第一次上课，我刚戴上泳镜，就脚下一滑，“扑通”一声掉进了泳池里，还呛了好几口水。在慌乱中，我抓住了教练的手，岸上的伙伴们看了都哈哈大笑。我顿时两颊发烫，真想挖个地洞躲起来。不过，冷静下来后，我又暗暗下定决心：一定要学会游泳。

刚开始，教练先让我练习憋气。我深吸一口气，钻入水里。时间一分一秒地过去了，只听见教练鼓励我说：“还有10秒，坚持住。”可是我有点憋不住了，便立即跃出水面，大口大口地吸气，心想：好难啊，快没气了！反复练习了几次，我才学会了憋气。接着，教练又教我换气，换气倒是简单多了，我一下便学会了。等我熟练后，我发现我可以像小金鱼那样在水里吐泡泡了，真好玩！

学会了换气之后，教练让我在岸上练习蹬腿。我照着教练说的，双脚蹦直，再把脚抬起，脚掌尽量往前，然后双足往外翻，脚趾朝下，最后把双脚往前蹬，画一个半圆圈，跟青蛙的动作一样，嘴里还念着：“划手抬头，伸手低头，收、勾、翻、蹬、夹。”我就这么不知疲倦地练啊练，不知过了多久，教练依旧没喊停。我心想：好无聊啊！什么时候才让我下水呀？教练好像看透了我的心思，跟我说：“不要着急，把口诀和动作练熟了才能下水。”我只好点了点头。

开始下水练习了，我刚开始拿着浮板，脚的动作还好，可是配合上手的动作就变得手忙脚乱了。本来是划水，结果变成了打水，我整个人都慢慢地沉了下去。正着急挣扎，教练一把抓住我的手说：“听我的口诀，做动作。”霎时，我觉得自己就像一只青蛙一样，在水里自由自在地游来游去。可是教练一松手，我又像大石头一样沉了下去。我泄气了，使劲地拍打着水面，不想练习了。教练拍拍我的肩膀说：“学游泳要有耐心，要不断地练习才能找到感觉。”

后来，我耐着性子，经过10次课的不断练习，终于可以从浅水区游到深水区了。

通过学游泳这件事，我明白了一个道理：世上无难事，只怕有心人。

我个子中等，1，66，再班里排第十个，长脸短鼻子，手大脚也大，一双眼睛不大也不小，眼珠子特别有神，一张大嘴巴特别能说，只要一说起来，说上一个小时也没问题，个子不高不矮，身体不胖不瘦。总的来说还是比较帅的。

我在北京市**中上学，我们的校服不好看，全是兰色，所以特别好认，一看就是中学生。

我的优点就是爱动，每天早上我都到外面锻炼，跑跑步，玩玩单杠等，所以，我在学校的体育特别好，我的学习也是不可质疑的，数学考试从来没下过90分，我的英语也不错。所以，我的脸上总是洋溢者喜悦的表情。
