运 动有很多种，有打篮球、羽毛球、桌球、、、等，都是有益身心健康的运动，其中，我最喜爱的运动是：”游泳”，游泳不但可以治好气喘，还可以减肥，真是一举 两得。游泳有很多方式，像是：自由式、蛙式、仰式、水母漂、、、等，都很有趣喔!但是，游泳也是要注意一下，像是不要没有做暖身操，就先下水，不然就不能 避免抽筋;下水时先确认水深不深，浅不浅，水深不好，因为你跳水时，有可能水太深，造成溺水;水太浅跳水时，就会受伤，容易发生危险;还有不要在湿滑的地 方追逐嬉戏。我们要快快乐乐的玩，平平安安的回家。

游泳是个很好的运动，连平常都不怎么有精神的弟弟去游泳回来以后，精神都来了。可见游泳真的很棒!我们也可以多多尝试看看喔!

Every morning, I will wake up early and then do some exercise. I like running very much, so I will run around my house. Running on the street and park, I can see the city in its morning face, the street is so quiet, some people are dancing, some are walking. I enjoy running in the morning, I feel so comfortable, I feel life is easy and happy.

每天早上，我会很早就起来，然后做一些锻炼。我很喜欢跑步，因此我会围绕着家周围跑步。在街上和公园里跑步，我可以看到这个城市早上的面容，街上很安静，一些人在跳舞，一些人在散步。我很享受早上跑步，我觉得很舒服，感到生活是如此的轻松和愉快。

For each person campaign is very important. As the saying goes: Life is movement. For example on me, and I like movement from childhood and I often run, but I love playing soccer very much, untill today I played football for more than 10 years. I join the school team, although Im very confident individual skills, but after a lot of market failure, I began to realize that football is a collective movement, we need to meet to obtain the final victory. Although some people think that playing soccer is to play football, but I understand it from a lot of life philosophy, really, I love football.

春天像个活泼的小姑娘，她和我玩起了捉迷藏的游戏。我睁着一双明亮的眼睛四处寻找着它。 Spring is like a lively little girl, she and I play the game of catching and hiding.I looked around with a pair of bright eyes.

找到了!找到了!春天藏在了迎泽公园里。柳树梳着长长的辫子，看来它挺爱美的，还在辫子上扎了这么多绿蝴蝶结呢!那长长的辫子点着旁边的湖水，湖水泛起了美丽的涟漪。

找到了!找到了!春天藏在了汾河两岸。我找到一大丛的杏花、梨花，站在那些花中央，我仿佛站在一片茫茫大雪中。走过天桥，进入汾河公园，这里野花盛开，小草、小苗都从湿漉漉的泥土里探出头来，它们终于能呼吸到新鲜的空气了!

春天还藏在了小朋友的欢笑之中，他们在跑着、跳着放风筝。汾河公园的上空飘满了风筝。哇!还有的风筝连在了一起，上下飞舞，好像在表演空中杂技。我也拿出了我的叮当猫风筝，放了起来。突然，一阵狂风刮了过来，风筝剧烈地摇摆起来，差点把拿着风筝线的我也吹得飞起来，原来，春天也会发脾气。我们可要在清明前后多种一点树，让春天变得温和、温和、再温和……

找到了!找到了!春天藏在了校园里。咦?实验田里怎么这样臭?哦，原来是学校里的园丁正在这里施肥。实验田里已经开出红色、粉红色、白色的花，吸引着小鸟飞到这里。小鸟自由自在地飞翔着，还唱起了春天的歌——叽叽喳喳，让学校充满欢乐!

找到了!找到了!春天藏在我住的小区里。小区里盛开着美丽的紫丁香和白丁香，还有迎春花，桃花……它们的香气扑鼻，香味简直都能把一只蜜蜂醉倒。花池里灌木丛的叶子也变得翠绿无比，小区里一片迷人的景色。

四处的春天都被我找了个遍，可我总觉得少了一处春天的景色。原来是家里少了春天，我立刻开始行动。我用糖果盒当花盆，到后院挖了点湿润的泥土后就开始播种了。我轻轻地捧着小种子和希望，把它们都埋在了每一个花盆里。过了几天，所有的花盆里都长出了小苗。长得最快的就是扁豆，我发现它真是一日千里!哈哈!我把春天带回了家!

春天里美好的景色这么多，好玩的事情也是一个接一个。真期待明年的春天，我还要和她玩游戏!

家乡的田野很美，我最喜欢春天的田野，因为春天的田野里有很美的东西和迷人的景色。

一到春天我就会去田野里，她就像我的花园。阳光温暖地照着大地，走在乡间的小路上，心情格外舒畅。草地上的花儿们都在开放呢，它们身穿美丽、多彩的春衣，好像参加选美比赛呢！我看见天空中的几丝白云都是那么可爱、亲切，各种昆虫也出来呼吸新鲜空气了，有蜻蜓，蜜蜂，还有蝴蝶呢！蜜蜂在小花上飞来飞去，小溪在阳光下面轻轻地流淌，有很多的小蝌蚪，它们和小鱼成了好朋友。

农民们都在忙着种田、插秧，他们干得是那么地起劲儿！田边的树林，风姐姐呼唤着我，到里面走一走，我心里可真高兴！

我喜欢春天的田野，因为它给我带来了无限的快乐。

In spring, the weather is comfortable, but it changes a lot. It rains sometimes.

春天，天气很舒适，但是变化无常。有时候会下雨。

Many things come into life in spring. The trees turn green. People like to go outdoors to have fun.

春天是万物复苏的季节，树木也变绿了，人们喜欢外出游玩。

Besides, farmers are busy in spring, because it’s time for them to plant crops.

除此之外，春天也是农民忙碌的季节，因为是时候种植庄稼了。

All people are preparing for the whole year.

What’s my favourite season? Let me tell you.My favourite season is spring. Spring is a lovely season, I think. There is a garden behind my house. In spring, the trees become green and the flowers give off fragrance(芳香). There are many butterflies and bees over the flowers. The butterflies are dancing and the bees are singing. Sometimes it rains. It usually rains quietly. The rain moistens(滋润) the trees and the flowers. I think they may say, “We’re very thirsty. The rain is very good.
