本次寒假学习，自己就像饥饿的懒汉遇到美食大大饱餐一顿，使自己在以后的班主任工作中又有了充足的能量不至于退步。每个人都在进步，要想不落后必须激流勇进，敢于请教，勤奋学习，不怕吃苦。学习禹玲老师的“预则立，不预则废”，她教会我无论做什么事都要有详细的计划，不莽撞做事，把自己一天，一大周，乃至一学期的工作学习计划好。一节晨会，一节班会都提前设计好，做到未雨绸缪，不用亡羊补牢。学习张kai俊老师爱学生的深度，爱不是单纯的对学生好；爱是了解、理解、尊重、信任。爱是感情基础，了解是方法之源，爱又是教育的升华。张老师的每一句话都是至理名言，使我真切的体会爱就是用心去体验别人最细致的精神需要。学习周怡，朱广艳老师的用文字与孩子沟通；那点点柔情化作涓涓溪流慢慢滋润孩子们的心灵。正如张校长所说：语言就像暴风骤雨，而文字犹如春雨润物细无声。而我自知语言不够优美，有是还词不达意，语气生硬直板。因此以后多用文字与孩子们交流，多谈自己的心里话。语言的思考是短暂的，而当我们握起手中的笔，思维是深邃且广阔的，所以文字没有预言的爆发力，它不易伤人；反而有时比语言更能感动人。向张华老师学习与学生心的交流，拿真心换来真心，以真情换得真情；做一个学生眼中感性的人，透明的人，坦诚的人，值得他们信任的人。向袁学超老师学习课堂改革模式，向赵娟老师学习那种真正意义上的亦师亦友。

我感叹亦感动；感叹于这些老师的优秀和精彩，感动于张校长带病和大家一起参加培训，感动于不虚此行学到了书本上学不到的知识。是呀，我们每一学期都有培训，大家说的讲的也大致如此，为什么优秀的依然优秀，不优秀的进步不大呢？

禹玲老师说：老师们讲的好方法我们几乎每年都说，但是最后效果怎样呢？不是特别好，究其原因，我们坚持了多久，一些好的方法，经验，我们拿来学了，最关键的是持久。张校长说：有些人挖了许多口井都一无所获，是因为缺乏执着，要想挖出水，需要我们有执著的精神。

我对学生说：我努力，我进步，我坚持，我优秀。把这十二个字作为我们的班训写在黑板上，我知道难就难在坚持上，把一件小事天长日久做就不是小事，凡事皆如此，否则凡事皆成功。

我告诫自己：坚持，坚持，再坚持，从小细节入手，事事时时提醒自己，坚持住呀！如果不能坚持，我将看不到最后的风景；如果不能坚持，我将否定自己曾做过的一切努力！只有这样才能成功，只有这样才能优秀。

The conception of money is different for the old and the young. The old

generation believes that money should be saved in case of the urgent situation,

while most young people think that money should be spent to realize its value.

When I was struggled about the different opinions, I saw the news report about a

man got back his money that he saved in the early 1990s, which was about 1000

RMB. People made their comment that this amount of money meant so much at that

time, which could buy a nice big house, while today it was just a big meal in

the restaurant. This news inspired me to make reasonable plan of money. The old

way to treat money is not suitable, because money will lose its value as time

goes by. I choose to spend part of money while saving another part of it.
