My birtiday is on 24th May. I always have both happy and sad feelings on my birthday. Why I am happy? I have group of friends that come over to celebrate with me. I feel so sorry for my mother for what she had suffered. But I promise her, I will take good care of her when I have that ability.

今天是个难忘的日子，因为我要去汽车东站当志愿者。虽然太阳像要把我们烤焦似的，但我我一点都不害怕。

下午，我跟着妈妈找到了志愿者集合地，那里已经聚集了不少人。一个大哥哥对我说：“小朋友，你去对面的凉亭里送茶吧!”我高兴地走了过去。凉亭里有一张桌子，上面有两个大桶，一个装着菊花，一个装着开水。志愿者姐姐叫我和张力源给她递杯子，方便她倒水给路人喝。可是来拿水的人很少，妈妈们就动员我们去给路人送茶。于是，我端着水杯，递给路过的行人，但是很多人却摆摆手说不要。怎么办呢?我动了动脑筋，想出了好办法，那就是仔细地观察路人的表情，一旦发现目不转睛地盯着茶壶的人，就马上给他们送上水。果然，这些人都开心接过了我送上的水。

这是我第一次当志愿者，虽然忙碌了一个下午，汗水湿透了我的衣服，但心里很开心。

既然大家知道了环保、低碳的重要性，那么，我们大家就一起动起来吧!比如：随手关灯、少开汽车多骑车、在马桶水箱里放两个瓶子、每天节约一滴水。你别看这些都微不足道，可是大家一起做的话，那可不是微不足道了!听了我的介绍，你是不是已经想节约，过低碳生活了呢?那大家一起环保吧!
