中秋节是一个团圆的节日，这一天的月亮最亮最圆，是一个团聚的日子，吃月饼，赏月亮，大家开开心心在一起。

月饼，成了中秋必备的.节日礼品，是家人团圆的象征。古时候的月饼做得很大，家里有多少人就切多少块，现在月饼的样式比以前多了，草莓的，香橙的，凤梨的等很多很多，它们酸酸甜甜，味道非常香，让人们快乐的度过这一天，过上幸福快乐的中秋节!

可是今年看不到美丽的月亮了，不过我们还是过得很愉快，希望明年的月亮又大又圆!

On the other hand, some young people keep the clear mind, they make themselves look perfect by doing exercise and keep balanced diet. Their purpose is not looking as good as movie starts, but for keeping fit. They don’t believe in the ads, they believe that lose weight not properly will hurt the body, so they pay special attention to the health.

另一方面，一些年轻人保持清醒的意识，他们通过运动和平衡饮食来让自己看起来完美。他们的目的不是为了像明星一样好看，是为了保持健美。他们不相信广告，相信不适当的减肥会导致身体受害，因此他们特别注重健康。

Loosing weight is hard work, even dangerous thing, if we are so blind to loose weight, we will lose our life. Young people should take care to the healthy way.

一、指导思想：

围绕课改完善和深化学科教学常规，严格执行教研室、学校的各项教育、教学制度和要求，加强英语学科与信息技术的整合，聚焦常态课堂，关注教师成长，强调团队合作精神，全面提高英语教学质量,切实抓好校本科研、校本培训，从而促进全体英语教师的业务水平。

二、基本思路：

2、教研目标：组织进行校内外的教学研究活动，认真撰写论文，组织老师上研究课、示范课，通过研讨、评课等形式，做好课后反思，使本组教师理论与实践水平共同提高。

三、具体工作：

1、加强理论学习，更新教学理念，全面推进素质教育。全体英语教师都要抽出时间学习新理论，以先进的教育理念指导自己的教育教学实践。改进评价内容和评价方法，即努力做到关注学生学业成就的同时，还要关注学生情感态度、行为方式的发展，注重培养学生综合实践的能力，全面提高学生的素质。

2、强化教学常规的落实，提高课堂教学效率，组织教师认真学习学校教学常规，指导检查教师的教学工作，特别抓好“备课”、“上课”、“课后辅导”、“培优辅导”等主要环节，鼓励教师充分发挥教学特长，有效提高教学效率。

3、加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组每周至少活动一次，时间固定，要紧紧围绕教研组活动的主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高英语组全体教师的业务水平。

4、打造“常态课堂、高效课堂”。教研组各教师认真学习常态课堂的基本要求，并每人按计划上一次公开课，要求集体备课，及时评课，找出不足，共同学习，共同促进，以学生的主体作用为重点，以合作学习的时效性为重点，从而来实现高效课堂。

5、加快信息技术学习进程，从而推动学科教学与信息技术的整合。组织所有教师运用现代教学理念设计多媒体教学辅助课件，组织多媒体教学观摩活动等，达到能将多媒体高效运用于英语教学中。

6、加强初三毕业班工作的研究，提高毕业班教学效率，组织全组成员认真学习《大纲》、《中考说明》，加强对中考动向的信息收集和试题研究。抓好听、说、读、写综合技能的培养，特别注重学生阅读能力的训练，另外所有英语教师要协助九年级教师搞好中考复习和模拟考试，力争中考第一仗顺利。

7、组织本教研组教师撰写论文。英语组要确定教研专题，全体英语教师通过理论学习和校本培训，不断反思、探索，并联系实际积极撰写英语教育教学论文。

总之，在校领导的带领下我们英语组全体组员会开拓进取，不断完善自己，将教学质量放首位，为学校的教育事业贡献力量。

3.加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组本学期至少活动五次以上，时间固定，围绕主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高全组成员的业务水平和教育教学能力。

4.初三备考是重中之重，加强初三毕业班工作的研究，提高毕业班教学效率，组织全组成员认真学习《中考说明》、《导引》和中考试卷分析材料，加强对中考动向的信息收集和试题研究。抓好听、说、读、写综合技能的培养，特别注重学生阅读、写作和应试能力的训练，力争顺利打响中考第一仗，争创中考英语成绩新辉煌。

5.加强科研文化建设，让研究成为习惯。研究能改变教师的生存状态，努力创设研究文化。本学期积极响应学校的科教研活动，开展一系列有关有效备课专题的活动：听说课的有效备课、阅读课的有效备课、复习课的有效备课。

6.继续建设本学科的资源库。建立学科的资源库，确实是一个利人利己的好举措。不断地添入新的资源，不断优化和建设资源库。

7.继续开展多样的学生活动，吸引学生的眼球,使学生更关注英语学习，营造有利于学生健康成长的学习环境。

节日，如同一朵朵快乐之花，绽放在每个人的心中;节日，如同五光十色的焰火，把每个人的心照亮。

今天，是中秋，我刚到老家，就和爸爸、哥哥还有小伙伴们一起下河，想把螃蟹杀个片甲不留。

我们打着手电筒，缓缓地靠着河边走。突然，一只凶猛的“蟹王”张牙舞爪地逼向我们。我们小心翼翼地后退。河水在我们的脚步之下浑浊起来。这时，老奸巨猾的螃蟹如同幽灵一般钻进浑水里。我们只好浑水摸鱼，而它却如鱼得水一般，不见踪影了。“啊!哎呀!”小东大叫一声栽在水里。哥哥“魔高一丈，道高一尺”手一伸一缩，狡猾的螃蟹再也动弹不得了。

我们嫉妒极了，小东尤为不服，一路上大吵大闹：“我要报仇雪耻!”话音未落，他的小脚丫又遭殃了。“啊!”惨叫声划破了山谷的宁静，吵闹的蛐蛐顿时鸦雀无声。小东手脚并用，搜罗罪魁祸首。哎，我瞟到那只螃蟹了，我要先下手为强了，捉住它了。哈，那家伙吐着泡沫，像在抗议似的。我逗了逗它：“你小子，认命吧!”天有不测风云，螃蟹一挣，落入水中，灵活地钻入水中。我伸手一抓，不幸被暗算了，于是发出如同杀猪般的嚎叫。就在大家心灰意冷时，螃蟹爬出洞口呼吸，又被我们抓住了――今晚，螃蟹和月饼一起成了我们赏月的美食。

好快乐的中秋节呀!

今天是我们中国的传统佳节，全家团圆的日子——中秋节。我们早早地吃过晚饭，带了一个中间留了个洞的月饼和望远镜。大家肯定觉得奇怪，为什么会带留有洞的月饼呢?因为我在电脑游戏里无意中看到，在月饼中间取个洞，透过月饼对着月亮看能看到嫦娥。我就想试试，一探真假。

我和爸爸妈妈驾车来到灵湖，只见满街都是车辆，车来车往的，连个车位都找不到。哦，我想大家肯定都是过来赏月和欣赏美景的。可是，天公不作美，月亮好像跟我们玩捉迷藏似的，我拿着望远镜对着天空使劲地找，可是找遍了整个天空都不见它的影子。我突然想起上次爸爸带我钓鱼的地方，那时有月亮照着我们的，我想月亮可能躲到那边去了。我想去验证一下，爸爸说：“那我们去看看吧。”于是，我们又开车去了那边，结果人多车多，实在没有位置停车。妈妈说：“如果有月亮的话到哪都能看到的。”我心里想，妈妈说的对，以前在家门口都能看到月亮。记得书上说：十五十六月团圆，可能它明晚出来跟我们相见吧。我又想就算有月亮也看不到嫦娥，因为电脑里说是要用云腿月饼才能看到，我们用的是豆沙月饼，这可能只是一个传说而己。

于是，我和爸爸妈妈去了灵湖边观看音乐喷泉，听着美妙的音乐，看着壮观的喷泉，我想对大家说：中秋节快乐。
