终于，在开学一次座位大调后，我被调到了班长的后座，同桌娴静少言，平时不怎么爱说话。一下子我全无“用武之地”，只好强迫自己安静下来，静一静，写几本作业，在一次自习课上，我进行了第一次尝试。

我沉下心来，深吸几口气，掏出笔，摊开作业，“闭目，凝神”几分钟后，长舒一口气，立即着手动笔。“唰唰……”沉下心来作业写得还真快。我心里想，然而好景不长，几分钟后，我便浑身瘙痒，内心实在不爽，总想找个人倾泻一下我沉淀已久的情感。但是呢，前有班长，同桌又不善言辞，只好憋住等下课再说了。于是我只好强力克制，才将嘴边的话又收了回去。

时间现在看起来是漫长、无边无际的。似乎已经过了10分钟，看一看表，其实5分钟都不到。不觉想起了不知哪位同学的演讲上似乎讲过，能静下15分钟，你就进入学习状态了。就15分钟，不长，现在离下课还半小时，若能坚持，则可以克服这个困扰我多长时间的问题。于是我努力打消脑子里的一切念头，使自己真真正正地安静下来。

静，静，静……我脑子中时刻刻意要求自己做到这几个字眼，时间似乎失去了他的意义，在这静中空灵的消失，不复存在了。时间分秒流逝，仅有笔声与呼吸声存在了。

“叮铃铃”下课铃一下子惊破了静的世界，我不知不觉中已写了30分钟，不由地身心畅爽。

生活本来就该充满静啊，只是我们习惯闹了。

时光飞逝，现在已经是2030年了！科技迅速地发展，交通工具变了，房子变了，孩子们的娱乐设备也变了

现在看看我们的家吧：当我们回到家时，灯光亮了，柔和的音乐响起，厨房里飘出香喷喷的味道难道家里有人？告诉你，这可是高科技哟——中心计算机，它能根据主人的爱好需要来操控房子：饿了，它会准备好美味的食物；疲倦了，它会准备好温暖的床铺；闲暇时，它会把你最喜欢的书递到你手中；阴天时它会打开所有窗户吸收光线，让房间明亮，晴天时能收集太阳能，为整栋房子提供能量。这里的防盗设备也是很棒的，它拥有读心术哟：客人来了，大门会自动打开，响起欢迎曲；坏人来了，它立刻自动发出警报，并将坏人麻醉，送到警察局。怎么样，这样的家舒服吧！什么，你在这样的家里都不想动了？那可不行，我们的计算机管家要强迫你每天至少锻炼一个小时的，这样，我们才会有强健的身体工作学习，才能享受美好的生活！

Last Sunday my classmates and I went to Xiangshan Park.

上周日我和我的同学去了香山公园。

We met at 7 oclock at the school gate. The weather in Beijing that day was great. At around 8 oclock, we arrived at Xiangshan Park. There is a high tree on the bottom of the hill. We had a party and played games under the tree. Then we climbed to the top of Xiangshan Mountain. It was not very difficult for us to do it. Next, we had lunch at the top of the hill. It was delicious. After lunch, we saw some birds. They were friendly. And we saw a whole picture of Beijing. "What a beautiful city!" I said. At that moment, we all felt so proud. I live in Beijing now. The 2008 Olympic games was held here.
