今年暑假，我们一家和弟弟一家一块儿去桂林游玩。在前往桂林的火车上，我们说说笑笑，不知不觉时间过了20个钟头，到达了目的地——桂林。

到达桂林之后，我们每个人都抑制不住开心激动的心情。等到导游给我们安排好房间，睡了一个午觉之后，我们便开始了下午的桂林之旅。

我们下午去了桂林著名的正阳步行街，那里有许许多多桂林当地的特产，琳琅满目，数不胜数。在正阳步行街，我们买了许多好玩的好吃的。时间不知不觉就到了，晚上12点。可是那里还是人山人海，灯火通明。一直到凌晨一点，我们才回到了宾馆。

第二天我们去了古东瀑布，那里上山有平行的两条路，一条旱路，一条水路。水路的瀑布是可以攀爬的，我和弟弟嚷着闹着要爬瀑布，婶婶也喜欢玩水，她决定和我们一起爬瀑布，爸爸、妈妈走旱路。我们和婶婶先排队领出草鞋、雨衣、头盔和手机套，穿上装备，就开始攀爬。一级瀑布特别陡，基本上有七十度，但是水流特别湍急，瀑布中间只有一根铁链子，我紧紧地抓住铁链子，使足了九牛二虎之力，才爬上了瀑布；第二级瀑布特别长，水很深，但水流比较缓和，所以就特别容易攀爬；第三级瀑布的道路特别难走，高低起伏，稍不留神就会跌入水中，经过漫长的时间攀岩后，我们终于爬到了瀑布的顶端。 虽然累得我们气喘吁吁，但是心里美滋滋的。在下山的路上，我都在回味刚才的瀑布情景，特别想再去尝试一次。

在接下来的几天里，我们分别去了冠岩、漓江、银子岩、蝴蝶泉、侗族寨等等。

这次的桂林之行，我非常的开心，因为我了解到了很多的知识，风景也特别的漂亮。最重要的是，我还知道了桂林名字的由来：桂林桂林，桂树成林；桂花桂花，香飘万家。桂林，我还会再来看你的！

我忽然变得脆弱不堪。

趴在教室里，只在那些可以晃出光影的桌面微微地呻吟着——我的胃反复地痛着，痛到骨子里，而只可以深深地吸气。却无法逃脱愈来愈浓重的疼痛。有一阵子，在学校里总是这样痛，在考试的时候，或是正兴致勃勃地上着课，剧烈的绞痛感就会传来，我便只能扭曲着身子趴在书桌上，额头沁出冰凉的汗丝。那时候虽还小，却极爱想些生生死死，于是不免惶恐地想，自己就会这样在疼痛中，堕入无休止的黑暗。我记得考试的时候，还可以顶着疼痛答卷子，只是歪着头，把字写得歪歪扭扭，到最后字迹总会潦草地看不清。

我有时候，喜欢用疼痛来证明自己的坚强。想象着自己是一个勇敢的武士，面对着什么痛苦却也绝不会落泪。然而，那始终不像我这样一个骨子里怕疼的人，于是也只在吵闹着的教室里不安地攥着拳头，深深地深深地痛下去。教室是喧闹的，大家一张张的笑脸如同车两旁的风景，掩映而过。然而，这份喧嚣于我却是如此遥不可及，我甚至没有坐起来的力量，只是少有的安静地伏在桌面上，用琐碎的发遮挡着我痛苦着的面孔。

思绪开始混乱地纷飞起来，我开始想着所有遥不可及或是近在咫尺：考试的结果，迷茫的未来，无休止蔓延的痛……

晚上的时候，我去观察这一群“小吃货”，发现它们都直着身子，像一个“一”字，直挺挺躺着，我晃一晃它们的“摇篮”(装蚕的纸盒)，它们还是一动不动。我慌了，感觉大事不妙，心里琢磨：是不是喂它们的.桑叶有毒，它们中毒了?会不会都死了呢?想到这里，我不禁大叫了一声。因为才养了一天，它们就死了，这也太可惜了吧!情绪瞬间从惊慌的高楼跌倒了悲伤的深渊。

这时，爸爸走了过来，皱着眉头问：“怎么了?出什么事了?你刚才叫什么呀?”于是，我就沮丧地向爸爸述说了我刚才看到的情况。爸爸听了后，突然笑了起来。我不满地说：“蚕宝宝都死了，您还笑。”“你这个小傻瓜，蚕宝宝这是在睡觉呢!”爸爸摸了摸我的头说。我疑惑地问：“不对呀，我睡觉都是弯着身子睡得呀，为什么蚕睡觉就像尺子一样直呢?直挺挺看着就像死了一样。”知识渊博的爸爸说：“这是因为各种动物都有自己的习性。蚕睡觉时，就是喜欢在阴凉的地方，比如桑叶下面，直着身子睡觉。”奥，我明白了，原来是这样啊，真是虚惊一场。

寒假的一天

It was a very busy evening, I was doing my homework at my home. My father

was writing a composition in the study room. My mother was interested in

The Lunar New Year is a great occasion to the Chinese people。 It lasts about  the first four days of the year， during which people do not work except for the  workers on duty。 Students do not go to school， and shops are dosed。

卓老师给我们说前几天的培训重点还是放在备课上，备课一定得充分，只要能调动学生的积极性，上课效果就好。上课内容要丰富，现实，教态要自然，讲课要生动，难易适中照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。学友有一对一的学生还有小班的学生，所以在备课的时候我

格外关注细节，作为老师每天都要有充足的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛。我们都知道英语是一门外语，对初学者而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不愿学也无法学下去。教案也是教学前的重头戏，以前从来没有备过，为了做出实用的教案，我专门在网上查找了相关的资料。为了第一节课的教案，我接连奋斗了两个晚上，总算捣鼓出一篇像样的教案。虽算不上精品，但至少在上讲台前要有充足的准备。教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备学生，又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性，曾有一位前辈对我说：备课备不好，倒不如不上课，否则就是白费心机。”我明白到备课的重要性，因此，每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师都获益不浅。

光阴荏苒，不知不觉中，我已由一个小男孩成长为一个13岁的少年了。在我的成长日记中，记录过一个个喜怒哀乐的故事，但随着时光不断地冲刷，有许多事都犹如秋日丛林间的枯叶飘落，只留给我一些朦胧的记忆，但有一件事却永远铭刻在我心中。

小学五年级下学期，我被评为苏州市“十佳绘画之星”。有幸被沧浪少年宫选送，参加沧浪“六一”颁奖会，现场绘画节目演出。小伙伴们的爸爸妈妈也受邀观看演出，所以我的父亲也陪我一起去了。

“轰隆……轰隆”，雷声十分震耳，天色变得越来越暗，那群蚂蚁跑得越来越急，这一阵阵雷声让我毛骨悚然，可是我还是坚持下来，想看个究竟。我蹲在那全神贯注地看，冻锝直打喷嚏，脑子里不断出现蚂蚁搬家的画面。突然我想到了快下雨时，人们匆忙回家的情景，这不是一个道理吗?我挺高兴，因为这毕竟是我自己想出来的。但一想，它身上背的又是什么呢?这还得我进一步观察。这时，妈妈跑到我身边，抱着我，一边往楼上跑一边说：“哎呀，你可把我吓坏了呀!你在那干嘛呀?我可担心死了。”

回到温暖的家，我坐在沙发上气喘呼呼地问妈妈：“蚂蚁在下雨前背的东西……是什么呀?”妈妈拿来较厚的衣服，让我换上，然后说：孩子，它们运粮食呢!因为下雨，吃的不好找，那个小洞就是巢，它们正在往里搬粮食……下次千万不要干这种傻事了!我恍然大悟：“奥!原来如此!”

Today, I visited Hopi land. It was a Hopi village.There were three Dormitories: First Mesa, Second Mesa, Third Mesa. I visited a man named Ernie. He has a workshop. In his workshop are all amazing local jewels. He gave me a Opal. It was violet blue. There is fire in it. Today is a stupendous day!

Today, I went to drive in Monument Valley. We almost bumped our butts off. We made our own monument. We went in Monticello to go tothe restroom. It was a science lab. I copied a wolf on a computer. I also used handles to control tarish liquid that has iron in it. I also also did was control a ball. Last, I made a rose for mom and much more. Today is a supertastic day!

Today, I hiked on a trail in Arches national Park. It was the longest trail I ever hiked on. It was a rocky and dangerous mountain. I was extra exhausted. When I was at the top, WOW! It was an arch called Delicate Arch. It looks like Athena looking over everybody’s eyes to see if they are obeying rules. How can a loose little arch stand so high. So today was a miracle.

We have a lot of trees on campus, a place can not go to see a few trees in the summer when we can tree in the shade, it felt really good. 独自一人在梨花盛开的小路上行走，很幽静，很美很美........

每次往返学校时总喜欢独自一人在小路上行走欣赏风景，在路上的每一分每一秒都告诉我要做最棒的自己!

上周去学校时一路上都是光秃秃的，毫无生机。我不免多了几分感慨，多了几份忧虑。但是出了校园才知道外面的一切是多么美好，梨花在这短短的三天里盛开得如此艳丽。我停下车子，放松身心，深深地吸了几口梨花香，双眼露出久违的透亮!

梨花开了，我人生中的花开了吗?如今已经初三了，初一初二颓废了太多太多。我告诉自己我人生之花必须要是怒放的，我要做一朵永不凋谢的花。

今天是初二，爸爸妈妈都放假了，我们决定去姥姥家走亲戚。于是，二话不说，我们收拾好东西，准备出发。

到了百姓量贩，妈妈让停一下，要进去买东西，超市里的人真多啊，虽然称不上是人山人海，但也称得上是“长龙”啊!我们选了开心果、巧克力、猴菇饼干、肉松饼、瓜子、糖、酒、还有一些小孩子吃

的零食。选完后，我们去收银台结账，排了好大一会儿队，才轮到我们。买个东西真不容易!尤其是节日期间。

一眨眼，就来到了我的姥姥家——滑县王道口村。我迫不及待地跳下车，不禁打了个冷颤，心想：还是车里暖和!我提着酒，正要往里面走，言言妹妹就出来了，看见我，她跑过来，非要帮我提东西。

我就给了她一个空袋子，因为我知道，要是给她酒，那不一会儿，这瓶酒的小命可就没了。我来到姥姥家的院子里，看见了好多人：二姨、森森弟弟、姥爷、姥姥、娜娜姨、三姑姥……不过三姨和艳姨

都没来，她们都在外地!

很快到了午饭时间，姥姥和姥爷早就为我们准备好了丰盛的午餐。尽管我很饿，也要坚持给大家上菜!我端着盘子，放到桌子上，听见三姑姥在夸我，不仅学习好还懂事，顿时，我的心里美得冒泡了!

吃完饭，又到了我们开心的游戏时间了，我们玩了跳大绳、投沙包……真好玩啊!

今天真是开心的一天啊!

又到了腊八节，看着腊八节必吃的腊八粥，我不仅想起许多往事……

每年的腊八节妈妈用花生、红枣、核桃仁、绿豆、栗子、大米、红豆之类加上白糖熬成的热腾腾的粥。在我眼里曾经是不可多得的美食，当然，腊八粥也并是只在腊八，平常也可以吃得到，但是要看母亲有没有时间，有没有心情。每当母亲说要熬腊八粥了，那我会开心的帮母亲剥栗子、花生等等，还热心的尽可能凑着八种原料，回想起来，吃腊八粥是一件很麻烦很热闹的事。

而如今，小吃摊上随处都可以买得到的八宝粥让腊八粥对我的吸引力消失贻尽，只要想吃，出门就可以买的到。我再不会对母亲央求：“今天我们做腊八粥吧。”只因为，实在没必要费工费时去准备那些东西，真想自己做，超市里就可以买到一应俱全的材料，而失去了准备的那番忙碌，喝腊八粥也便没有了以往的乐趣。有时候，我们所在意的，真的并不是事情的结局，而是完成这件事的过程而已。就象腊八粥，没有了为其忙碌的必要，品尝起来便仿佛失去了当日的香甜。

腊八是如此，中秋、春节等传统节日也是如此。当月饼不再是只有八月十五才可以吃到的美味，中秋节在我的眼里便黯然失色。当新衣服不是只有在新年才能穿上身，只要想买，随时随地就可以购置新衣;当麻花、丸子、耦合之类不在是必须在年前准备的美食，只要想吃，随时都可以吃得到，春节在我眼里便也成了越来越不热闹的节日。为什么过年越来越没有年味，只因为，已经没有什么能令人企盼的东西。曾经和母亲忙碌着拧麻花、炸耦合的我已经一去不回了，取而代之的，是年关将近却暗暗叹息又老了一岁。似乎只是眨眼之间，曾经以为会是多么幸福的明天，摆在眼前时也不过如此，原来，幸福只是一种感觉。

腊八节的腊八粥真的是人间的美味，我喜欢腊八粥!

It was sunny and hot today。 I got up early at half past six。 I read English and then had breakfast。 I helped my mother washed the dishes。 Then I did my homework and cleaned my room。 I went shopping with my mother in the afternoon。 Then I played table tennis with my friends。 In the evening I watched TV and read a book。 I really had a busy and interesting day。

今天天气晴朗，热。 我在6：30很早就起了床。我读英语然后吃早饭。我帮助母亲洗碗。然后做作业打扫房间。下午我和母亲去买东西。然后和朋友们打乒乓球。晚上我看电视、看书。我今天的确很忙、过得很有趣。
