When i was in high school, I had to study all the time and hardly had spare

time to do what i wanted to.Besides, I had to focus on my textbooks and doing

exercise again and again. Therefore, I had little time to read magazines and

novels and watch TV. what was worse, I couldnt play with my friends a lot, which

I couldnt stand the most. In a word, all i did in high shool should be

considered for the College Entrance Examination.

However, my college life is totally different from the life in high

school.I can arrange my time freely. I spend most of my time reading in the

library, where I can open my eyes and broaden my mind.In my free time, I also

join some clubs,where i can make a lot of friends of different majors. My

teachers in college are so kind and knowledgeable that they not only teach us

knowledge but also how to be a person and how to get on with others. In

addition, there are more opportunities for me to improve myself.

I believe college life is an important stage in my life. In college, i can

learn how to learn by myself, how to get on with others, how to live

independently.College provides me with a stage where i can show myself and be

myself.

Water is very important to us. If you don’t have water for three days, you

will die. We can use water for flowers, swimming, washing and many different

things. We use it to cook, make electricity, put out fires and so on. We use

millions of liters of water every day.

Do you know how does the water come to your home? It travels through water

pipes. Some are long and wide but some are short and narrow. Then the water

travels through the water pipes to the reservoirs. Then it travels through the

water pipes to the river and to the special factories (we call water plants)

that purify the water. When the water is purified, we can drink it. Please don’t

leave garbage in the water on which we line, and keep the water clean.

Matt gave us a class this afternoon, at the first part of the class, we saw a film. It was mainly about American football. After the film, we began t get to know the American football. It is similar to soccer, but it was much rougher. Players might get more easily. In another word, it was a game full of danger, they played just like fighting. One of the players just broke his leg during the match, and he would never play American football, because of his leg. What a pity! Matt told us that when he was in high school, he also take part in American football. He had broken his fingers for three times and his leg for once. 中秋节到了，看月亮。吃月饼的节日到了，我在中午的时候，吃了一个绿豆加蛋黄的月饼，吃了第一个就想吃第二个，因为这味道是我最爱吃的一种。

下午，我和我的朋友一起来做美味可口的月饼点心，比如：大的小小月饼，开始做的味道非常奇特加上表面上还有一些怪异的图案，我做的月饼点心各式各样。千姿百态，样样味道都不大相同，妈妈还夸我特别有创意和创新，我听了更有信心，急忙做了一个小兔子形状的月饼点心给妈妈尝尝味道，妈妈说好吃极了。我很开心。其他朋友们还称我为《创意点心王者之月饼点心》我更加自信了，我还尝试做了有《字》的月饼蛋糕，结果做的有点像小动物的古代文字，呵呵呵。好像有点不太成功呀。经过妈妈和奶奶的指点和改正，最后终于做了一个真正的有《字》型的月饼蛋糕，有点奇形怪状的样子，不过味道还可以呢。

太好了，我学会做月饼，还有点心。蛋糕的合体形状了。

当天晚上，我们一家人把做好的点心端到桌子上，共同享用我们的努力劳动成果，感觉很有成就感哦。而今天的月亮也又大又圆，真像一个又大又美的大月饼，我们看着月亮，吃着美味伦比的甜品，今天的中秋节过的很有意义，我很开心。

Good environment can make people feel happy and fit . To improve the environment means to improve our life.

We should plant more trees and flowers around us . We shouldn’t cut them down . We should stop factories from pouring waste water into the river and waste gas into the air.

Whenever we see litter on the ground , we should pick it up and throw it into dusbins. Never spit in public. Don’t draw on public walls. It’s our duty to protect the environment.

因为哥哥要来和我们共度节日，所以我一大早就从被窝里爬了起来，和妈妈一起为中秋节的大餐做准备。妈妈使出了她的看家本领，烧了一大桌的拿手菜。正当我的.口水在嘴里直打转时，忽然听到了敲门的声音，哥哥终于来啦！我们围坐在一起，一边享用美食，一边有说有笑，真是开心极了！

吃过晚饭，我们来到了楼顶赏月。起初，月亮有点害羞，不愿让我们看到她的脸，一片片白云围绕着她，就像一群上了年纪的老婆婆，慢悠悠地在那儿散步。渐渐地，月亮好想听到了我们的呼唤，终于露出了容颜。她犹如戏中的主角，为漆黑的夜幕增添了光彩；又如一位美丽的天使，和我们一起欢度佳节。

看着眼前的这轮明月，我心想：要是我有翅膀就好了，这样就可以飞到月亮上去探索那些未知的秘密。也许那只可爱的玉兔会跳出来和我捉迷藏，也许嫦娥姐姐会拿出最美味的月饼来欢迎我，也许吴刚会停下手中斧头，和我一起聊天……正当我想得入了迷，哥哥叫了一声，我突然一惊，被拉回了现实。我朝着月亮，甜蜜蜜地笑了！
