influence on them. When the family gets on well, people can focus their mind to

work, they don’t need to worry about other issues. It is reported that the

people live in a harmonious environment are more easy to get succeed, which

reflects the importance of the family. While people who live in a unharmonious

family are easily distracted from work, because besides the work issues, they

also have family annoyance. So the family is very important, we should keep in

touch with family members often, even though we are busy, we should go home

often, never let the work occupancies you.

地球是我们人类的家园，也是人类的母亲。我们依赖它，探索它。这个蔚蓝色的星球多么美丽，但我们要知道：地球只有一个！社会想要不断向前发展，就需要消耗更多的地球资源。社会的发展虽然给我们带来了许多方便，可是，人们的道德品质也越来越差了。他们为了一己私欲而去无节制的去滥砍滥伐，导致森林资源大面积的迅速减少，造成了严重的环境问题。科技不断的向前发展，人们家里几乎都有了一辆小轿车，轿车的出现给我们的出行带来了很大的方便。随之，问题出现了汽车排放的尾气成了人们关注的焦点。保护环境是每个人的事，要成为每个人的自觉行动，而且要坚持在时时刻刻随时随地。只有每个人都行动起来，环境才会更好，否则，你对环境的破坏越重，他就会以百倍的力量报复你，就像我们经常看到的沙尘暴那样。

然而，近几年来，地球的环境却越来越恶劣：全球性气候变暖，飓风、暴雨等灾害性天气频繁出现，“非典”、禽流感等传染性疾病时有发生，给人类的生活和工作带来严重威胁和许多不便。这些都是人们不断地“伤害”地球的结果。大片的森林被砍伐，碧绿的青山被挖掘，美丽的草原成荒漠，清澈的河水成浊流。树林少了，青山秃了，草原荒了，清水黑了，使人们生存的环境变坏，呼吸的空气变差，生活的环境被许多有害的东西所“侵占”，病毒就趁机钻进人们的体内，我们人类就会患上一些可怕的疾病。想要保护环境首先要保护森林。只有让树木存活，他才能更好的为我们提供氧气，而我们才能更好的生存。而一些人为顾个人利益而不顾国家利益，去滥砍滥伐。他们认为，地球上有这么大片的森林看一点不算什么。可是，设想一下，如果全地球上的人只砍一棵树，那么地球上将失去多少树木。如果每人只砍一棵树，两棵，三棵，上百棵，上万棵，那么，地球上的树木将会失去多少。想想都让人害怕。大片森林资源的消失，会给我们带来我们意想不到的伤害。最为明显的是人类呼吸的氧气得不到充分的供给，那么人类的生命将危在旦夕。大片森林的消失，会引起一系列严重的自然灾害。如：泥石流、地震、火山爆发、土地沙漠化等一系列大的灾害。如果树木没有了，那么一些以树木，树叶为食的小动物也随之消失，大片森林消失了，鸟儿也就没有了安身之处，那么鸟类也就从此从世界上消失了。一些以它们为食的动物也因食物不足而灭绝。这些动植物的消失，会让整个地球失去多么美好的一道风景线。我们的地球已经进入了病入膏肓的状态。后知后觉的地球人，直至近几年才大力鼓吹环保运动，但却不见有任何的改善，正所谓“江山易改本性难移”，或许我们需再花上一个世纪，甚至几十个世纪的时间去拯救地球吧。如果就连身为地球人的我们都不爱护地球，那这工作将由谁来做呢？曾几何时，地球是宇宙中最美丽的星球，她拥有茂密的森林、清澈浩瀚的海洋、巍峨的高山、奔腾不息的江河、“飞流直下三千尺”的壮观瀑布，繁衍了一代代的优秀儿女。地球穿着一条蔚蓝色的纱裙，成为众星球的焦点。幽幽蝉鸣，蛙声连连，海欧轻盈地掠过海面，秋风落叶，田野飘香；地球一直是人类的理想家园。为了人类更好的生存，为了把地球建设的更加美丽，富饶我们应该增强环保意识，倡导低碳生活，保护森林资源，建设绿色家园，倡导低碳生活，促进科学节能。

The Ten-minute Break Between Classes Time seems to be so limited for us Senior Three students. As a result, more and more students try to study from early morning till late afternoon, even during the ten-minute breaks. In my view, taking a ten minute break between classes is equally important. Otherwise, we will feel exhausted both physically and mentally,During the ten minute break, we are supposed to do something really relaxing, we need is to have a rest, instead of getting more tired. Besides, studying during the break doesn ’ t necessarily mean that you will achieve more. So doing nothing tiring in that short period is of greater significance. As far as my ten-minute breaks are concerned, sometimes I take some simple exercise, such as having a walk with my classmates, or just a free chat to refresh myself. 周末，我和爸爸妈妈来到十六潭公园郊游。一路上，鸟语花香，到处充满的春天的气息路旁的柳树妹妹租着自己的小辫子，小草从土里慢慢的探出头来。

终于到了目的地，找到了一块小小的空地，爸爸铺好了一张长长的，蓝白相间的餐布，妈妈小心翼翼地拿出食物，把香蕉三明治，还有我最喜欢的鸡翅和鸡腿等等，放到餐布，我盯着我最喜欢的鸡翅，一把抢过来，闻了闻，舔了舔嘴巴，咽了咽口水，大力的撕开袋子，狼吞虎咽，然后一边吃一边说："妈妈，还有没有吃的啦！"妈妈转了身，理了理衣服，微笑的说："这里还有，小心点别噎着。”我吃完了鸡翅，留下了骨头，我都扔在草地上，骨头正好被茂盛的小草给掩盖住了，我看到了也不理睬。还继续吃，然后，吃完的垃圾袋被我一个一个的扔到的草地上，最后我四周到处都是垃圾。

忽然我看到穿着橘色的衣服的清洁工，正在那边弯着腰打扫边上的垃圾。满头大汗，伸出像树皮一样的手，走到我的旁边，先用钳子把垃圾放到垃圾箱，接着轻轻拿着扫把到处扫，然后，放进垃圾箱。最后就默默的走了。

后来我又看到一个小男孩手上提着一袋垃圾，走进垃圾箱，垫起了脚，把垃圾袋扔进去。我的脸顿时像红红的大苹果。想起老师说过，"保护环境，人人有责。”我就决定一定不能扔垃圾，要爱护环境。

Certainly people can also do something simple, like going to work by bus instead of private cars.
