吃年夜饭喏，吃年夜饭喏！腊月三十，是我国传统过年吃年夜饭的日子。

我、爸爸、妈妈、奶奶、还有二姨，我们一家人团聚在一起，听着窗外的鞭炮声；看着电视里丰富多彩的春节联欢晚会，妈妈端上了年夜饭里第一道美食“炒年糕”。

今年妈妈烧的年糕真好吃啊！用了香菇、肉丝、红萝卜……里面还放了好多佐料，年糕是我平时最喜欢吃的一道食物了，可接下来的炖乳鸽、手抓羊排、炒牛柳……一道道菜馋得我直流口水不忍释筷。

除了这些，桌子上一早就已摆好十个高碗，鸡鸭鱼肉、瓜子果仁、冷盘糕点……等等，都是很有讲究的美味，还有些叫不上名字的菜。今年的菜和往年有些不同，可能是因为今年的年夜饭是由妈妈亲自下厨的缘故，我们一家人围坐在一起充满欢声笑语，好热闹，吃得好开心啊！

大白菜在我灵巧的双手下很快就剥好了，但是，任务并不是到此结束。这不，我又开始干活了!我把大白菜整齐的放在案板上，左切又切，切的我手都麻了。切完之后，妈妈说白菜还要用盐腌一下，因为白菜里有很多水分，如果不把水弄出来，饺子就不好吃了。

我家有个规矩，就是不帮忙干活的人不给吃饭。为了吃到美味的年 夜 饭，我要卯足劲儿帮忙。

家里的分工如下：主厨是妈妈，助手是爸爸，爷爷负责端菜，我负责洗餐具。开工！我们忙得热火朝天。不一会儿，菜都上桌了。看，圆圆的芝麻馅汤圆、油润光亮的红烧肉、冒着丝丝肉香的狮子头、红白绿相间的三鲜汤、香喷喷的红烧鱼……各式菜品摆了满满一大桌，可丰富了！

“开饭喽！”妈妈大喊一声。我立马狼吞虎咽地吃了起来。不一会儿，桌上的菜几乎全都被我们“消灭”光了。我们都吃得肚子圆滚滚的。
