Everyone in our school likes sports. every morning, after we get up, we do

morning exercises. and after the second class, we do exercises again.

We only have pe classes twice a week, but we do sports at five every

afternoo. we have school basketball, football and volleyball teams, and our

teams often have matches with teams from other schools. besides ball games, some

of us like running, jumping and swimming. once a year we have a sports

meeting.

Today my parents took me to my grandfather’s house.I played with my

cousin.Suddenly my cousin suggested going to the park and having a rest.“that’s

a good idea.” I said.Then we prepared for the traveling.After lunch,the sky

turned dark.After that ,it rained heavily.It meant our plan is impossible.What a

为了今天的这一堂课，虽说只是一个小学、一位老师，一堂简简单单的随堂课。但对我来说，却是最初的尝试，意义非同小可。所以我还是花费了很多的心血和精力，精心地准备了一番。

在准备的过程中，我体会到了教案设计的艰辛，课件制作的不易。但更重要的环节还在后面，那便是真正的课堂教学过程的组织。

对于今天的课堂，我进行了一定的自我反思。首先是课堂有时显得过于拘谨，以致于我出现了频繁的小动作。

其次，板书设计不够科学合理，重难点体现得不够分明、有层次。

再者，课堂用语不够简洁明了。没能针对四年级小学生们现有的英语水平进行相应的交流。

最后，就是发音问题，由于紧张出现了一定的发音问题，这也是基本功不够扎实的体现。

这些问题，只是一些小细节的问题。至于更为深刻一点的问题，比如：课堂设计、师生沟通等等这些理论化的问题，我也没能思考出什么学术性结果，便不想赘述了。这些问题的解决，还需要我更多实践性的结果。

总之，先由浅入深，今后要先对这些细节性小问题多加注意并改善才是。

We have read so many inspiring examples about how the successful people

stick to their dreams. We see the power of persistence. But as I see different

situations, sometimes the way to gain achievement is not favored by me.

Different people have different ways to keep move on.

For those people whose family are not poor, they can chase their dreams

without hesitation. The parents will give great support to them and no matter

what their children do, they just want them to be happy. Without the economic

burden, those people can focus all their attention and follow their dreams all

the time.

But for the persons whose family are poor, especially the parents are

waiting for the children’s economic support, they should make ends meet first

and then follow their dreams. Life can’t be ideal all the time, only when they

solve the basic needs, dreams will be supported. Some people make the things

they like as a hobby, they keep studying it in their spared time, if insist,

they will get the extra achievement.

Following dreams completes our life and make us live with meaning. The will

of never giving up will bring us success someday.

一周前我回了老家，爷爷奶奶两年前已搬入新屋，与叔叔一家同住。我缓步走入三层的小洋楼，看着崭新的家具，看着与客人谈笑风生的婶婶，在灶前忙碌的奶奶，忙于玩电脑游戏的哥哥的背影。我忽然想起，那时哥哥在老屋门前说：“老妹，咱们会永远这样快乐下去的，”他笑容浅浅，身后是如血的残阳，那串送给我的贝壳风铃在风中唱着“叮，叮”的歌……

今天来少年宫比较早，因为前几天我和琪琪姐姐约好了在这里的操场玩一天。

琪琪姐姐和我如约而至。我们一起换了游戏币，然后来到各种游戏机，开始疯狂的玩。游戏币很快就要用完了。这时，一个大姐走过来问：“你怎么在这里玩?”三楼有很多有趣的东西。“听到这里，我们立刻赶到三楼，才发现这里是游戏的天堂，我们可以在这里画画，做手工，最重要的是我们不需要游戏币，可以拿大奖。手工制作和绘画是我的最爱，因为它们可以让我充分发挥想象力，想画什么就画什么，想做什么就做什么。不过我之前虽然画过很多图，但是第一次用沙子画。虽然我很长时间都在兴致勃勃地画画，但我只画完了一顶小女孩的帽子。我觉得沙画真的不简单。我们来到画鸡蛋的地方。我们在鸡蛋上画了可爱的图案。鸡蛋看起来既可爱又有趣。我们在当地手工做了一顶帽子和皇冠后，琪琪的姐姐把我带到门口说：“时间不多了，我们去抽奖吧，说不定能中大奖。“我们来到转盘前，我尽力了，指针只剩下几个方块。没想到指针还停留在三等奖。奖品是一个粉红色的文具袋，这是我最喜欢的颜色。我妹妹也有一个小钱包。

我认为我们今天真的很幸运。我们完成了我们最喜欢的作品，并赢得了奖项。我们欢呼雀跃。这真是天上掉馅饼!我们决定立刻回家，向爸爸妈妈展示我们的战利品。

实习日志一

为了提高自己的英语水平， 把知识和实践结合，在朋友的介绍下，我来到了龙海学友教育补习机构，开始了我的执教之路。该学校是经教育行政主管机关批准成立的专业中学学培训机构，我的实习地点是福建漳州龙海市，这里是风景秀美的旅游区，这里有我的汗水和欢乐。我的实践内容是教培训班的学生英语课程。由于教学经验很浅，对于教学活动的程序和要求都不熟悉了，我对于教学工作不敢怠慢，认真学习，深入研究教法，虚心向学校里有经验的老师学习，获得了不少的关于中学英语教学现状的信息和对于英语教学的知识技巧。学校总负责人也为我安排了一位专门的指导教师——赵老师。在王老师的耐心指导下，我学会了如何写备课笔记，如何活跃课堂气氛，如何用简单的英语句子和同学们进行课堂交流等等。特别是她和另几名教师教我的小游戏，使我在课堂上很好地调动了学生的积极性，令我受益匪浅！

实习日志二

今天新来了俩个同事，都是漳州师院的。她们都比我一个大二，一个大三，但是她们看起来挺干练的，一问才知道她们从大一起就在周末兼职了，因为家里经济压力比较大的原因她们从大一起就自己解决生活费了，一个女生告诉我大一的时候她每个周末会骑两个小时的自行车到一个小学生家里当家教，上课的时间也是两小时来来回回的感觉一天都在忙碌虽然钱不多一个小时20元但是很充实。她面带微笑的给我描述那些但是还是想我想到了很多，想想在大学的时候有多少学生在学校攀比挥霍，他们可曾想过穷人家的孩子为了区区40元要如何去努力呢。包括今天新来的两个同事，住在一起的老师一共9个，有教数学，化学，物理和英语的。虽然中学的时候我的物理还是不错的，但是我还是选择了自己的专业英语。学友负责人是个挺帅的男老师，他姓卓他自己是教化学的是化学组的组长。他给每个老师分配了一下各自的教学任务额课件。我是英语教研组的组长助理也许是因为我是大四的学生吧就把这个职位分配给我了，不知道能不能做得很好但是我会尽力的，既然来了就要做好。她还给老师没人发了两套工作服和工作牌挺职业的感觉。整理好自己的东西我就进了房间，还好有空调不热，美美地睡一觉明天好好工作。相信自己能行的。

实习日志三

今天早上我们一早起来就唱了学友教育的主题歌《我相信》感觉充满了斗志，接着我们看了一集《赢在中国》感受颇深，这是在学校的时候从来没有去关注过的东西。下午我们沿街发学友教育的传单，要每个店面一家一家的发过去每人发300张，发的过程中你要去给每家店主介绍学友教育，还要收集20条建议，发传单不难一家一家的介绍过去才是最难的。因为以前很少主动和陌生人说话现在一说还要说那么多，刚开始进到店里的时候还好店主没有对我表示反感，耐心地听我介绍了学友教育可能是因为他也有小孩在中学读书吧。聊着聊着的时候店主还给我倒了杯水。进入下一家店的时候是一家服装店，里面很都客人我给店主和客人都发了传单，但是店主好像不欢迎我的样子，说她们不需要这些，我突然意识到可能是我影响了人家的生意了换位思考要是我是店主我也不希望我在做生意的时候被别人影响的。接着我就学聪明了看到店里没人的时候我才进去。和店主们谈了很多他们也给了我们很多很好的建议，比如暑假期间能不能解决孩子食宿问题啊，小班教学人数能不能再少点这样老师就能顾及班上每一个同学了等等。我都记录好了回去可以总结下反馈给负责人。300份总算发完了，好像完成了个巨大的工程。晚上老总请我们吃了海鲜大餐还不错哦。

实习日志四

卓老师给我们说前几天的培训重点还是放在备课上，备课一定得充分，只要能调动学生的积极性，上课效果就好。上课内容要丰富，现实，教态要自然，讲课要生动，难易适中照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。学友有一对一的学生还有小班的学生，所以在备课的时候我格外关注细节，作为老师每天都要有充足的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛。我们都知道英语是一门外语，对初学者而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不愿学也无法学下去。教案也是教学前的重头戏，以前从来没有备过，为了做出实用的教案，我专门在网上查找了相关的资料。为了第一节课的教案，我接连奋斗了两个晚上，总算捣鼓出一篇像样的教案。虽算不上精品，但至少在上讲台前要有充足的准备。教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备学生，又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性，曾有一位前辈对我说：“备课备不好，倒不如不上课，否则就是白费心机。”我明白到备课的重要性，因此，每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师都获益不浅。

实习日志五

这几天还一样都是培训期今天上午卓老师还没有让我们上课，他让我们在三楼的教室里继续备课，但是从今天开始就要互相试讲了，卓老师告诉我们备课的最终目标是要脱离课件，我虽然备课是挺充分的但是要脱离课件我觉得好难啊因为内容实在是太多了。下午再进行正规的上课指导。在教室里刚开始的时候会有点小紧张虽然我们是老师之间互相的练习，但是毕竟以前没有过这方面的经历，所以有点摸不着头脑。不知道如何去把握课堂的节奏。师院的老师还是很专业的从她们的站姿和板书的内容就可以看出了，轮到我上去了，开始的时候声音还会颤抖连我自己都感觉到了，但是每个老师都用鼓励的眼神望着我我就不那么害怕了，想想现在算什么啊还是磨枪的时候呢。后来我就很自如的讲了自己刚才准备的东西，到现在我还记得自己第一次试讲的内容是定语从句。我还是没有脱离课件，我觉得是要多试几次把自己要讲的东西思路理得非常顺的时候才能脱离吧。在我一遍又一遍的试讲之后我感觉好多了，好像更自信了。现在才明白了practice makes perfect的含义呵呵。但是我感觉大学里学的东西好像和现在的内容联系也不是很大还是要花好多时间去备课的。还要自己去补充很多的知识，这样才是对学生负责的。我现在才明白老师的压力其实很大的，你要保证你会回答学生的每一个问题还要保证都能回答对，其实老师不是圣人也有不会的时候。我在想上课的时候要是学生问我的问题我不会怎么办呢？唉下午要去请教高人了。

实习日志六

今天卓老师让我去听听学友元老级英语教师赵紫刚老师上的英语课，听说他上课上得很好，作为实习老师的听课与以往的听课应当不同的。可叹自己做了16年的学生，听了各色各样的老师讲课，或严谨或幽默，或深入浅出，或步步深入，习惯了听课只是记笔记，学知识，从来没有留心去观察老师上课的方法，但是这堂得听课，我的重点就是去观察一个老师是如何组织她的教学活动的。赵老师讲课声音很宏亮，我坐在最后面还可以听得非常清楚。第一次听课听的便是新单元的对话与短文理解。那些对话与短文我倒是可以讲清楚是什么意思，但是对于其中体现的语法，新单词的运用等我却并不能一一指出。尤其是那些什么形式宾语，定语，状语之类的术语，自己最是难以说清。再加上大学里学的英语多是欣赏阅读，很少涉及到句子结构语法分析。大二时讲的语法课是全英文的厚厚的一本，当堂课还知道讲的什么。课后全不知什么了，发现自己的英语知识只是零散的东一块西一片，没有形成整体的结构框架，不知道怎样串起来，也不知道哪里是重点。看见赵老师给同学们一条一条例举的详略得当又重点突出，觉得自己在教学太欠缺了，得好好学习一下了。但是我还没有直接问他因为我感觉自己能解决的问题自己先解决比较好。

走亲戚是春节中一项必不可少的习俗。这不，今天爸爸妈妈便带我来到了外婆家走亲戚。

刚下了车，我和爸爸妈妈一起进了院子。哈，可真热闹呀!舅舅、舅妈;大姨、姨夫;还有表哥、表弟…亲人们全回来了。大人们在一起说说笑笑，聊聊家常，工作;而我们这些小孩便跑到外面玩了起来，好久不见了，我们在一起闹呀，跳呀，玩呀，热闹极了。

厨房的烟囱里飘出了一缕缕白色的炊烟。令人馋涎欲滴的香味使我们在外面疯玩的小孩一下子安静了下来，轻手轻脚的溜进了厨房。原来是舅舅准备亲自下厨，给大家做一顿丰盛的午餐。

开饭了!看着那一桌美味的菜肴，大家便吃了起来，大人们举起酒杯，祝外公、外婆福如东海、寿比南山;祝我们这些小孩快快乐乐。我们也赶快举起饮料，祝长辈们身体健康、万事如意。"我呀，也祝你们小孩天…天向上，大人股票大涨。"见我们"敬"的热闹，外公也站起来为我们送祝福。

吃完饭，长辈们发起了压岁钱，我们的腰包很快就鼓了起来。这承载着祝福的压岁钱，让我们笑得合不拢嘴。

和亲人们在一起的时候，时间总是过得飞快，不知不觉中，便到了该回家的时候了。车子飞驰而去，我看见外婆在向我招收说再见，我也看见20__在向我招手说再见。我看见成长在向我招手欢迎我，我也看见20__在招手欢迎我，我和爸爸妈妈带着亲人们的祝福离开了外婆家，离开了20__，奔向了我的家，奔向了20__。走亲戚的感觉真好!

Since I went to college, I have made many friends and we shared the same interest. My friends and I liked traveling so much. We decided to travel abroad. The destination was Thailand. We spent ten days there and had a nice trip. It was such an unforgettable trip, and I learned a lot.

自从我上大学后，我认识了很多朋友，我们有着共同的兴趣爱好。我和我的朋友们都很喜欢旅游，所以我们决定出国旅行。目的地是泰国。我们在那里逗留了10天，旅途很愉快。这是难忘的旅行啊，我学到了很多东西。

Firstly, it was my first time to travel abroad. My friends and I had made many preparations. We read the travel guide and chose the information that was useful to us. I classified the information and wrote down tourist sites. During the trip, I become much independent. Sometimes I even walked down the foreign street by myself, appreciating the beautiful scenery.

It was the first day of our summer holiday. All of us were very happy. Why?

Because we have one months to do things we love to do. We are free.Although we

have some homework. But we can finish them in several days. And the rest time we

can make good use of. My god! We have been very tired after hard studying. In

winter holidays, I want to have full sleepand eat good food in order to

replenish myself. Last but not the least, I will have a good rest.

Every Saturday, my mother will clean, very hard. I will help my mother to throw out the garbage in every room. The tomb sweeping day is one of the traditional festivals in China. On April 5th, people start to visit their ancestors’ tombs. Generally speaking, people will bring the home-made food, some fake money and paper-made mansion to their ancestors. When they start to honour their ancestor, they will light up some candles and incense, put some flowers around the tombs.

The most important thing is to put the home-made food in front of the tombs. The food, also known as sacrifices, is usually made up with a chicken, a fish and some pork. It’s a symbol of the offspring’s respect to the ancestors. People believe that the forbears will share the food with them. The children dedicate the food and money to their forbears in order to show their love and caring. The young offspring will go down on their knees and pray for their ancestors. They can say their wishes in front of the tombs and the ancestors will make their dreams come true.

In some provinces of China, people use different activities to commemorate this day, for instance, spring-outing, swinging, tree planting and making special food. One special food is Ay Tsao rice balls. It looks like Tang-yuan, but its colour is green. Mix the ay tsao juice with the rice powder, then make it into small balls. The Ay Tsao rice ball is done. People believe that eating ay tsao rice balls can get rid of the bad luck and everything will go smoothly. Other activities such as spring outing, tree planting are the other ways to commemorate the forbears. For one thing, it is a sign that people should look into the future and embrace the hope; for another thing, we do hope our ancestor rest in peace.

The dream is flying at the foot of the Great Wall. Hope will kindle in our

mind. A lamp in the darkness guides us in the direction. Remember, Socrates

said, "nothing in the world is happier than striving for dreams.". I never doubt

it, because dreams can become reality as long as they struggle. Even if no

success, we do not regret, because we have at least tried for the dream, but

also struggled. Everyone is eager to succeed, but also all his life to this

goal.
