一个人可以没有成就、没有财富，但是他不能没有信用。成就没有了可以重获，财富没有了可以再赚，而失去别人信任他就什么都没有了，一切都化为虚有。别人不再相信你，朋友间也失去了基本的信任，到最后在别人心中也没有什么价值，一切才华都沦落与地下，别人不再相信你，也不敢去相信你。他对你的信任再没有了，一切都灰飞烟灭，不管有再多的成就，再多的财富，都挽救不回来了。何况，如今这个人才济济的时代，考究的是人才的多方面素质。若没有上级领导的信任，又怎么会获得良好的工作机遇。又去何处施展才能。即使是千里马，也难遇伯仲。信任是个可怕的东西，若没有信任，将会失去社会上的权利与地位，即使才华横溢也无处施展。即使朋友众多，也无法得到知心朋友。

信任是个美好而可怕的东西，若抓住它，便抓住了人生中的机遇与幸运;若失去它，便失去了立身之本，难以在这物竞天择，适者生存的时代中创造辉煌。

努力了不一定会成功，然而成功却永远需要努力。成功是我们每一个人都希望的，那么我们如何才能获得成功呢?下面我给同学们讲几个通过自己的努力成功的故事吧!

爱迪生是一位伟大的科学家，小时候他家里很穷，使他很小就辍学了，可爱从小就爱钻研的爱迪生遇到不懂的地方就一定会通过自己的努力去弄明白。会想尽一切办法去做实验，不管体检在怎么困难他都会克服通过实验来证实自己所下的定论。爱迪生也是通过上万次的试验和不懈的努力才发明出了最实用的电灯泡。伟大的发明家爱迪生说过，天才是靠99%的勤奋和1%的灵感。要想取得成功就必须勤奋努力。如果不努力，是不可能获得成功的。在爱迪生发明耐用电灯泡之前，他曾做过千多次实验，但仍没有办法使灯丝能耐住高温。旁边有人说：“算了吧!找不到就算了。你已经作了这么多次实验了，找不到，就不要白费力了，干点别的什么吧!”他却说：“我一定要找到一种能耐住高温的材料，一定要把他找出来。”工夫不负有心人，他终于发明了耐用电灯泡，使全世界人民得到幸福，被誉为20世纪最伟大的发明之一。我们需要学习他这种精神的，如果他不是坚持不懈地努力，是不可能发明耐用电灯泡的，可见成功是需要条件的，只要达到了成功所要求的条件，成功就容易了。

古代的名医华佗从小就受他父亲的熏陶所以非常喜欢医学，等他到青年时期他就走访名山，到各地去寻找药材不断的去研究，通过不断的实验从而掌握了很多医学方面的知识，华佗通过自己的努力最终成为了一位著名的大夫。他的成功与他的努力是密不可分的，从这件事中也告诉了我们想要拥有成功就要有一种不懈的精神。

背对分是世界上一位有名的音乐家，他对于音乐的喜爱达到了一种狂热的程度，后来贝多芬是去了听觉的能力，可他却没有因此放弃音乐反而更潜心的去创作，耳朵听不见了他就把木棍插在琴箱里用嘴咬着木棍的另一头，这样来创作，他通过自己的努力克服了重重困难最终使他的音乐才会这么的气势磅礴!

以上这些名人的成功，都是通过他们不断地付出和不断地努力才成功的。其实成功离我们很近，只要我们付出了努力就都会看到希望;只要我们能够克服重重的困难，经过不断地努力就会取得成功!

希望同学们能够像勤劳的蜜蜂一样，每一天都努力勤奋地学习，我相信成功也就离我们不远了。

每个人都有自己的理想，但是，并不是所有人都能实现自己的理想，那是为什么呢？

记得《最后的遗言》这篇文章有一段故事：兰塞姆是法国里昂一个著名牧师，一个老妇人来访说他丈夫快不行了，临终前想见见他。老妇人的丈夫是一个七十二岁的布店老板，年轻时曾经和著名的音乐家卡拉扬一起学吹小号。他说他很喜欢音乐，当时他的成绩远在卡拉扬之上，老师也非常看好他的前程。可惜，当时二十岁的他迷上赛马，结果把音乐荒废了，否则，他一定是一位出色的音乐家。现在生命快要结束了，一生庸碌，他感到非常遗憾。

最后兰塞姆去世后，他留下了一句遗言：假如时光可以倒流，世界上将有一半的人可以成为伟人。

我觉得兰塞姆说得真对，如果布店老板当初可以认真学习音乐的话，那他就再不会是一个普通的布店老板了，那将会是一个著名的音乐家，前途无量。可见，如果他能够坚持自己的信念，坚持自己的理想，那该多好！我相信每个人都不愿意庸庸碌碌过完一辈子的，所以，每个人都有自己的理想。而你要实现自己的理想，那必定要坚持不懈。我相信谁都知道要坚持自己的理想，实现自己的理想，可是又有多少人能够做到呢？没有人可以一下就实现自己的理想，实现自己的理想是要经过磨练的，记得有一句话叫“没有一番寒彻骨，焉得梅花扑鼻香？”，如果你不能坚持你的理想，那你怎么能够实现你的理想的？在实现理想的道路上，会有许多“绊脚石”、“拦路虎”，他们看上去很强大，但是如果你不被他们而诱惑，那“绊脚石”、“拦路虎”们便就不堪一击了！因此，一个人如果想要实现他的理想，那么他必定要有坚毅的心，坚持自己的理想，最后方能实现自己的理想！

可见，要实现自己的理想，“坚持不懈”这一点是多么得重要！“有志者，事竟成”！坚持自己的理想吧！我相信你会成功实现你的理想的！

Li Ying is one of my classmates.We share a bedroom with four others,so we

are also roommates.Today is her birthday and it so happened that it is Sunday at

the weekend.We decide to hold a party to celebrate Li Yings birthday in our own

bedroom.Since she is the youngest in our room,we all feel responsible to take

care of her.We hope that this party can relieve her homesickness.

We bought some fruit and candy,nineteen small candles,and a cake.At seven

in the evening,the party began.We lit the candles and sang "A happy birthday to

you" to Li Ying.And then we each gave her a small present.Li Ying looked excited

and happy.She blew out the candles,and we tasted the fruit and candy while

talking about various funny things we experienced in our childhood at home.At

the end of the party we encouraged each other to study even harder and be top

students in our class.

The party was a success,for Li Ying seemed very pleased and looked more

confident of herself.Tomorrow she will be nineteen years of age.
