大年三十，我们全家都兴高采烈的准备去买鞭炮。大家放下了手上的工作和家人吃团圆饭。我们在酒店里订的年夜饭。北方的酒席和南方完全不同。首先上来的是凉菜，等凉菜吃得差不多了才陆续上热菜。奶奶告诉我北方的酒席的菜讲究八凉八热。就是八个凉菜八个热菜，然后加上馍馍、饺子等面食才算得上真正的一桌酒席。

春节是我们的传统节日，所以吃年夜饭的时候也有讲究，得先等家里最年长的爷爷先动筷子，我们才能开吃，看着一桌丰盛的菜肴我口水直流，一个劲的催爷爷快点动筷子，这样我才好开吃。

等到除夕夜十二点放鞭炮，辞旧迎新的鞭炮“噼里啪啦”的，在天上的烟火像无数个小星星在飞舞。我和哥哥姐姐拿着烟花棒挥来挥去，想在漆黑的夜晚有几盏闪亮的灯笼。突然“啪”的一声，一个摔炮把我吓了一跳。哥哥姐姐哈哈大笑，我也不由自主地和他们杨倩哈哈笑起来。这一天，大家的脸上一直都挂着笑容。吃完年夜饭，我们还要给爷爷奶奶大伯大妈姑姑姑父拜年，他们给我们派压岁钱，我们拿着红包可开心了。
