“学习游泳的第一步，先要学会闷水 。”游泳教练郑重的告诉我们。教练让我们学游泳的孩子们依次站在泳池里，双手伸直，轻轻地搭在池边的瓷砖上，身体放松，把头埋入水中，让身体浮在水面。刚开始，我很害怕，怕呛水、怕鼻子耳朵进水，所以一闷下去，就赶紧把头抬了起来，时间非常短。

当我们在池边闷水时间足够长时，教练给了我们学会闷水的孩子每人一个三角形的浮板，我们把双手伏在浮板上，把头埋在水里，练习在浅水区里闷水、漂浮。不久，又让我们扔掉浮板，自己在泳池里漂。

教练开始教我们最后一个动作了——换气。

教练说道：“换气其实很简单，就是在手划的时候往下一压，头就自然抬起来了，就在那一瞬间，要猛地吸一口气。”

我游了出去，双手一划，向下按的时候，努力把头抬了起来，却没吸到气，而是吐气！接下来几次都是这样，还喝了两口水，我灰心极了！

原来如此，我点点头，又游了起来。按着教练的说法，这次头漏出来时，我终于吸到气了，但是太紧张，又呛了一口水。
