I went hiking to a mountain with my friends last summer.

It was a good trip at the beginning but something unexpected happened on the half way. One of my friends suddenly felt a terrible pain in his stomach and he couldn‘t move any further. Nobody knew what to do.

One girl tried to call her mum with her mobile phone but there was no signal in the mountain area. Luckily we brought a tent with us. We put it up and let him rest in it. He took some medicine. 到了家，“天阳姐，我们边玩边吃糖吧!”堂妹说。“好啊!”我说。接着，我们就玩了起来，过了一会儿，爸爸、二舅、舅老爷、大舅进屋了，“玩三打一吧!”“行。”其他人说。“薇薇，咱家的扑克牌呢?”二舅说。“不是你给扔了吗，我再去买一副吧!”堂姐说。“别去了，还是你三奶奶家借一副吧!”二舅说。很快，堂姐回来了，他们就玩了起来，他们玩到一半，我就说：“爸，输多少钱了?“这还能输多点钱，玩一天也输不了100元!”

到了晚上，三舅、爸爸、二舅、老爷……又喝了很多酒，妈妈说在外婆家睡不着，他们又不让走，妈妈就告诉我她做车要走了，我不要妈妈走，她自己偷偷的走了，幸好堂妹眼睛好使，把妈妈给追了回来，他们就在那停着，我告诉妈妈，我和她一起走，我戴好帽子……和妈妈一起走了。

走到半道，二舅妈追来了，她们左推右推，非要给我们找车，妈妈说不用了，后来，妈妈打了电话，二舅妈才肯回家!

Today I came back from a place named “he chuan”, it’s a good place. There has some nice view like chang jiang river. I came there in two days ago. Our aunt is here. We had a good time in there. 今天，为了星期五的试讲，我将教案又重新誊写了一遍，交给管老师再次批阅。经过她的点评和点拨，原本一份儿自认为还不错的教学设计竟是如此的漏洞百出。

不过，今天我明白了，针对小学英语词汇和句型的教授，更重要的是不断的操练与巩固。尤其是在随堂课上面，方式不必太过翻新、太过多样化，稳扎稳打才是课堂教学的本质。

与此同时，我也在思考：

教学形式的多样化与教学效果是否成正比：选择多样化的教学形式，学生会感受到课堂气氛的活跃，但繁多的形式会使学生眼花缭乱。在《Atasnack》这一课，由于讲授的内容是食物类的单词和句型。所以我选择了很多样化的教具和教学形式，课堂氛围应该总体不错，但至于整堂课的教学效果，我实在是不好说。现在我很疑惑：一节课传授的是知识，教学形式只是是教学目标实现的辅助手段而已，该如何适度地运用不同的教学形式呢？

而且，我还学到了对于教材，自己要进行认真的分析，加以自己的理解，再进行适当的处理，这样才能做出最好的掌握。

之前，我的处理较于呆板，不仅自己教授起来困难，而且学生接受、掌握起来也并不是很容易。如果我能多动动脑子、多花花心思，也许就能找到更好、更合理的解决所教授内容的方式。

总之，万事都需要钻研。有付出，才会有回报。

2.28星期二晴

今天是实习授课的第二天，我早早地准备好今天讲课的内容，但真的要上课时，我心里却不免有点紧张，因为昨天是我第一次上讲台用自己的方式去向学生传授知识啊!今天在上新课之前，我必须先要把昨天的内容

简单复习一下，这可正是对我教的好坏一个全面的检验......上课了，我表面上镇定自如地走上了讲台。一些常规的课堂程序之后，我开始了课堂复习步骤，出乎意料的是学生们反应迅速，对答如流。说真心话，看到这我心里真的感到无比喜悦。

晚上回到家，想起白天上课的情景，我感慨颇多，我想我真正体味到了劳动并享受着劳动后的成果的愉悦了。当然，在物欲横流的现代社会，这个观念也许会显得有些陈旧和俗套，但它却有着与生俱来的独特的古朴、风韵和精华。我们不能将快乐简单地理解为物质利益的获得和某种非精神意味的享受，快乐与否在于我们自身、我们的付出和我们的感受。由此我想到现在的学习，很长的一段时间，我都因没有进入理想的学府而怨天尤人，失却快乐。其实不断的学习便是一种快乐，奋进着永不放弃，需要不断体验快乐来支撑。不久的将来，我会成为一名人民教师，我会辛勤地工作，用心地去教书育人，我相信我一定能在平凡、艰苦中感受到欣慰和快乐。

今天是我实习的最后一天。因为课程安排在上午一、二两节，所以我得起早，偏偏天公不作美，下着小雨，清晨躺在床上的我真的不想起床，看看表，哎呀!快六点了，再不起来就会迟到了，可是由于昨晚备课到很晚加上心里一直惦记着今天要起早。所以整夜没睡好，夜里醒了好几次，真不想起床啊......然而想到那些学生们，我自问“我有理由迟到吗?”最后我终于没有给我的实习留下什么遗憾，事后我却想了许多，也明白了由立志到实现目标非常关键的一点就在于坚持。坚持对于我们来说都是再熟悉不过的字眼，可是真正把握住它的人却凤毛麟角，坚持需要毅力，需要对目标价值的深切期望和正确估价，有时甚至需要人格力量来支撑。事情的成功有时往往便在于我们能否坚持那关键的一步，走过去，前面就可能是另一番海阔天空，而习惯了坚持，久而久之，这一信念范畴的东西便会逐渐地融入我们的个性之中，成为一种素养，一种道德，现在的我们马上面临毕业，就要踏入社会了，或许一些人会认为到了现在我们可以不再努力，毕业后找份工作，那便是一生了。如果这样的话，那么我们就永远失去了成就某种事业的机会。事实上作为师范专业的学生，我们更应该树立正确的劳动观念和道德意识。为人师表，认真而严肃的从事自己所热爱的事业，愉快而充实的度过我们平凡的一生。、

小学英语实习日记二

在小学实习的每一天都是充满意义与欢乐的，每一天每一名学生都能给我带来新的体验与感悟，我看到他们在成长，在变成一个越来越懂事的大孩子。放学后的路上，甚至不知不觉走过了头儿，又折了回去。回到寝室，我激动的心情溢于言表!但总感觉无论我用多么感人肺腑的话语，都无法比拟这一天在学校度过的令我感动的、难忘的点点滴滴!

充实的一天

今天是忙碌的，整整一个上午，都是在不断的听写英语、督促同学们学习中度过的，下课了，我就立刻找那些英语单词背不好的孩子听写，课上，便马不停蹄的批作业，并且时刻盯着宇，让她学习。我是喜欢和她一起学习的，感觉她是有那种学习的热情的，可以给我以感染力，又让我充满动力与激情。她也是听话的，只是稍微不仔细了一些，慢慢改正，应该是可以的。

让优秀坚持下去

中午批数学卷时，我分配给了几名学生，他们都欣然接受了，只有艾不想批，我对她说：“你不是答应老师可以做值日班长吗?为什么又不要做了?优秀是需要坚持的，今天优秀，明天就不了那算不上优秀。”艾似乎觉得有道理，便争着要批卷了。在我看来，艾是个心灵手巧、善于观察的小姑娘，只是有时候不太注意自己是在一个集体中，总做一些特立独行的事情，但这些并不影响她成为一个优秀的人，如果她能把这份优秀一直坚持下去，那真的是不可估量啊!

肩负一份责任

今天，我考了很多同学英语单词，并且让她们的同桌考他们第二轮、第三轮，直到全对为止，其中就有一直很愿意帮助同学的卓，她真是个温文尔雅的好姑娘。还有一个就是让我刮目相看的达，我一直认为学习好的同学只会学习，不会帮助别人，但这一观点，将从今天起转变。我让达督促他的同桌然背单词，达尽职尽责，不仅监督然学习，还一字一句的教他。中午，我见然回到教室开始学习，虽说是在补之前欠的债，但我还是很欣喜的，不多久，达也回来了，是回来帮助然的，着实让我很受感动。在达身上，我看到了一份对同学无私奉献的爱和他那弱小的肩上支起的坚定的责任!相比之下，辛，你要加油了!今天就你没有考呀，至少该对自己负责吧，期待可以看到你主动来找我听写哦!

把机会让给他

下午上了一节令人震撼的语文公开课，不仅因为老师和同学们精彩的配合，更是因为那个多次发言的禹(同学们说他“外刚内萌”，感觉很有趣)。在这节课快要下课时，老师再次点到了他，但他并没有急于回答，而是说：“老师，我把这个机会让给我的同桌，因为他也总举手，可是一次机会也没有得到。”顿时，听课的老师们被禹的回答说笑了，包括安老师也包括我，这个笑绝对不是嘲笑，也不是搞笑，而是一种欣慰的笑，一种赞赏的笑。在大家都急于表现自己的时候，禹的这种友情、这种谦让，让所有人为他竖起大拇指，又怎能不令我感动呢?

大雨又下了一会儿，慢慢变成小雨了，雷公公不再发脾气了，所以，雷声也停止了，最后，雨终于瞎完了，我和表姐出去逛街，一走到街上，一股清新的味道扑鼻而来，地上非常潮湿，但是，地面的灰尘都被雨水冲走了，真是一尘不染啊！

在我们的面前出现了一道彩虹，就像一座拱桥，有七种颜色：红橙黄绿青蓝紫。

I am planning to spend my summer holiday on sports this year. Playing

basketball is always my favourite,so some of my classmates and I will form a

small team and play basketball together.Sometimes we may have a match against

some other teams and I do enjoy the sense when we win the game.

In my opinion, the movie “ the pursuit of happyness “ is a meaningful film,

the hero of the movie is an active man. Though his life was very hard, his wife

left because of the situation of their family.His work was also unfortunate. He

never gave up and still work hard.Then he took care of his little son. He is

going after happiness all the time, so his life is running . Time is very

importmant to him, he must finish his task on time , or he wouldnt live a

steady life , he has to pay the rent and taxes and so on, but he insist on

taking every chance to make his life live better and he believe in himself.

Finally, he succeed , his part of life in the movie is moving and real.

I also like the song in the movie very much, it says “ the mountains have

high places and low places ……”

Everyone has a dream, if you work as hard as the hero of the movie , your

孝是中华民族的传统美德，世界无处不充满“孝”。自古以来，“孝”是一个立身处世的最基本道德规范。“孝”的观念源远流长，甲骨文中就出现了“孝”字，这表明在公元前11世纪以前，华夏民族就有了“孝”的观念。

百善孝为先，这是民族历史佳话，对于青年来说，孝可能不能那么完美地诠释它，但是我们要尽我们最大努力去诠释它，让它变得更有意义，而不是徒有虚名。

这次，我们学校组织了一次慰问老人的活动，我也积极报名参加了。

走进敬老院，我感到了浓烈的和善气氛，爷爷奶奶们见到我们非常高兴，一位爷爷拄着拐杖，咧开了嘴，露出几颗牙齿，用含糊不清的方言说：“欢迎，欢迎呀，欢迎你们的到來!”随后，我们为这些爷爷奶奶们表演节目，在表演的过程中，爷爷奶奶们非常激动，不断地鼓掌，甚至有些爷爷奶奶还跟着我们一起舞动了起来，像老顽童一样。我们和他们一起载歌载舞，从头到尾他们都乐得合不拢嘴。表演完节目后，我们为爷爷奶奶送上了我们的礼品，然后陪他们聊聊天，为他们捶捶背，给他们打扫打扫房间。最后，我们又扶着这些“老顽童”一起到院子里合了一张影，记录下这美好的一刻。“同学们，我们该回学校继续上课了!”老师说道，“和爷爷奶奶们再见吧!”听到这句话后我们心中充满了不舍，这句话像利剑一般斩断了我们与老人之间的最后一丝交流，老人们握着我们的手，含着泪花说道：“再见!再见!要好好学习，常来啊!再见!”

通过这次活动，更让我明白了，老人们最大的快乐与幸福便是儿女的长情陪伴，而连这最起码的要求，许多人还是做不到。老人们每天都过得很好，可却很少有真正的快乐。所以，关爱他们，让他们不再孤独。

Some people say， “Money is more important than time。” Some say， “We can buy

everything with money。” For some people， money is everything。 They think they

can buy everything they want， including time。 Do you think so? No。 I don’t think

so。 Because when money is spent， we can get it back。 However， when time has

gone， it will never return。 Nevertheless many of us always waste time and put

off today’s work till tomorrow。

In fact， time is more important than money and time never stops for anyone

or anything。 For everyone， time is so limited that if we waste our precious

time， we won’t get it back。 Therefore， we should save every second we own and

make full use of our time to study hard。 The harder we work now， the more we

will get in future!
