首先当美好的早晨来临：

三、开饮机煮沸后，调到保温后也可以省下用电量喔!

四、洗完衣物后，利用自然风或阳光，晒干衣物，避免使用烘干机。

五、尽量不吹空调，若是要开空调，也要调到二十八度左右，再搭配电风扇，让室内温度循环。

六、出门多走路，又可健身。

七、搭乘交通运输工具或骑脚踏车，减少开车。
