我有时都搞不懂你，每天下三你都会准时来到，一坐坐一节课，即使整节课没一人写英语作业，你也会想办法挤点时间让大家学英语，教育差生，或者说默默坐在椅子上改听写。你很乐观，即使我们班英语不是很好，你也总是失落会就会满血复活。你很年轻，所以你课后总会和我们打成一片，很懂我们的心思，同学们也会把心里真实的想法告诉你，而不告诉别的老师。你很努力，即使独自一人站三节课，嘴里也在抱怨很累，但精神总是那么饱满，仍拼命地站着，讲着。你有点傻，当班主任把体育老师的课给你时，你总会把可爱的笑容露出来，说什么班主任很贴心，难道多给你奖钱吗？你上了那么多节不累吗？你不想休息吗？你不怕同学们埋怨你吗？你就是这么傻，愿意奉献自己。

可爱的你，给了我很多机会，让我能够好好学习英语；每天都不厌其烦的指点我，开导我，在我危难时，也会伸出援助之手，你很信任我，所以我不会让你失望。

i’m glad to receive your letter. it’s a pleasure for me to tell you my plan of this coming summer vacation after the college entrance examination.

first of all, a good rest is needed because i do feel tired after the hard work of all these years. of course, i’ll do some reading for fun, and for knowledge as well. i’ll spend some time staying with my parents, chatting with them and doing some housework. they’ve done so much for me, you know. if possible, i’ll take part in some social activities so that i can know more about the society.

我有一件头疼的事，就是我的语文成绩一直都很差。也许跟我不爱阅读有关吧，只要一拿起书，瞌睡虫就出来了。

读五年级时，我转学到虎门外语学校。谁知这一学期，学校举行“书香校园”活动，每天都有规定的时间给学生看书。我最不喜欢看书了，起初，每到这样的时间，为了应付老师的检查，我都假装成南郭先生。

又一次读书时间到了，我坐在教室里漫不经心地翻着书页。突然，一个《太阳会不会退休》的文章题目吸引住了我的目光。咦?太阳又不会像人一样会变老，怎么会退休呢?它要是真的退休了，地球上的白天谁来照亮?带着这些疑问，我一直读了下去。渐渐地，我发现读书其实是一件挺开心的事儿，可以学到很多知识。于是，我慢慢喜欢上了读书，从书籍中，我积累了许多好词佳句，丰富了我的语言积累，我的理解能力也一步步地提高了。就这样，我的语文成绩也渐渐上升了。

还有一次，因为做错了一件事，爸爸妈妈批评了我，我很不开心地走进房间，随手从书柜里拿出一本《笑话》随意翻来翻去，看到其中一则笑话是这样的：记得上小学的时候，有篇课文叫《瀑布》，中间说到作者转过一座山见到一条瀑布垂在山间，我的一个女同学朗读的时候也是声情并茂的念：转过这座山，我惊呆了，一条破布挂在山上。全班同学都惊呆了。这个女孩子字音咬不准，闹出了这么大的笑话，我会心地笑了，刚刚的不快都抛到九霄云外去了。以后，只要心里有不痛快，我就会拿出一本笑话书来“解脱”自己，“笑”果真不错。

看来读书真的可以改变很多东西，现在的我语文成绩也提高了很多，而且也越来越喜欢阅读了。“书籍是人类进步的阶梯”我把这句话当做了我的座右铭，让它时时刻刻提醒我。
