做这个实验得先准备好材料。白糖加热少不了的就肯定是白糖啦，有了白糖，怎么加热呢？我们可以用身边的蜡烛来担当火源。哦，对了，还要准备好一只长柄汤匙，为的是在加热过程中盛白糖。不过，要是烫到手怎么办呢，那就再准备一副手套吧。

材料都准备好了，该做实验了。先把手套戴好，再拿着汤匙，要拿在汤匙较上面的部分上，因为这样就不容易被蜡烛燃烧起的火烫着。然后再把白糖倒在汤匙上，至于白糖到多少，没有规定，我建议倒半勺。我认为倒少了不容易观察记录，而到满满一勺的话，也许在加热的过程中会溢出来。现在就把蜡烛放在桌子上，桌上最好铺上报纸或抹布，因为同学们都知道蜡烛燃烧后蜡油会滴下来，所以先铺上一些东西比较好。这是，再把蜡烛点燃，把汤匙放在蜡烛上方，进行加热。然后我们就要做观察记录了。

在加热白糖的过程中，我们看到白糖先是由固体变成液体，这样的现象是属于物理变化的，然后继续加热白糖，糖的颜色逐渐变成红褐色，并且如果凑近一点去闻白糖，还可以闻到一股淡淡的香味，这种变化是属于化学变化的。那么我们再来回顾一下还没有加热过的白糖是什么样，首先它肯定是固体，如果我们用放大镜来看，还能看到它是有规则图形的物质，所以它也是晶体，其次，白糖肯定是白色的。而加热过后，白糖不仅变了色，气味儿也有了改变。加热过程中白糖还在冒泡，这充分的说明了白糖加热的过程中，不仅产生了物理变化，还产生了化学变化。

其实需要的材料并不多，既然是小苏打的化学变化那么小苏打是肯定少不了的；再来就是白醋一瓶啦，还需要一片玻璃，这是为什么呢？原来，在实验过程中会产生许多的气泡，需要一块玻璃来遮挡，把这些气体“困”在反应容器中；除此之外，自然少不了杯子。接下来为大家有请我们俩的好伙伴——杯子小姐来为大家介绍这个实验吧！

I began school at seven in accordance with the law in a remote village. Short of funds, the school had only a few classrooms, all poorly constructed.  to say, our teachers were few, too. The girls were  less frantic than the boys when they were having a good time at such games as jump-rope, hopscotch and battledore and shuttlecock.
