2018年9月20日13时，顶着炎热的太阳，我们组的人员与武家熙同学在图书馆门口等待着老师，虽然没有怎么准备，但是我们都很放松。武家熙同学甚至有些急躁，恨不得早一点看到老师。

大约十分钟后，老师出现了。他还是穿着那身蓝色的衬衫，手中拿着一瓶饮料，背着一个黑色背包。

虽然他已经大学毕业了，但他还是很小心的。在采访之前，还小心翼翼的问我们能不能在这里说话。在得知可以后，才放心的说话，但是他说话的声音小到只有一旁的人才能听清。

可能刘华君同学提前和老师说过这是采访，他便调侃说有没有采访稿，他可以照着上面念。而在得到否定的答案后，才意味深长的说了一声“哦”。

老师毕业于北京大学，但是他中学的老师不是很好，甚至在他自己的嘴中是“很烂的”，他的初中物理老师据说才小学毕业，物理都是他自学的。很多时候自己都是自己买辅导书去做，而有时他做题的时候，有一些不会做的题，老师都不会。他还表示自己在初中高中的时候，在物理课上几乎没有听讲。虽然他说自己的高考成绩仅仅是“还好”，但是“还好”的成绩就能去北大。他的成绩的优异并不是因为是自己的老师，或是教育资源有多么的优良，而是因为自己对自己的要求的严格。其实在很多方面，其他客观的原因固然重要，但是主观原因才是决定性的。自己用不用功，认不认真才是最重要的。老师再厉害，学生不用功也没有用。

当谈到工作的时候，他说他选择广州一开始是因为东西挺好吃的。而有时工作也是一种学习。在教师培训的时候，那些被接受培训的老师要做完7本辅导书，而且在培训期间是不可以做。他甚至对我们调侃的说：“我可是来工作的。”虽然老师是这么说的，但他还是做了5本半。虽然那些题目对于他来说不是很难，但是就算一直抄答案，手也会挺累的（平均一本辅导书有150页），而勤奋也是他身上一个闪光点。若是我，8点回家后，绝对不会再在家中做很多题，因为工作完以后是很累的。虽然他没有说他每天要做到几点，但是七本辅导书，都是要做很久的。我们组的组员听到培训还有作业的时候，而且还这么多的时候，都是十分惊讶的。

而在被我们采访的时候，他真实地说出了自己的想法，甚至告诉了我们一些我们从来都没有听说过的东西，便是考试。在他真正工作后，每个月都有能力测试。我们从没有想过老师还有所谓的能力考试。虽然他说那些题目都很“水”，但是只要是考试，人都会紧张。在我们抱怨考试不好的时候，何曾想过老师也是要考试的，并且频率还是很频繁的。

在采访时，他与我们就像是谈话一般，用的词语也有像“水”、“菜”这些词。在被我们问道他自己的早年经历时，他还喜欢去说一些好玩、有趣甚至有些愚昧的事情。就比如说，他说自己本来可以直接去北大，但是他的高中并没有去上报。要不是后来他的高考成绩很好，可能这就成为他一生中的一个比较大的遗憾了。虽然中间有一些自己的议论，但是还是以轻描淡写居多。在说话时，边说话，边玩弄着饮料瓶，这也无怪于我们班那么多人更喜欢他了。

这次采访让我们体会到了教师这个职业的不容易，在我们说培训机构的老师有多赚钱的时候，何曾想过他们走过的路。在这条路中，可能有你永远想不到的困难与险阻，因为努力永远是与结果成正比的。

在采访的时候，脑子中突然蹦出了在网上的一个评论，“每个人的一生都是一部不朽的传奇，只是有没有人愿意去听。”可能这些传奇并没有惊天动地，但这一部部传奇的背后，都有汗水，有努力，有眼泪。如果一个人真的把它一生的经理都写在一本书里，可能比长篇连续小说还长。
