1。精心备课，不打无准备之仗。每节课上课前，我除了精心编写教案、学案外，还上网搜集各种英语课本知识相关的小视频，小动画，制作精美使用的课件，尽量用多种手段吸引学生的注意。事实证明精心，好上课的材料是提高课堂效率的有效策略。

2.严宽结合，狠抓课堂常规。我一直坚持对学生充满爱的教育，但绝不是无条件无原则的爱。尤其是在抓班级教学常规工作中，我更是注重严宽结合，当学生注意力集中时，我就抓紧讲解基础知识。当学生表现疲惫不专心时，我就放慢速度，运用课堂口令帮助学生集中精力。如：我要求学生坐端正会说：one-two-three学生就说：A-B-C并坐好。我要求学生认真听会说：Listen!学生要说：I will listen!总之，恰当的口令语是保证课堂顺利进行的重要条件之一。

二、不足之处：

1.对待学困生缺少耐心，没有关注好每一个学困生，为他们制定恰当的补习计划和措施。

2.经常犯急躁情绪，没有很好的反思自己的课堂教学而怪罪学生不会学习。

如果，我真当上了一名教师，我会做一个和学生打成一片的好老师，只要一有时间我就要和他们一起快乐的玩耍。

如果，我真当上了一名教师，我回做一个成为同学门朋友们的好老师，只要一有时间，就和他们一起谈心，让他们把他们知道有趣的事一起说出来。

如果，我真当上了一名老师，我会做一个奖罚分明的好老师，有同学进步了，我会表扬他并奖励他一些文具，让他再接再励。如果，有谁学习退步了，我会激励让他不要灰心。

如果，有一天，我真当上了一名教师，我一定会像我说的那样：做一个和学生打成一个打成一片的，成为学生的知心朋友，奖罚分名的好老师。

8.生命中那些感动的瞬间

所谓备考作文，并不是机械的。也未必需要你把整篇作文背下来。但是，你要记住3个方面的东西。一是文章的结构，譬如这种“总分总”的结构和开头结尾的抒情，你一定要记住。甚至，背诵一下首尾的原句，就很有好处。二是文章的材料。这些材料有的普通，有的是历史典故，应该记住。三是，寻找类似的材料。譬如战胜挫折的材料、譬如普通人或者名人的感动瞬间等。老师提供的是一种方法，你能不能用上，靠的是自己的悟性。

下面请在2个小时的时间里，选择两个作文题目，完成作文。

1、人生需要 。请将标题补充完整，然后以备料作文，完成一篇文章。可以有新的创意，可以脱离老师的备料作文，但是最好不要脱离开老师的结构。注意，在抒情上，必须要根据主题进行改变。

2、以“寂寞之后的辉煌”为话题，写篇文章。所写内容必须在话题范围之内。

3、以“台阶”为话题，写一篇文章，要求立意新颖，有创意，有个性，有独特的感悟和间接。

4、以“精神信念”为话题，写一篇600以上的文章。题目自拟，文体自定。
