我来学校已经一年多了，对于咱们学校的办学理念非常欣赏。但是应校领导要求，提几点我的拙见。

一、硬件设施需更加完善

要想发展，要注重细节，因为细节决定成败。我认为设施没必要太前卫，只要是能用就足以。我校校址处于农村地段，老式的教室、特别是有的教室地板砖都碎了，有的教室水泥地面已经坑坑洼洼的，不能及时修补。 楼道里每逢下雨就漏雨，已经有两年之久了。这样的学习环境，怎能为学校带来好的发展呢。办公室里的电脑基本不能启动，好多老师为了办公，自带笔记本。可是一办公室里只有一根网线，远不能满足老师们办公的需求。凡此种种，给人的第一印象就不好，且有碍于学校的教育教学，直接影响对学生的有效培育。

二、教育教学管理需更细化

我校在这学期重视教育教学管理，目的是提高学生的专业技能。我认为只抓课上与实训课的质量是不够的。至少一个月一次正规的技能鉴定，才足以督促学生学习，给学生学习的动力。这样课堂与实训课的质量也会提升的。我校学生难管理，对学习没兴趣。但是他们对专业课还是很重视的，大部分同学都重视自己的专业知识水平。我校的双周达标计划很好，可是测试由任课教师随堂考，教师重视，学生不重视。理论业知识最好有试卷形式的试题，这样学生和老师都会为测试结果这一目标而共同努力的。其他实训类课程的作品及测试最好能留底，为学生建立测试档案，这样在学生中间就会自然地形成一种学习风气。学生们一路收集自己的作品，享受成功的喜悦。真正让每位学生享受成功。

三、对老生的管理比新生松懈

我校似乎形成了新生好管理，老生不好管理的现象。真正原因是什么呢？我认为可能是新生来了，忙于新生的管理而放松了对老生的要求。这样老生在新生面前似乎有了一些“特权”，虽然第一学期没有表现出来，但是新生特别期待变成老生。我觉得对老生违反纪律的惩罚要比新生严厉，这样才能形成良好的校风校纪。因此也方便了学校的整体管理。学校有了良好的风气，发展便是很自然地事情了。

四、合理管理培训学生会成员解放老师

学生会，是学生中处于领导的一个阶层，需要品学兼优的学生骨干，可是我校学生的水平不高。就需要我们的管理与培养。晚自习学生会查自习，做的很好，可是，自己的学习时间和完成作业的时间呢。每班里都有教师，由教师维持纪律，此时学生会的作用发挥的作用就不够大，两个晚自习都在教室外面逗留可以说是对学生学习时间的一种浪费，也会使学生会的成员变得懒散。我认为应给学生会成员留一间教室做值班室，晚自习查课之余可以看书，写作业，学习，也方便老师监督学生会成员的学习情况。学生会成员的素质上去了，管理学生的水平提升了，从而解放老师，让老师有更多的时间研究专业知识，研究教学，研究学生管理。

五、提高师资素质

俗话说：百年大计，教育为本；教育大计，教师为本 。提高师资整体素质，培养“双师型”教师势在必行。一、根据市场需求新设专业的教师要及时引进；二、把本校现有部分教师送出去进修深造，以培养“双师型”教师；三、让所有的教师进行专业培训，可向外面请师傅传授，也可以校内教师能者为师，互教互学，共同提高。通过以上措施，我校的师资素质定能产生质的飞跃。

六、收集各种事件的良好处理方案。

我校的学生难管理，突发事件很多，有的班主任年轻，教育管理经验不足，遇到难管理的学生没有办法，无从下手，只能摸索前进，错过了管理时机，不但不能把班级管理好，而且还为学校的安定团结造成了不良的影响。如果我们每次都把各种经验积累成册，供班主任借鉴相信我们会成熟的更快的。那么，我校的发展也会更加和谐，更加平稳。

不知道这几点意见合理不合理，是我的拙见。最后祝愿我校越办愈好，生源滚滚来。

尊敬的校领导：

学期已过半，这段时间我们看到了孩子的成长，但在校生活和学习方面还存在不少问题，诸如孩子在住校期间突发疾病得不到及时送医，晚上值班老师缺少应有的责任心，班主任几乎没有与我们沟通，现在有校讯通和微信，沟通交流很方便，为什么老师没做到呢?孩子在学校的情况我们一概不知。这次期中考试的成绩，9班总体成绩靠后，很不理想，考得差的原因班主任又没给我们分析，令我们家长甚是担忧。经过我们自己多方面的了解，主要是课堂纪律松散，孩子上课注意力不集中，甚至有些孩子上课讲话，有些孩子在课堂上睡觉。现高一(9)班班主任胡体龙老师担任三个班的物理课，对班级抓纪律时间比较紧，究其原因和班主任的责任心是离不开的，因此我们家长向校方提出如下建议：

一、学校应该制定系列宿舍管理制度，严格要求值班人员，到岗到位，并遵守执行，对学生突发疾病，制定一套科学有效的应对方案，确保学生在校期间的生命安全，身心健康。

二、更换班主任，让有责任心的老师去担任。并合理安排班主任的教课时间，腾出更多时间去管理班级，并制定相应的班主任考核制度，严格执行。

三、教学方面，因材施教，更多的理解每个孩子，培养孩子健康、积极向上的心灵，多关注不活泼的孩子，多关注学习能力弱的学生，注意个性培养，改善与学生交流方式，注重孩子的特点，对孩子习惯培养给予意见，加强习惯引导，要放大优点，淡化缺点，尽量发掘孩子的优点，多给予鼓励。对付每个学生;加强老师与学生单方面沟通，针对孩子的性格给予教育，如何能体现对每个孩子的关注，是需要思考的问题，所以归根到底，学校仍然是传统学校。不以批评为主，要表扬鼓励，多给孩子展示机会，老师要正确分析每个学生的具体状况，对症求药，培养孩子的独立能力和学习能力，多鼓励，多交流，学科老师应承担一定的责任。

四、及时跟家长联系沟通;多使用校讯通反馈孩子的在校情况，定期或不定期在校讯通或微信上发一些孩子在校的学习、生活情况，加强家校互动，多与家长沟通，建议每月在校讯通上汇报一下小孩的总体情况，经常组织公开课，让家长更多的了解孩子的在学校的情况，希望在校讯通或微信上公布教学进度，多些家长开放日，家校互动的活动，班主任与任课老师缺少与家长沟通，应经常与家长联系，反映学生在学校的情况，班级内要经常开家长会。

There is a library in our school. It is open from eight oclock in the morning till half past five in the afternoon. We often go there to borrow books.

We can borrow five books at a time and keep them for two weeks. If we cant finish reading them in two weeks, we can go and renew them. The librarian is always ready to help the students. If the book you want is out, she will help you to choose another one. We always take good care of the borrowed books. We can also look through newspapers and magazines in the reading-room, but we are not allowed to take them out of the reading-room.
