随着我们的成长，只要没事做，就开电脑玩游戏，穿越火线、地下城与勇士，QQ飞车，直至现在的英雄联盟。我们的成长随游戏崛起，玩家突破百万，随它没落，关闭服务器。这些都离不开我们这些青少年。而且，曾今带给我们快乐的游戏变得越来越贪婪，游戏总是更新，许多道具要花费人民币来购买，你总有新目标，为了新道具学生们想了许多办法来向父母骗钱，然后充值，网络的弊端开始出现。

什么东西有利就有弊，它能丰富我们的生活，就能危害我们的生活。现在，许多孩子宁愿呆在家玩电脑，与那些可能一辈子都不会遇见的网友聊天，玩游戏，都不会与楼下等待自己的伙伴外出，与我们一样，沉溺在虚拟世界中，不能自拔，完全忽略了现实中永远爱我们关心我们的人。父母看不惯我们一直坐在电脑前，敲击着电脑键盘，提醒我们休息，我们却因沉迷认为父母烦，去和父母顶嘴，甚至离家出走。真正等待的朋友置之不理，仍认为好朋友在网络上，盯着聊天工具，等他上线。

网络，对于人们娱乐、信息、工作、学习、交友、购物等带来了巨大的影响，我们的生活因它而改变，推动了我们这个时代的发展。但是现在，表现出的确实弊大于利。网络就似毒品一样，给人一时之快，却容易让人上瘾，带来让人无法承受的后果。

所以要正视网络，认清网络。用其利，避其害，让它给我们带来便利的同时，不要沉迷于其中。

I had a happy day off last Sunday.It was sunny all day.

In the morning, I helped my mother do housework. After that,I washed the car with my father.And I babysitted my sister.

In the afternoon,we went out for lunch.We ate the BeiJing Duck ,It was very delicious. I remembered when it rained with the sunshine, there would be the rainbow in the sky. As the sky was so blue, the rainbow was very big, just like I was in front of the rainbow, it was so amazing. After I moved to the city, I never see the rainbow as beautiful as what I saw in my hometown. In the city, there are so many building that they cover people’s eyesight, what’s more, the environment is polluted so heavy that the sky is grey. I wish to see the beautiful rainbow again.

我记得当天上下了雨，并且伴随着太阳的时候，天空中会出现彩虹。由于天空是如此的蔚蓝，彩虹很大，就好像我站在彩虹的前面，那是如此的神奇。在我搬到城市了以后，我从来都没有看到过和我在家乡看到的那样美的彩虹。在城市里，到处都是高楼大厦，挡住了人们的视线，而且，环境被严重污染以至于天空都是灰色的。我希望能够再看到美丽的彩虹。

My grandparents live in countryside.They have six rooms.The room is big.There are two apple in the ground.They have sixteen goats and three cows.The goat is white.The cow is yellow.They are healthy.

My parents and me live in city.My father is a worker.His work is hard.My mother is a high schools Chinese teacher,She take bicycle go to work at sevenclock.In the afternoon,she doesnt go home.In the evening,she make supper.The food is delicious.I am a student.I have Chinese,math and English everyday.That is boring.I have many friends.After class,I play with my friends.

First of all,its important to keep the standard sitting position while you are reading and studying which means that you cant put your eyes to close to the books or notebooks.Secondly,you should keep on doing eye exercises during the ten-minute break carefully.Thirdly,try to look far into the distance during the break,too.Besides,you should remember that if there is something wrong with your eyes,go to see the doctor in time.I believe that if you do as what I say,you can keep on owning good eyesight.
