晚上，我把这件事告诉了爸爸妈妈，妈妈听了以后，很有感触的说：“是啊，节约用水，应该从我们每一个人做起。”

星期天，妈妈洗衣服，我连忙用盆子将清衣服的水接住，然后用这些水来搽桌子，拖地板，最后再用剩下的水来浇花。妈妈看见了，微笑着说：“我们的孟竹长大了，不仅爱劳动，还懂得节约了。”我开心地笑了，站到妈妈的身边，很认真的对妈妈说：“妈妈，只有我一个人节约是不够的，我们一家人都应该节约，而且不仅是节约用水，还要节约用电，节约用煤气，节约用纸……反正该节约的地方咱们都要节约。”在一旁看报纸的爸爸听到了我的话，放下报纸笑着说：“好啊，咱们全家人行动起来，来一个‘节约能源大行动’，你们看怎么样?”我拍手叫好，妈妈极力支持。

Eating is a important part in our daily life.Up to now,many people waste food as much as they can.As a middle school ,I am very depressed.

由于学校的安排，原来的英语张老师换成了王老师，昨天是王老师给我们上的第一节课，同学们都很迫不及待，我却没有上好。

上课的时候，王老师在讲台上很投入地讲着课，而我总心不在焉，一下子没法全身体投入，不能尽快适应课堂，也认为这些知识自己全部都能掌握，所以老师讲的知识点也没有动笔去记，等最后老师布置作业的时候才慢慢的进入状态，但是已经晚了，一节课的时间也基本白白浪费掉了，我没听明白老师的作业要求，所以写的基本不照。

今天晚上，我掏出英语作业准备写，拿起笔来写了五分钟，一段小对话完成在作业本儿上，上面打的打、划的划，卷面很不整洁，让人感觉反而很乱。我拿到妈妈眼前让她看了看，她板着脸，很生气地说：“这作业是咋写的？”我又看了看本子，发现人称代词搭配不当，也没有按老师要求写，但是在上课上把作业明明记住了，那为什么会写错呢？脑子里对白天的课不清晰，单单只是一次书面作业，我却写了好几遍，妈妈看出来我没有认真听课，尽管我说了一堆不是理由的理由，还是令她非常生气。

妈妈让我好好反思，并且第三次重新写作业，我总结了这次作业完成不好的原因：如果上课认真听讲，格式和方法不就早就记住心中了吗，太不应该了！如果课堂上记下来作业要求，写在本子上，也不至于到晚上就忘了，重写作业就不会浪费这么多的时间。我对自己在新英语课上的表现很后悔，同时也付出了反复重写，浪费时间，睡觉晚的代价。以后我要吸取教训，抓住课堂上的40分钟，好好利用，绝不能在犯这样的错误了。

自从科学家发现电的原理，到电进入千家万户，在不到两百年的时间里，电已经成了不可或缺的重要的能源。有了它我们可以使用电灯、电视机、洗衣机、电冰箱、电脑等家电；有了它；城市的夜晚就灯火通明，交通事故也减少了许多，有了它，有了它我们过上了几幸福有快乐的生活。

不过根据科学家的研究，地球上的石油、天然气、煤炭等能源，最后会被人类用完的，即使是最丰富的太阳能，在数几十年后也会耗尽。汽车熄了火、电灯不能亮了、电视机没有了图像与声音，电脑成了摆设，这是一幅多么可怕的景象啊！简直就可以说是“世界末日”了，我国本身能源有有限，因此，就必须提到能源的使用效率。

节约能源必须从我做起，从身边的一点一滴做起，养成随手关灯、关水的好习惯，空调器夏天不要调的过于低，不要无休止的听音乐等。

总之，在我们的生活中，衣、食、住、行等必须依靠能源，才能制造和使用，所以我们的生活应该力求俭朴，减少任何不必要浪费的东西，才是节约能源最好的办法。
