目前的我是在学习计算机专业，现在的知识完全不够我的学习，所以我必须从课外获得更多的知识，从而立足于社会。

近年来，计算机专业已经不是当今社会的主流。按目前软件产业的发展速度来看，在未来的三到五年内，共需要软件开发人员两到三万人，其中急需三类人才：第一类是既懂技术又懂管理的软件高级人才；第二类是系统分析及设计人员，即软件工程师；第三类是熟练的程序员，即软件蓝领。而现在中专生的我们学到的知识，我们是属于哪一类的人才呢？社会在进步，人才济济，我们又该何去何从呢？现实生活中，本科生输给中职生的例子不是没有，一位招聘经理曾说过："很多时候，学历在实践中已不是重点。如何用最小的劲做最大的事才是用人单位关心的。"可见，中职生不断"武装"自己，增加实践经验才是正道，是金子总会发光的。所以现在的我们中专生，不应该气馁，从现在开始我们为自己的人生道路规划、设计一下，从而走向成功！

要想设计出好的人生规划图，第一就应该学会确定目标；

所谓确定目标就是：现在的我们即将走向社会，面临着两者选择，第一，继续就读；第二，接受学校的安排走向社会，走向工作岗位！目前，我们更应该确定自己的目标，选定自己的人生道路！

个人职业生涯规划设计的基础是对自我的分析，所以第二就应该学会认识自我；

所谓认识自我就是：目前的我们即将走向社会，我们首先要知道自己的价值何在？自己的能力何在？自己的特点何在？自己的兴趣爱好何在？自己的气质，修养何在？所以我们就更应该学会自我认识，职业选择也一样，比如说，一个人天生好动，比较粗心，那么他（她）将不能胜任此工作，这样的人在工作上有丁点错误时，就会给企业带来不利的影响！所以我们中专生，在确定自己的专业的时候，就应该考虑自我的认识，这样在选择的时候才不会一失足成千古恨！

完成了认识自我后，接下来的任务就是给自己一个合理的定位。第三就应该有一个合理的定位；

所谓的合理的定位就是：目前的我们首先确定我们还只是一名中专生，现在来说，只有定位，你才能理性地去选择职业。这个定位很有讲究，如果定得太高，工作找不到；定得太低，又觉得无法展现自己的能力。所以心理学家指出：专科生觉得自己不如本科生，是因为他们用自己的短处去和别人的长处来比较。专科生的知识比本科生更具针对性与专业性，是比较倾向实际操作方面的，这点就是专科生的优势。所以在规划职业生涯时，必须考虑到这个优势。这个优势就是自己的定位，就是自己择业的资本。要告诉自己，我也是一个领域的人才，不会输给本科生，有些专业性强的领域，我们懂得更多，实际操作能力更强。所以合理的定位是我们规划人生的重要阶段。

我们中专生即将走向社会，即将迈向人生的第一步，所以我的第四个规划是基于一切之上，努力创造未来，制定更高的目标；

所谓制定更高的目标就是：单单一个中专文凭是不可以满足我们自身的，所以我们现在不单单学好现有知识，更应该掌握课外的知识，也积极学习社会上举办的多个学习活动，充实自己，给自己一个伸展的空间，和那些所谓的人才进行一次拼搏！

最后一步规划就是学会我思我悟，所以我的第五个规划是我思我悟；

所谓的我思我悟就是：当我的规划有了一丁点的成功之后，我就应该总结一下，下一步我该怎么做，我该怎么去领悟更高的境界，我该怎么去思考我接下来的应该做的事情，这些都是我们应该做的，比如说，当我们的学习和工作都有了更进一步的提高，我们应该怎么去安排更多的时间去放松我们的“脑细胞”或者是怎么去进一步的向上发展等等，这些都是我们应该学习和思考、领悟的！

中职生也是人才，三百六十行，行行出状元，我们必不比本科生差，只要我们努力，只要我们相信自己，只要我们有一份自己的职业生涯规划，我相信是金子总会发光，我们自己的未来我们自己来选择，自己来规划！

为期十多天的20**年“国培计划”培训结束了。作为本届培训班的学员，我深感荣幸，非常感谢各位专家教授和一线老师在这10多天里给予我们的这次培训。十天的培训虽然很短暂，但是十天的培训很扎实，十天的熏陶让我有了脱胎换骨的感觉，理论讲座为我的头脑增添了许多新的教育理念，情感教育让我收获了一份快乐心情。在培训中，能够得以聆听众多专家、乃至省内有名的专家教授的讲座，倾听他们对小学英语教学的理解，能够观摩一线教师以及省内外优秀教师的课堂教学，学习他们的教学技能，对我来说是一次思想上的洗礼，心灵的震撼和理念的革新。

通过这次培训让我对新课程理念下的教学方式与学习方式的变革有了新的理解;让我对做一个富有人格魅力的教师充满了希望;解开了我在语音教学中的存在的迷惑，异文化渗透教学让我更加喜爱英语，为自己是一名小学英语教师而感动自豪，再次疏理了我在撰写教学论文时的一些不清晰的思路，点燃了我对成为一名合格的优秀的小学英语老师梦想，让我知道了如何有效的开发课程资源，更好的利用课程资源进行教学，为培养我们小学英语教师的专业能力指明了方向，并学会了实现自我的价值，改变自己的心态，用阳光灿烂的心态面对工作和生活。实这十天来十几场讲座都很精彩，获益匪浅，这几天我反思了一下自己有以下几点心得体会：

1、教书育人。

教书育人至少要做好三件事：教会学生做人，教学学生思维，教给学生知识(尤其是要教给他们获取知识的方法)。要正确高效地影响学生，我们自己首先要有渊博的学识和高尚的人格魅力。我们应引导学生做高尚、智慧和勤奋的人，应培养学生的责任感，教给他们中国最传统的东西，教会他们如何爱国。

2、阳光心态。

好的心态使你成功，坏的心态毁灭你自己。事情本身并不重要，重要的是你对它的态度。当你看到反面的时候，不要灰心，因为调过来就是正面。改变不了事情，就改变对事情的态度。再说，是好是坏还不知道呢。把问题当成成长的机会，人生就是一个解决问题的过程。学会为小事高兴，会有更大的高兴出现。我们应该为自己的当前满意，相信自己的生命，要睁着眼睛去旅游，牵着蜗牛去散步，享受生命的过程，活在当下，才能精彩每一天。

3、终身学习。

作为一名教师，应该审时度势，做终身学习的典范。唯有如此，我们的教学才能从不断的学习中汲取营养，充实知识，提高本领，胜任工作，充分发挥模范带头作用。否则，我们就会落后于时代，就难以完成肩负的职责任务。

通过本次紧张而短暂的培训，让我品尝到了一顿最丰富、最美味、最营养、最有价值的“知识文化大餐”。我要重新审视自己，作为一名年轻的小学英语教师，我要不断的学习，不断的提高自己的专业知识与技能，不断的充实自己，找到自己的人生价值，在教学中通过自身的素养来感染学生，让学生从心底里信服老师。同时在今后的教育教学工作中我要努力实践、开拓创新，积极将本次培训所学的经验及方法运用到教育教学中，不断提高自身教育教育水平。同时，在这里还要感谢学校领导能给我这样一个学习的机会，在今后的工作中我会努力实践、勇于开拓，为我校的小学英语教育事业尽一份自己的力量。

Carefully wanted to think, live a life the hell, I will be sorry! Finally, I made a holiday plan - "half a day, half bitter", this is the most fair plan! Start my holiday life!

等待许久的假期终于来临了，我该做些什么呢?原本计划好要大玩一顿，但又想到了UPSR的来临，心里仿佛有块石头重重地压着我。

所谓“有志者，事竞成”，所以我决定开始努力读书，刻苦耐劳!这样一来，我就会获取辉煌的成绩。

每天，我都得开夜车，第二天再重读一遍以防万一我忘记了，真累人呀!说不定连我睡觉时，都会梦到自己在书桌前温习功课呢!

仔细地想了想，过着这种地狱般的生活，我一定会不好受吧!最后，我重新制作了假期计划-“半天乐，半天苦”，这是最公平的计划了!开始我的假期生活吧!
