Waking up on New Year, everybody dresses up. First they extend greetings to

their parents. Then each child will get money as a New Year gift, wrapped up in

red paper. People in northern China will eat jiaozi, or dumplings, for

breakfast, as they think "jiaozi" in sound means "bidding farewell to the old

Today was very clear with no wind.

I practiced basktball in the morning. Then I went to the movies with Sandy. We saw White Nights. It was a very nice movie!I liked "Say you,say me"best of all the songs. Im fond of seeing musicals. The dancing is very beautiful and the music is pretty.

今天是晴空万里，没有风的日子。

早上我练习篮球，然后和珊蒂一起去看电影，它真是一部相当好的的片子。 所有歌曲中我最喜欢"说你，说我"。 我喜欢卡们歌舞片，舞蹈十分美妙，而音乐也很好听。

经过两个月多的锻炼，发现自己进步还挺快的，即使是之前从来没有接触过的，同时也对外贸业务这一行有了更深的认识，也有了浓厚的兴趣，越来越有干劲了。这一周仍然做些琐碎的事，发发邮件，通过电话跟客户沟通的事情。偶尔也出去跟经理见见生意面谈的场面。 但经理试着让我对客户介绍我们公司的一些产品。

由于自己向来比较内敛的缘故，首次与客户面谈显得比较紧张，也不大顺利，不过有了一次经历之后，进步了不少，再加上经理的鼓励，自己尝试大胆的去应付，慢慢的好了许多。不再会在陌生的场合怯场。今天下来，面对经验比我丰富的阅历比我深的多的多的客户，也能够通过简练清晰的表达让对方熟悉我们的产品，让他们对我们的产品产生更浓厚的兴趣。

My Winter Holiday Plans Well, winter holiday is coming. So what I am going to do? I am going to read English books，surf the Internet，play badmintoon every day。And first I am going to finish my homework.In addition,I am going to leave Shantou for Xiamen with my family and we are going to stay there for ten days。And after we are getting there,we are going to eat delicious food，climb the mountains in the Jin Bang Park。That must be a lot more fun and we will very excited。How about you?What are you going to do when the Winter Holiday is coming?

暑假，当然要好好玩啦。今天的天气竟然异常凉爽，是个钓鱼的好日子。

我们家开的汽车行驶在车来车往的大马路上，车里载着满满的零食、饮料和2根钓鱼竿，就这样，大家开始这次的钓鱼之行。

来到钓鱼场，果不其然，在暑假里，这里可谓人山人海，旁边钓鱼的人可多了，虽然人多，但大家还顾忌这里应该保持安静的，所以这里只有一些悉悉索索的谈话声，时不时还有一些人们为钓到大鱼的人欢呼几句，脸上洋溢着笑容。

我心急地看着在组装钓鱼竿的老爸，也是无奈，只能在河岸边走来走去。

过了漫长的几分钟，原本散乱在地上的破杆子全部都合为一体，被组装成了一根比我高出几倍的细杆子，手里拿着这样的鱼竿，我感觉自己莫名地被它鄙视身高了…

在尖尖的弯钩上串好蚯蚓，借着老爸强大的力气，鱼竿被甩到湖面的很远处，随后沉入水底，我仔细地盯着鱼竿最细的那端，那端有些向湖面倾协，似乎有什么东西在狠狠的拉着，但又不是鱼，到底是怎么回事?我猜想，应该是线和鱼钩沉入水底，然后那线就顺带着把鱼竿往前拉了。

过了半个小时左右，我正纳闷鱼儿为什么还不上钩，想要提起鱼竿看看饵是不是被那狡猾的大鱼一口吞了，突然那整根鱼竿像是复活了似的，在我的手里扭来扭去，像一条被我握在手里的巨龙一般，使劲浑身解数地往前冲，但是我也死不放手，它拼劲蛮力拽着我，我也拼劲蛮力拽着它，上钩了的鱼儿怎能轻易放手?这中感觉就像俗话说的：到嘴边的肉，岂能放过?好在这是一只战斗力比较低的鲫鱼，我机智地和那条鱼盘旋，最终，那家伙就没力气，坳不过我，只能俯首称臣了。

我拽着这条鱼，一路上被老妹鄙视了一番，她嘟囔道：“不就钓了条鱼吗?有啥好嘚瑟的?”

话虽如此，但是，看着自己的战利品，心里还是别有一翻滋味的。

I am very happy today for I had the chance to help the old people in our

subdistrict. Nowadays, many adults are busy with therir job and have no time to

take good care of their old parents. I want to try my best to help the old come

out of lonely life and now I can.I will try my best to make the old people

smile, I am sure I can do it!

我今天心情非常好,因为我有机会帮助老人们在我们的街道。如今,许多成年人都在忙于therir工作,没有时间去好好照顾他们年老的父母。我要尽我所能去帮助那些老年人走出孤独的生活,现在我可以。

暑假我们去了海边玩。我们带着兴奋和着急的心情坐车到海滨游泳馆，见到大海，我仿佛是见到了好久没见的好朋友，亲热的不得了。恨不得马上拥抱大海，大声喊：大海我爱你!真巧，我正好瞟见沙滩上，不知谁写的字：大海，我爱你!这是发自肺腑的声音啊!

我迫不及待的换上游泳衣，也不知怎么那么激动，箭一般的冲向沙滩，看见海面上花花绿绿的影子，我也拎着游泳圈就下海，哇，弟弟也才比我小一个月，居然那么勇敢，不带游泳圈就下海，迎着海浪往下跳。阿姨也不担心，还说：我们家小宇啊，什么都敢的。于是，我也到深一点的地方，按阿姨说的做，套上游泳圈，往里游，只要脚不挨地，再大的浪来都没事，因为有游泳圈，它会带着你随着海浪漂，可刺激了!这时一个大浪打来，我没来得及躲，就灌了两口水，啊，好咸啊!

一会，又来了一个大浪，我脚离开地。搂住游泳圈，浪过来了，我随着它漂，哇，也没灌水，真好玩!

就这样玩着，不一会就玩累了。我就在海滩上坐着，浪花搔痒着我的小脚丫，嘻嘻嘻，好痒呀!看着周围的人们玩耍、嬉戏，自己也觉得好开心。看，那边一个阿姨不敢下水，还是她男友拉下去的。瞧，有两个小女孩，相互泼水，高兴的不得了。仔细看看，这里的每一样东西都是一道风景，真美!

海风吹着我的脸，舒服及了!我于是又拎起游泳圈扑向大海......

卓老师给我们说前几天的培训重点还是放在备课上，备课一定得充分，只要能调动学生的积极性，上课效果就好。上课内容要丰富，现实，教态要自然，讲课要生动，难易适中照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。学友有一对一的学生还有小班的学生，所以在备课的时候我

格外关注细节，作为老师每天都要有充足的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛。我们都知道英语是一门外语，对初学者而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不愿学也无法学下去。教案也是教学前的重头戏，以前从来没有备过，为了做出实用的教案，我专门在网上查找了相关的资料。为了第一节课的教案，我接连奋斗了两个晚上，总算捣鼓出一篇像样的教案。虽算不上精品，但至少在上讲台前要有充足的准备。教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备学生，又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性，曾有一位前辈对我说：备课备不好，倒不如不上课，否则就是白费心机。”我明白到备课的重要性，因此，每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师都获益不浅。

10月2日，我和妈妈、奶奶、叔叔、阿姨、贝贝一起去宁夏中卫市沙坡头景区游玩。我是在《爸爸去哪儿》节目里知道沙坡头的，非常想去，这次妈妈说带我去我非常高兴，希望马上就能到达目的地!

我们是开车去沙坡头的，早上9点从西安出发，行驶了650公里，到达那里。到那里已经6点多了，景区已经关门了，只好先住下来，等第二天再去玩。10月3日7点，我们吃过早点，步行到了景区入口，我发现有好多人和好多车都要进景区，但是大家都很遵守纪律，没有乱停车，也没有乱挤来挤去的，我们排队买到了门票，进入了景区。第一项我和妈妈坐了快艇加羊皮筏子。因为60岁的人和1米以下的儿童不让坐，叔叔阿姨要陪贝贝，所以他们都没有坐。乘坐快艇的时候我觉得非常爽，非常刺激，快艇左右摇摆，上下颠簸。到了码头换乘羊皮筏子，它是用羊皮把气充起来做的。坐羊皮筏子的时候看水里不是很快，但是看看岸边，发现我们已经漂了很远，而且快艇经过的时候会有波浪过来，会把羊皮筏子推起来，非常好玩!

接下来我们乘坐沙漠大扶梯到达了滑沙的顶上，然后走到了沙漠区，我和叔叔、阿姨、贝贝骑了骆驼，因为奶奶不能骑骆驼，所以妈妈陪奶奶步行进入沙漠。骆驼非常高，它起来的时候我感觉我就像飞起来一样，它停下来的时候，先是前腿跪下，然后后退跪下，我觉得有点小紧张，还和阿姨碰了一下头，我们两个人都笑了!

在沙漠区游玩结束后，我们返回了滑沙场。买了滑沙票，开始排队等待。在排队时，我看到滑沙场有许多滑道，又陡又长，大家坐着滑沙板滑下去。我心理非常紧张，害怕翻到，但是轮到我的时候，我没有害怕，一下子就滑了下去。大家都夸我很勇敢。在沙坡头我玩的非常开心。

10月4日我们去了青铜峡黄河大峡谷，10月5日我们去了西部影视城，10月6日返回了西安。

Winter holiday is comming .In this holiday ,I want to finish my English

,math ,Chinese homework before Spring Festival .Because I have lots of things to

deal with after Spring Festival .For example I need to visit my aunt ,uncle

,grandpa and grandma at February 4th. Finally ,my homework and clothes should be

concentrated because after a few days I will go to school .I think a good

beginning is a half ending .So ,I will treasure every minute to spend my winter

holiday .

My Traveling in Beijing

A few years ago, I went to Beijing. I really had a great time there.

The first time I went to Beijing, I was very confused. Beijing was very

big. It was so big that I couldn’t find the right directions. And the traffic

was always so busy.

During my staying in Beijing, I visited so many places of interest, such as

the Great Wall, Tiananmen Square, the Summer Palace, the Forbidden City, and so

on. I also went to Wangfujing shopping mall. But things were very expensive. So

I just did the window shopping.

What’s more, the most exciting thing for me was taking the underground.

Although it was crowded, I still felt excited. Because I could follow the steps

of the modern city.

My grandma came to visit us today

Today, my grandma came to visit us, because she missed me so much. She

brought us a lot of fresh vegetables and fruit as usual.My grandma lives in a

small villiage, she likes the life in the county and refuses to move to the

city,so we live separately. She plant many vegetables and fruits, and She bring

the fresh to us now and then. Indeed, it tastes very different from the

No sooner had the summer vacation begun than I returned to my native town. Of course I must make good use of it; otherwise I would incur the displeasure of my parents.

In the morning I reviewed my lessons and read newspapers or magazines. In the afternoon I played ball games with my friends or went fishing in the river.
