8月8日，当北京奥运会倒计时的表一秒一秒的走向8时的时候，我们的眼睛是目不转睛的看着电视。当倒计时变成了八点整的时候，我和爸爸妈妈的心情更是激动。八时到了，火光绕北京奥运会主会场鸟巢一周。音乐响起，一场精彩的表演就开始了。

表演非常的精彩，先是有2008个人带着古代的人发明的鼓上场了。他们整齐的队形，悦耳的声音，把我们的心情都“逼上”了高潮……

看完了好看的节目，接下来就是让参加奥运会的队员上场了，参加2008北京奥运会的国家有194个，参加2008北京奥运会的地区有11个。我看着那清晰的电视屏幕上，慢慢的走过了很多的国家。我看着看着，我似乎有了一点点的睡意，我跟妈妈说了声：“到了中国代表团进入鸟巢在叫我吧。”说完，我便在床是睡了一下下。

过了一会儿，妈妈和爸爸一起把我叫醒。我刚睁开眼睛就看见了中国代表团，他们慢慢地走进了北京奥运会主会场鸟巢。他们举旗的队员是我们男子篮球的队员姚明。

过了一会儿，我们国家的女子乒乓球队员张怡宁代表所有的运动员 宣誓，然后有一个裁判代表所有的裁判宣誓。

不一会儿，就有一个举着火炬的人进来了，然后又经过几次的传递，就传到了最后一棒火炬手，那个火炬手是谁呢?那个火炬就是奥运人物——李宁。李宁拿到火炬，然后飞到空中，绕鸟巢一周，到火炬的下面，点燃了火炬。他不仅是点燃了火炬，并且他还点燃了热情，点亮了我们中国人民的希望!

In modern societies, it is increasingly popular that young peopleVolunteeron weekends in the local community service center to help the people in need. If all the youngsters do it in a regular way, the benefits are obvious to both the community and these young adults.It can be argued that the advantages of doing unpaid community service are enormous. Indeed, when an old person feels sick, the volunteers could offer first aid before the doctor or the ambulance arrives. Moreover, as far as the young people are concerned, they could develop the sense of responsibility, independence as well as interpersonal skills in the process of helping others in the neighborhood. In this way, people may live in harmony in the community.College students’ participating in teaching children in rural areas, in helping the old in geracomium and in other activities will not only take care of those people in need of help, but also bring hope and warmth to them. Besides, large-scale volunteer activities, such as the Olympic Games, can exercise the volunteers themselves, and what’s more, can show present university students elegant demeanor.Be a university student, I will keep it in my heart that Im a volunteer and fill myself with a strong will of devotion.

在今年8月份的雅典奥运会上,你表现得十分出色,台下的观众都被你那优美的身姿而陶醉,个个都为你鼓掌,台下不时传来阵阵雷鸣般的掌声,他们不时地为你欢呼,为你喝彩.就连台上的裁判也被你那优美的身姿而吸引住了,个个都给你打了高分.这时,我也是多么的高兴,恨不得把这个好消息告诉全世界的人们,让他们也都来看看你.

我们盼望以久的2008年北京奥运会只隔四年就要举办了.你一定要参加吧!我真诚的希望并且祝愿你能以你最强的实力尽一切努力胜过许多外国跳水的强手,再次登上跳水女皇的冠军之位.

我有一个梦寐以求的愿望,就是成为像你一样出类拔萃的跳水运动员,有能力参加奥运会,为祖国争得荣誉.这样,我也会非常高兴的.祝你
