on his all-alone journey, the little prince meets different kinds of people, which includes a king, a conceited man, a tippler, a businessman, a lamplighter and a geographer. from these people he gets a conclusion that the grown-ups are very odd. following the instruction of the geographer, he descends in the sahara, on the earth.

My Best Friend

I’m in Class 0506. Li Nan is my best friend. She’s thirteen years old. Her birthday is on 3rd October and she was born in Shen Zhen. She lives with her family in Haimen. She’s 1.60 metres tall. She has black hair and she wears glasses. She is very lovely and pretty.

She likes eating dumplings, chocolates, peanuts and vegetables. She dislikes pork, sweets and green tea.

《红楼梦》原名《石头记》，是一部精彩的长篇小说。这本书主要以贾宝玉、林黛玉和薛宝钗三人的爱情纠葛为主线，展开了一系列的故事。这本书我主要在晚上睡觉前读，读这本书，我主要分三个步骤，一是粗读，二是细读，三是精读。当我刚拿到那本书的时候，我十分开心。

因为四大名著一直是我梦寐以求想读到的书。所以，我一拿到书便饥似渴地读了起来。首先，我先粗粗地读了一遍，如同囫囵吞枣，一口气连着五天都在看，终于看完了它。这个时候，我对这本书有了大致的了解，然后就把它放在了一旁。过了一段时间，我又走向书架，一眼就又看到了那熟悉的书名—《红楼梦》。

之后，我又再次捧起了那本书，津津有味地读了起来，这次又花了四天时间，我再次读完了《红楼梦》，经过这次以后，我对《红楼梦》已经熟悉了很多。最后的一次精读，我在书上写了批注，又把一些以前忽略的东西找回来了，仔仔细细地读过以后，我领悟到很多东西。直到这本《红楼梦》很熟悉了，我才肯放下。

一个人的阅读要达到什么样的境界？中国古人说起读书，按照孔子的说法，就是“汝为君子学，不要为小人学。何谓君子学，就是让我们更超乎功利一点。让我们所学的一切，的不要想着使用，而要想着修养。因为一个人，只有内心修养真正有了一种从容淡定，了解自己在这个坐标系上的位置，以后你才不会有起起伏伏的欢喜或沮丧。

读书的人里面，我比较喜欢陶渊明。我大概从四五岁时开始读书，家长通常说陶渊明是读书的反面教材，大意是“好读书，不求甚解”，小孩子读书，万不能像他那样马马虎虎。其实这是大人们的断章取义，他们只理解了陶渊明的读书观“好读书，不求甚解”，的前半部分意思，却忽略了“不求甚解”没有会意。便欣然忘食”的妙处。读书的境界是什么，是读到了两个字叫“会意”就是先有所会，懂得不是字面的意思。

读书前，如果我们换一个思路，先了解自己的迷惑，知道我们的生命需要什么，而且读书时不能囫囵吞枣，读到豁然开朗的阅读境界，就太快乐了。最后可以带来一种状态，让我们在充满各种选择的时代，自己的心有一点定力，有定力之后，我们的选择就多一些依据。

在我看来，惑与不惑是外在与心理的制衡。阅读不仅是一种生活元素，也会改变我们生活的态度，让我们从急功近利中摆脱出来。让每个人明白，读书不仅仅是为升学，还与一个人的理想、人格、以及获得幸福的能力和开朗的生命智力有关。

让我们在生命困顿的时候面无惧色，在生命从容的时候，带有欢欣一辈子能有更大的快乐，我就得这就是的书的最大用途。
