首先，早上做运动会让我精力充沛，有个好的胃口吃早餐。更重要的是，早晨的空气干净清新，这样我就能在课堂上保持一颗清醒的头脑了。每天的运动会让我思维敏捷，及时完成作业。如果我不做运动，我就会感到精神疲惫，身体迟钝。在晚上也变得难以入睡。其次，每天都做运动可以让我的性格变得更好。做运动要花时间和耐心。有时候我真的很想放弃，但是我的朋友们鼓励我坚持下去，然后我就从中获得了极大的满足感。做运动让我变得更坚强、更健康。这就是我的个人经历。

As a student, sports are indispensable. You can pick up your favorite sport and do it every day. Only in this way, you can have both pleasure and a healthy body.

作为一个学生，运动必不可少。你可以选择你最喜欢的运动，每天都锻炼。只有这样，你才能从中收获健康和快乐。

People always say that we are lacking of the eyes of realizing the beauty in life. I can’t agree with it anymore. Last week, I woke up very early in the morning, so I decided to take a walk. The street was very quiet and there were many old people dancing in the square. Without many cars, I realized the city looked so clean and beautiful. Some coffee shops decorates so well, which attrated my eyes. The city was coverd by the green trees, which made it a green city. I liked this feeling so much. At this moment, I found the city was so lovely, I just ingored its beauty usually.

人们总是说我们缺乏发现实现生活中的美丽的眼睛。我十分同意。上周,我早上很早就醒了,所以我决定出去散步。街上很安静,有很多老人在广场上跳舞。街上没有了很多小车,我意识到这个城市看起来那么干净和漂亮。一些咖啡店装修很好,吸引了我的眼球。这座城市被绿色的树木覆盖着,这是一个绿化放的城市。我很喜欢这种感觉。这时,我发现这个城市是如此的可爱,平常我忽略了它的美。

The Mid-Autumn Day

August 15th in Chinese Lunar Calendar is the Mid-Autumn Day. It is one of the most important traditional festivals in China.

On that day people usually go back home to have family reunion . Each family will have the members get together to have a big dinner. The most popular food is moon cakes. They are round and look like the moon.

The moon is the brightest this night. People eat the delicious food while they are enjoying a beautiful full moon in their yard. At this time, some old people would like to tell many past events and tell the children a story about the rabbit on the moon . The children really believe that there is a rabbit on the moon. They hope to go to the moon and have a look one day.

What a great festival!

中秋节

农历八月十五日是中秋节，在中国它是最重要的传统节日之一。

在那一天，人们通常回家与家人团聚，一家人聚在一起饱餐一顿。最流行的食品是月饼，它们圆圆的就像月亮。

中秋节晚上的月亮特别地圆。人们都在自家的院子里一边赏月一边吃着可口的月饼。这个时候 ，一些老人会讲述许多古老的故事，如月亮上的玉兔，孩子们信以为真，他们真想有一天登上月球看个究竟。

中秋是个美好的节日啊!

人人都说运动对身体的健康有帮助，使心情更快乐，不但让人精神饱满，也能增强身体抵抗力，减少生病的机率。我超喜欢上体育课时与同学一起尝试各式各样的运动，假日与家人溜直排轮与骑自行车。

跑步是一种令人更有活力，更有精神的运动，而且不用花钱。为了入选运动会团体接力，我足足练习了两个月的跑步，想要当成班上的飞毛腿。团体接力赛跑不仅要跑得快，还要有合作精神，才能夺冠。这次运动会，我们班果然不辜负老师与同学的期望，顺利跑进前六名，让我感觉好骄傲！

直排轮是另一个让我可以享受快乐的运动。因为好奇心让我接触了直排轮，穿上了直排轮鞋，才发现原来想要帅气地健步如飞，可是一个漫长的过程。光是运动前的准备，就要穿上十样配备来保护自己，不要有运动伤害。刚开始，我常常摔得鼻青脸肿，四脚朝天，经过无数的练习，终于抓到平衡感的诀窍，从此变成一个掌握速度的人。

假日，我常常与家人一起骑自行车。我曾经与外婆到后里的郊外小道骑自行车探险，与爸爸、弟弟骑到海边看螃蟹与弹涂鱼。自行车是很好的交通工具，也是增进健康的好帮手。我最喜欢到运动公园骑自行车，虽然我的骑车技术还不算好，曾经跌倒擦伤，还有骑太快撞到人而翻车，但是，我还是很喜欢自由地骑着自行车逛来逛去，又可以训练体力，流很多汗。所以，我建议大家可以像我一样，积极的去运动。因为运动是一个最好的休闲方法，好处多多呢！

Today is Thursday, and the school has a spring sports meet. I woke up early in the morning, because it was my first time after school, and I had to play. Im excited and nervous.

The students came to school early in their uniforms. After a while, the opening ceremony of the games began. With the high national anthem, we lined up to the playground.

The game officially began. The first event was our first year relay race. Bang gunshot, athletes like the arrow as rushed out. At the other end of the runway, taking over the students to lean forward to stick immediately after flying in general run. It was my turn, and although I was nervous, I managed to catch it and ran across. The cheers and cheers of the field were higher and higher, and the runners ran one after another. Finally, we had the relay third. Then, the two hundred meter race, softball, and other events.

Time flies, after a day of game, finally we had the first grade, the students jumped with joy. What a happy sports meeting!

Today is the annual sports meet. Now, grade six in primary school. Also represents the games, is the primary school in the last games. This makes me sad, but todays games, first let me sorrow away.

I am a shy boy.I speak less than other students in my class.“On the contrary”,my best friend is much more outgoing than me.He plays basketball better than many students in our class.He is one year older than me.We both like to watch Harry Potter.We often talks about Harry who has a more special life than other boy.I often imagine if  could have more magic than other people.My friend laughs at me.

我是一个比较害羞的男孩，我在我们班级里说话比较少的。相反的，我最好的朋友要比我外向很多，他打篮球比其他同学要好。他比我大一岁，我们都喜欢看哈利波特，我们经常讨论哈利是一个拥有特殊生活的男孩子。我常常会想，如果我也有会魔法就好了，我的朋友因此而笑我。

It was the second day of our summer holiday. I felt good. I felt I am free. I had a lot of time to do things I like. My parents are in Zhongshan. So I live alone but I don’t feel lonely. But I didn’t do something special. I stayed at home and watched TV. Oh! I wrote an Englishdaily composition. It was my homework. Today, I have slept for 14 hours.I thought I was very tired. It was time for dinner. I must go! I am very hungry.

这是我们第二天的暑假。我感觉很好。我觉得我很自由。我有很多时间做我喜欢。我的父母都在中山。所以，我独自生活，但我并不感到孤独。但是，我没有做什么特别。我住在家里看电视。噢!我写了英语日记组成。这是我的功课。今天，我睡了14 小时.我以为我很疲惫。现在是吃晚饭。我必须去!我非常渴望。
