It is necessary for us to show our plans and arrangements to you. Our plan is to set off next weekend, when the summer vacation officially begins. And, our purpose is to service the Olympic Games. The first stop is Nanjing, the world-renowned city for its beauty and mild temperature. We’ll get there by train and stay there for 2 days, and then we’ll head for Shanghai. After a 3-day stay there, we will give the coaches there a hand so that the game can be held smoothly. As everybody knows, Shanghai is the busiest city in this game, where we will undertake a lot of work, so the stay there will be about half a week. All together, our trip will last about three weeks.

This semester, I took part in the code of conduct volunteer activities, as a volunteer for a little. 伴随着北京奥运会开幕式带来的震撼，我们希望中国选手“射落”本届奥运会首金的期望更加热切，这对于一向希望博得好彩头、开门红的中国观众来说，首枚金牌意义非凡。8月9日女子10米气步枪比赛，即将产生本届奥运会的首枚金牌，前奥运会冠军杜丽被寄予厚望。可是杜丽身上背负的压力太大了，最后她只获得了第五名的成绩，赛后杜丽哭的很伤心，我也很失落，替她惋惜。8月14日，杜丽又参加了北京奥运会射击女子50米步枪三种姿势的比赛，终获这个项目的金牌。杜丽又哭了，可这次是喜悦的泪水。想想奥运的第一天，那么多人都期待着她拿到第一金，可是冲金失败了，她自身承受着相当大的压力。而面临这种压力，她能迅速调整进行训练，积极备战接下来的比赛，实属不易，让一个人在四天内走出失败的阴影这需要多么大的勇气啊。她做到了，用短短的四天调整好状态，再次出征，证明她依然是最强的。这就是英雄，失败后仍然能毅然决然地选择站起来。

北京奥运会的赛场吸引着全球的目光，而数位“妈妈选手”，尤其显得特别，引人注目。她们与年轻选手同场竞技，激情与斗志并没有输在年龄上，或许她们已经忘却了年龄。参与即是胜利，她们参赛本身就彰显着运动员坚毅不屈和永不放弃的精神，而她们同时又用独特的母爱为赛场增添了许多温情。

我想体育节目之所以这样迷人，是因为它表现出来的坚忍不拔的毅力，拼搏向上的精神，永不言弃的品格。那种力量之美、精神之美，可以感动很多人，让人迸发出对生命的热爱之情。

当我每一次打开电视机观看比赛，和队员们同呼吸共命运的时候，我的心被他们的卓越表现彻底震撼并征服了。请记住那些在运动赛场上勇于拼搏的体育健儿，不管他们是否取得好成绩，他们都是在用辛勤的汗水，不断超越自我，为祖国的荣誉而拼搏。

Beijing is an ancient city with a long history. Back in 3000 years ago in Zhou dynasty, Beijing, which was called Ji at the moment, had been named capital of Yan.
