stories。 And I tell her some new things happening in the city。 When I have to go back， I am always reluctant to go。 I really feel happy living in the country。

寒假期间我经常去看望我的爷爷奶奶。他们都已经70岁了，住在乡下。我可以在那里做很多有趣的事情。我习惯一大清早起床呼吸乡下的新鲜空气。下雪后，我喜欢跟同伴们一起滑雪滑冰。夜幕降临时，我就坐在火炉边，听奶奶讲动听的故事。我也会给她讲一些城里的新鲜事。每次该回城时，我总是恋恋不舍。我确实喜欢乡下的生活。
