每到过春节的时候，也正是主妇们在厨房里最忙碌的时刻，年菜都在前几天做好了，而年夜饭总要在年三十当天由掌厨的做出来，而且大年初一的饺子也要在三十晚上包出来。这时家家的砧板都在噔噔噔地忙着剁肉、切菜。此时，砧板声、爆竹声，再夹杂着人们的说笑声，此起彼伏，洋洋盈耳，交织成除夕欢快的乐章。
