streets. Governments at all levels have to do something to solve the problem of

from morning till night,it is hard to slow down. But relaxation is essential for

a healthy mind and body. Stress is a natural part of everyday life and there is

no way to avoid it. In fact, it is not the bad thing as it is often supposed to

be. A certain amount of stress is vital to provide motivation and give purpose

to life. It is only when the stress gets out of control can it lead to poor

performance and iiihealth. The amount of stress a person can withstand depends

very much on the individual. Some people are not afraid of stress, and such

characters are obviously prime material for managerial responsibilities. Others

lose heart at the first signs of unusual difficulties. When exposed to stress,

in whatever form, we react both chemically and physically. In fact, we make a

choice between "flight or fight"and in more primitive days the choices made the

difference between life or death.The crises we meet today are unlikely to be so

extreme, but however little the stress, it involves the same response. It is

when such a reaction lasts long, through continued exposure to stress, that

health becomes endangered. Such serious conditions as high blood pressure and

heart diseases have established links with stress. Since we cannot remove stress

from our lives (it would be unwise to do so even if we could), we need to find

ways to deal with it.

我喜欢看课外书，当我看到《格林童话》这本书时，里面的很多有趣的故事书深深地吸引着我，文中的主人公白雪公主我最喜欢，有个小男孩找到了自己的母亲，我真为那个小男孩高兴。故事让我懂得了很多知识，让我懂得了：要关心和孝顺父母，不要撒谎，要做一个懂事的孩子。

我想：今后，我还要多看书，从书里学到更多的知识。

暑假里，按照老师的安排，我和妈妈一起读了《格林童话》，我最爱看格林童话了，为什么了?那我就讲一讲我为什么爱看格林童话了。我以前爱看公主故事，但是现在我爱看格林童话了。看完《格林童话》，我有这样一个感受：每一篇童话都讲了一个深刻的道理。比如说，《金斧子》这篇童话，懂得了：诚实，是金钱买不到的。

金斧子这个童话主要讲了，一个小孩家里很穷，他爸爸生病了，没有钱治疗。所以，他每天到山上去砍柴。有一次，他不小心把斧子弄到了水里，他吓得坐在地上哇哇大哭，过了一会儿，从水里跑出来一个老爷爷，他和蔼的问小孩：“你怎么了?”“我的斧子掉到水里了。”孩子回答。老爷爷到水里拿了一把银斧子，

问小孩：“这把斧子是你的吗?”“不，不是。”老爷爷又去拿了一把金斧子问小孩：“这把斧子是你的吗?”“这个也不是。”老爷爷又去拿了一把普通的斧子问小孩：“这把是你的吗?”“对，就是这把。”小孩说。老爷爷把金斧子、银斧子都送给了小孩，并对他说：“你真是一个诚实的好孩子。”小孩把金斧子和银斧子都卖了，用卖斧子的钱把他爸爸的病治好了。

小红帽是一个对人友善，有礼貌的小姑娘。然而面对诡计多端的大灰狼，小红帽则显得稚嫩。通过这个故事也是在告诫我们这些小同学要学会提防不怀好意的陌生人，要懂得防人之心不可无的道理。同时要牢记父母和老师叮嘱过的话，切不可任性而为。

里面的每一篇故事我都百看不厌。灰姑娘告诉了我善良的人是美丽的;大拇指告诉我：聪明又孝顺的人是高大的;白雪公主和小动物们在一起友好相处的时光让我向往……

《格林童话》是属于我们的书。读了这本童话，我爱上了童话，我和妈妈也编了自己的童话。我要让书中的正直，热情，快乐，无私，爱心在我和妈妈的童话中更在我的生活中继续。

这个童话使我深受启发，让我懂得了一个道理：人要活得诚实，有信用，就等于有了一大笔财富。这就是我为什么爱看格林童话了。
