开始下水练习了，我刚开始拿着浮板，脚的动作还好，可是配合上手的动作就变得手忙脚乱了。本来是划水，结果变成了打水，我整个人都慢慢地沉了下去。正着急挣扎，教练一把抓住我的手说：“听我的口诀，做动作。”霎时，我觉得自己就像一只青蛙一样，在水里自由自在地游来游去。可是教练一松手，我又像大石头一样沉了下去。我泄气了，使劲地拍打着水面，不想练习了。教练拍拍我的肩膀说：“学游泳要有耐心，要不断地练习才能找到感觉。”
