From this cartoon, we can see that at the top end of the river,is a chemical factory and a paperrnaking factory which send out and poisonous wastes. And the river has been seriously polluted,n be seen from the color of it. Along this "black" river, there area few people selling fresh water which must have been taken from far away places.

At the first glance, it is very strange to us how can people sell water along the river, but this is the case, because the water in this river is undrinkable. This presents a serious social problem--environmental pollution. With the development of economy, our living standards have been greatly improved. But we can＇ t ignore the fact the air we take in and the water we drink today are not as fresh and clean as they used to be. Some kinds of pollution can even be deadly to people. 据媒体报道，近日，在河北霸州煎茶铺镇荣乌高速北，几名志愿者驾车拦截一辆运狗车。拦截造成志愿者所驾轿车被运狗车撞行10余米，3名志愿者受伤。目前，警方已对此事展开调查。

高速拦车救狗早已不是新鲜事。据媒体不完全统计，近5年，同类事件至少发生过15起。虽然职业救狗者以及潜藏其后的灰色利益链已被媒体揭掉了面纱，但笔者依旧愿意相信此次拦车救狗者内心的真诚。只是，真诚归真诚，但不能“抱必死决心驾车拦截运狗车”，罔顾更多人的生命安全，无视法律。

爱狗无错，但爱要合法。保护动物不能逾越法治的边界，不得侵犯他人的合法权益和自由。在历经多次民间“救狗”事件后，这一点正逐渐成为全社会共识。如果自认为在“动物保护”的正义光环之下，可以肆意对别人实施语言以及行为暴力，凌驾于法律之上，那这种以暴制暴的所谓“动物保护”，毋宁说是一种发泄的借口。更进一步讲，如此绝对地捍卫自身“伴侣动物”的价值观、理念，与其说是关心动物，不如说是关心他们自己。

对拦车救狗者该给予怎样的惩罚，有待于更多事实细节的查证。但可以预见的是，调查的结束并不会带来“救狗”争论的终结。不仅非野生动物保护与管理法规“千呼万唤始不出”，无法为“救狗”提供解释和规范，狗被救下之后的一系列善后问题，至今也无法得到民间“救狗”志愿者及组织的妥善处理，这也是其招致公众“行为艺术”指摘的原因之一。更重要的是，作为社会文明的伴生物，如何对待猫狗以及如何冷静地把握、引导由此引起的争论，是更多的人必须面对，也亟须解决的问题。

动物保护将作为人类社会的一个长期议题而存在，但矛盾的解决和共识的达成，在激烈对立和自说自话中注定无法实现。关于该不该吃狗肉、要不要救狗，各方不妨给予异己价值观更多的尊重和包容，共同寻求在现有的法律和政策框架内开展动物保护的可能性。相比高速拦车的高危险，积极投身动物保护知识的普及与宣传，领养流浪狗等“救狗”手段，更容易得到法律与道义的认可。

对于高速拦车救狗，执法部门不应踏入法不责众的泥沼。严肃执法才是对动物保护行为边界最有力的廓清与引导。也只有在此基础上，拦车救狗事件才能在文化碰撞中释放正效应，而不是让舆论场在喧嚣中走向进一步的撕裂。

周末，妈妈带我们去海洋世界，让我印象最深的是海龟。

海龟非常可爱，长了一个大大的元宝头，可卖萌了！它的四肢就像船桨，在水中一摇一摆地游动，就这样，身子也游得一上一下，就像在跳不合拍的广场舞。海龟是爬行类动物，在陆地上产卵。雄性尾巴长，体长的二分之一。海龟以鱼类、海藻等为主要食物。海龟还是国家二级保护动物呢！

我在海洋馆的海龟池看到了很多的海龟，它们是那么可爱，可是我看到了一些小朋友不好的行为。比如，用小棍子去弄海龟的头和背，旁边有人制止了，他们也不停，继续作弄海龟，搞得这些海龟很狼狈的样子……

看到这些，我想到了我们家的小乌龟，我想我们一定要保护海洋动物，特别是国家保护动物，以后我也会对小乌龟更加关心的。
