I believe college life is an important stage in my life. In college, i can

learn how to learn by myself, how to get on with others, how to live

independently.College provides me with a stage where i can show myself and be

myself.

First of all,I need to greatly improve my English in this semaster,for I’m already in Junior 2 now,and there’s no time to waste.

I’m really not good at English,and I think there’s a long road ahead of me.I am thinking about taking a TOEFL course on weekends to prepare for entering college.Besides,I need to learn something from my life,for example,I can read some kind of English books,watch some Enghlish movies etc.

中秋一词，最早见于《周礼》。根据我国古代历法，农历八月十五日，在一年秋季的八月中旬，故称中秋。一年有四季，每季又分孟、仲、季三部分，因为秋中第二月叫仲秋，故中秋也称为仲秋节。到魏晋时，有谕尚书镇牛淆，中秋夕与左右微服泛江的记载。直到唐朝初年，中秋节才成为固定的`节日。《唐书太宗记》记载有八月十五中秋节。中秋节的盛行始于宋朝，至明清时，已与元旦齐名，成为我国的主要节日之一。这也是我国仅次于春节的第二大传统节日。

当中秋节来临的时候，吃月饼、赏月已经成为了人们生活的一部分。但是，我想在（山村、家）里赏月那一定别有一般韵味吧！

在墨蓝墨蓝的夜空下，有几颗星星正调皮地眨着眼睛，深绿色的山岗，在宽阔夜空的映衬下，显得更加绮丽巍峨。转眼间，(山背、云层）后出现了一道亮光，是什么呢？原来是月亮从（山后、云层）面在偷看我呢！

今天是我国传统节日——中秋节!可是天公不作美，在早晨就下起了零星小雨。我们一家人原本打算在院子里吃月饼、赏月，现在只好改成在家里吃月饼、话家常了。

转眼已近傍晚，月亮被一层厚厚的乌云笼罩着若隐若现，我们全家人围坐在桌前有说有笑。这时，妈妈提议：“今晚既然赏不成月亮了，不如我们来做月饼吧!”听了这话，我高兴得手舞足蹈，一家人都很赞同这个提议。

一切准备就绪，妈妈把月饼整齐地放进烤箱。不一会儿，屋子里香气四溢，我馋得直流口水，守着烤箱半步也不肯离开。漫长的20分钟终于过去了，妈妈从烤箱里取出月饼，那一个个金灿灿、黄澄澄的月饼，就像天上的月亮一样。我迫不及待地拿了一个，咬下一口，软软的、甜甜的，真是美味极了。

看着中秋晚会，吃着亲手做的月饼，聆听着窗外细细的小雨，这真是一个既难忘又有意义的中秋节啊!

Tomb Sweeping Day is on the April 5th every year. Its a day to show our
