平时勤动手，勤动脑，也可以实现低碳生活。平时喝茶剩下的茶叶积攒起来，可以做一个茶叶枕头;用短的铅笔，做一个笔套，套在上面，可以接着用;用肥皂剩下的小肥皂，日积月累，也能成一个肥皂。

另外，平时出行尽量步行，多骑自行车，多乘坐公交车和地铁，少开私家车;少用一次性的东西;开电脑或是电视的时间都不要太长，大约几小时就关掉。
