一大早，我就出发，前往集合点。上午9点，我们准时到达上海科技馆。上海科技馆是上海市政府投资兴建的重大公益性社会文化项目，面积 9.8万平方米，是一座由12个主题展区，4大科技影院，6大媒体剧场，2个艺术浮雕长廊和1个蜘蛛展馆共同构筑起来的现代化科技乐园。

我们参观了智慧之光、儿童科技园、机器人世界、视听乐园等展馆。最令我印象深刻的是电磁炮。这种炮不需要用火箭，真是太神奇了!玩法是：把一个小银球放进洞里，瞄准墙上的红色区域，按动按扭就可以发射了，但是按动按扭的力道跟炮弹的力量有关联。我和小队的同学说：“我们一人三发，看谁射的准，射中的次数最多，怎么样?”“好啊。”大家异口同声地说。我头两发都里目标差一点。最后一发了，我的心“扑通扑通”地跳着，我瞄准目标，用力按下按扭，“砰”一声，炮弹发射了出去。“耶!”我欢呼着，我打中了!旁边的管理员姐姐也鼓起掌来。我还不是最强的，一位同学更牛，他竟然连中三发!时间过得真快，太阳已西斜，我们就依依不舍地回家了。

上海科技馆以“人，自然，科技”为主题，以寓教于乐的方式，让我们在赏心悦目的互动体验中，接受现代科学、技术和艺术的熏陶。我爱上海科技馆!

现在，我们的生活已经比以前富裕了许多，但是我们不能忘本。今天的饭菜尽管不和你口味，但总能让你吃饱；今天的饭做得不好吃，不能随便扔掉；尽管我们生活提高了很多，但现在种植的面积已经不多，将来也许就再也没有土地来种农作物。

我们平时在食堂剩饭现象很严重，比比皆是。就拿昨天我们吃午饭时的情形来说，有的同学只吃了一些荤菜，剩下的素菜及米饭留了下来，他们自己认为不好吃就不要了。那遥远非洲的孩子们只要有馒头吃就高兴得不得了，那要把这些饭菜给他们，他们不得高兴坏了。再说，你倒掉的一粒米、一些菜，都是农民伯伯很不容易种出来的呀！你这随手一扔，那农民伯伯的辛苦不都白费了？如果全国每个人节约一粒米，就等于节约了13亿粒米。也许在你的眼里一些米和一些菜是如此的微不足道，但在饥饿人的眼里，是一碗维持生命的能量饭。

一碗饭的组成是米，米的生产来源于农民，珍惜一碗饭就是珍惜一碗米，，还是珍惜农民伯伯的劳动成果。

爱惜粮食，杜绝浪费，从我做起！
